Great location, lovely apartment, would stay here again

This was a lovely apartment in a phenomenal location, central to Venice!

The only downside was that we overloaded the electric circuit without having really anything plugged in, just via our use of the A/C so be super careful about your energy use! It only happened once, so definitely not a consistent problem.

Quiet apartment in quiet courtyard near Rialto bridge

Because Venice has lots of crowds during peak season, this apartment is better accessed via the Rialto Mercato vaporetto ferry station - take ferry #1 from train station, pier 'E'. It is located in a quiet courtyard where there is a restaurant that is popular but never busy. You can always walk out to join the crowds but most tourists just pass this area by. Well equipped apartment, new AC units

Could use some maintenance of the shower cubicle drainage. Some confusion on where the plates are kept.

Location location location

Location was excellent. Close to attractions and restaurants. Good quite aircon in all rooms.

Crossing the Rialto bridge with travel luggage was challenging. The ferry stops on the other side of the Grand Canal so it is 57 steps (small steps) up and 55 down with your bags. Make sure your baggage wheels are sturdy. The unit has a very small sign on the outside so can be difficult to find.

Great location and apartment at the heart of Venice

Great location, on a small Piazza right by the canal and the Rialto Bridge, yet quiet and away from busy tourists. The apartment is at the top of 2 floors, stairs are a little steep but ok. The equipment is great, A/C works very well and is very quiet and bedding were very comfy! We had a great one night stop and would definitely come back.

Exceptional

Perfect location next to the Rialto Bridge and water transportation. Being so close to the bridge is helpful because there are numerous signs directing you there (and out of the maze of tunnels and streets). And there’s a convenient water bus to and from the airport and train station.

Spacious in a good location

Best thing was the lady that helped us with a late check in, miss Flavia that even bought milk for our children to find in the fridge. Thank you Flavia! location is very good also, apartment clean and spacious. No problem with the stairs and this coming from a family of five with a stroller.

Could have better insulation with double windscreens to avoid noises from the alley as you can hear everything they say. Upstairs neighbors wake up early at 07:00 listening to music and running around. If you re an early bird no problem but if you enjoy a bit of snoozing during holiday it’s a slight discomfort. All in all a good choice though…

Great location and space!

amazing location in quiet corner near Rialto bridge. super close to Rialto mercato ferry stop. very easy arrival and transfer of keys. great communication. worked well for family of 5.

The only downside is the beds are very old and uncomfortable. I rarely complain - but springs in the back was a bit tough. they need replacing!

The location was perfect. So close to everything. Caterina was a great host. Very quick to respond and help up with anything we needed. Comfortable beds and A/C.

Small kitchen and no plates which we found a little odd but we made due. It’s still a great apartment and great value.

Amazing location close to Rialto Bridge with plenty of things to do, clean with a little kitchen and living room perfect for what we needed, three of us so sofa bed plus two bedrooms and in a lovely spot. Alice was amazing on WhatsApp, messaged when we were waiting to leave the UK and met us there so we could find the location as it is not sign posted in the apartments, so helpful!

Check in process was a bit strange after a full day of travel, never had a card payment on check in as soon as we arrived from airport usually taken from booking.com. Beds were terribly uncomfortable, we all had sore backs at the end of the week, maybe warn people of the location on second floor as my mum struggled with all the stairs

The woman, who gave us the Key, were 30 min. to late. It was Very cold and there was no heating. WiFi did not work.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location, super host. Absolutely recommend this place!

Absolutely fabulous location and the space was terrific! I highly recommend and plan to go back! It is very close to the Rialto Bridge yet located in a quiet courtyard that even has a restaurant. We sat outside and ate under the stars our first night--literally 15 steps from the apartment entrance. Air conditioning was great! The host was super too, met us with the keys and answered any questions. Five stars!

Close by the Rialto Bridge - just some 150m away. Very quiet! A very nice apartment to visit and enjoy Venice. The kitchen is OK equipped for breakfast and with a stove, oven and microwave it is also possible to cook dinner. We were 5 persons - 1 person to sleep on the extended sofa in the living room. All beds were good and comfortable. The whole apartment is in very good condition. The contact to the landlord via was very easy.
