Nestled in Hyannis, this attractive house for $412 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well. This delightful cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full completely renovated baths, and an open concept new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Both queen rooms feature brand new Tuft & Needle, top of the line model, memory foam mattress for an amazing night sleep. The formal dining room with a large table that seats 6, leads to a sizable living room with a wall mount flat screen TV above the fireplace. There's a large sectional couch that offers plenty of comfortable seating and sliders that open to a large deck overlooking the pond. A quaint sunroom sits in the center of the house with wicker rockers and a down-feather love seat, perfect for reading or enjoying morning coffee -- this bright and cheerful room will surely be the spot to gather after a busy day. There is also a large side yard with horseshoe pit, bocce, and badminton. A circle of chairs around the fire pit down by the pond completes the outdoor scene. Unfortunately, we don't allow any parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, birthdays, showers, graduation, etc. Ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a short hop from Main Street. Popular Craigville Beach and Keyes Memorial Beach are 1.5 mile away, beach sticker included (for free parking)! See a free baseball game featuring the Cape League, almost every night of the week in various towns. The Dennis Playhouse and Cotuit Center for the arts produce broadway caliber shows all summer long. You absolutely cannot leave the cape without a whale watch expedition out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown. Guaranteed to see lots of whales! Enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer, making memories that will last a lifetime. Surely you'll want to return to Olde Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful time at Beach Glass Cottage. Maureen and Brian were excellent hosts- they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and cozy. There are so many thoughtful touches in each room to make for a very comfortable stay. The view out back of the pond is spectacular! The cottage is in a great location- close to anything you need, but feels like a really relaxing retreat. There are tons of games and books and an adorable sunroom with lots of beautiful plants! Just a lovely place to stay! Thank you Maureen and Brian for sharing your beautiful cottage and for a wonderful family Thanksgiving getaway- wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was very clean, quaint and cozy. It has a peaceful ambiance and it felt like home. It’s close to Main Street, the ferry, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. It’s in a perfect location and great neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this house.

My three daughters and I choose a place each fall to meet for a Mother-Daughter weekend. Initially we thought we'd go to Martha's Vineyard for the day but decided against that. Really just wanted to hang out together. We might have hiked,but the weather on Saturday was very rainy. Shopped in Wellfleet and Chatham. lunch at the wonderful PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet. Don't miss it. The cottage is tastefully furnished, well equipped, comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints.

Must have been one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed in--everything was sparkling, and very cozy. So many romantic Cape Cod touches in every room. Comfortable beds and furniture in both the great room and sun room. Deck was well appointed with perfect furnishings and view of lovely pond, and the very large yard afforded so much privacy and quiet. Location was perfect, very close to main street with great shopping and dining, and the harbor area with more great restaurants--Tugboats was our personal fave. All appliances seemed pretty new, we especially appreciated the ceiling fans--kitchen well appointed and it was nice to have the gorgeous dining room as well. Overall a 5-star property!

The cottage is exactly as described and even prettier in person. The hosts have thought of everything. It’s an easy, safe walk from the house to Main Street. Location is great for getting around the Cape.

Property was even better than what we expected from the listing. Host was very easy to work with. Easy access to all Cape Cod fun and beaches. House was well stocked with anything you would need for a family beach trip (bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc.). Everything was very well taken care of. 10/10 would stay at this property again.

We love your charming cottage. Very nicely furnished, comfy beds, great kitchen and pretty little view of the pond. Loved hearing the Kingfishers and various ducks. I would definitely return.

Our family of 7 was easily accommodated at the Beach Glass Cottage. Maureen was so easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. The house was fully stocked with a full kitchen and the garage had tons of yard toys, beach chairs, and things to do! 10/10 😊

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Beach Glass cottage. It was extremly clean which is so important to us. It was beautifully decorated for the cape so you really felt you were on vacation. It was close to everything ( great location) and Maureen was very responsive to any questions we had. One of the best places we have stayed at at the Cape snd we have been coming to the cape for 15 years snd have stayed in many places. The special touches were very welcoming !! We have found our place and will definetly be back !!! ❤️

Everything you need in this home away from home is in this well appointed property. Adorable decor, kitchen is perfect for any meal prep & any pot or utensil is there. But lots of restaurants very close by. And if you love a summer concert, Melody Tent is literally around the corner. Loved having coffee the morning on the deck watching the geese wander past.
I didn’t want to leave. Host response to any questions was immediate & great information.

The Glass Beach Cottage was very cute & clean with thoughtful beach-themed decor. The mattresses were very comfortable & the showers had great water pressure. Our family of five had fun playing cards & games in the evenings all of which were provided. We also used the fire pit three evenings which was wonderful! Lastly, Maureen was very helpful & quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a good time at this property. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are a lot of books, great if you are a reader. The only improvement I can think of is if the sheets can be switched to cotton sheets; not a fan of polyester sheets. We loved our cape cod vacation!

My husband and I, two adult children and one's fiance spent a week at the BEACH GLASS COTTAGE. Not only was it exactly as pictured, it was so much more. Everything was there that we needed or could possible want. The location was close to everything; yet on a quiet peaceful street. The huge back yard with a fire ring and 6 Adirondak chairs overlooked a pond complete with lily pads and on-cue geese. It was like living in a movie set.
Maureen and Brian provided detailed information on activities, day trips, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and more.
For my husband's 75th birthday, we went to THE BLACK CAT in the harbor - OUTSTANDING! We took a drive up to Provincetown - charming, quaint and the best LOBSTER ROLL at the LOBSTER POT. We had plenty of time to relax but yet had so much to do and see.
This was one of our favorite VRBO experiences not only regarding the property ,but with the delightful owners, as well.

The Beach Glass Cottage was beautiful, with an entire binder full of resources for us to use for things like coffee, groceries, and restaurants. I definitely plan to book with Maureen again!!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s a lovely place with beautiful views over a lake. But I would advise anyone staying here to meet the cleaners when leaving the property. We left before and were given an additional bill of $50. They stated there was a smell of urine and they needed to do extra cleaning. The smell certainly wasn’t there when we left half an hour before the cleaners arrived, and as no one in our party has any urinary problems, no one is incontinent of urine or had any urine infections, we found it hard to believe. We ended up paying half the requested amount as it was only our word against theirs but we certainly didn’t agree with it.

What a great house! In a great location, close to everything. The Tuft & Needle beds were beyond comfortable, the large sectional was great for all of our family to hang and play games. The interior reading room with skylights was the selling point for me and ofc, it was my favorite room.

This Home is spectacular, as the pictures do not do it justice. For example, the sunroom was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you need. Locale wise, we were close to an array of stores & restaurants. The Owners were also delight to deal with. We definitely look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Three of us had a wonderful stay over the Veteran's Day weekend. The house was well kept and very clean as well as in a great location. Lot's of great restaurants nearby, we even took a walk on a nearby beach in November on the Cape! We all highly recommend this property.

The pictures didn't capture the true charm and loviness of the home. We hope to stay there every year and make it a place where we come with our family. It's perfect for two families with children, a couple with travel with their parents and children or just a family! It's decorated with the true style of Cape Cod but done in a sophisticated way. Truly a great experience. Maureen was beyond helpful, and took great care getting some items we left behind back to us. You'll fall in love, out on the back deck with the sounds of nature!
