Un petit cocon

Un cocon, à 5mn du terminal de bus et 10 mn de l'aéroport, personnel adorable, petit déjeuner et repas excellent. La chambre est très confortable avec un très bon débit d'eau chaude.

Un espacio agradable poca atención al cliente

La habitación y en general el hostal muy limpio y hermoso

A la hora del desayuno nos sentimos re decepcionados con la atención, duramos esperando más de una hora por nuestros platos, tuvimos que pedirles en tres ocasiones apoyo con la entrega si saben que es temporada alta deben contar con más personal de apoyo

Bonito, barato y bien ubicado

La atención del personal, decoración y la pastelería del café.

Que solo hubiese una toalla de cara por habitación, que el desayuno incluido era todos los días el mismo y que me estropearan ropa en el servicio de lavandería.

Good Hostel, but don’t book the double room with shared bathroom!!!!

Staff is really friendly, everything is clean and the breakfast is nice

The double room with shared bathroom. It‘s a riddle to me how you can offer this room as accommodation! It has no window and is unbearable hot and there is no air circulation possible. There‘s a fan in the room which is not much of a help. Seriously, if you stay there: Don’t book this room. And to the staff of the hotel: you can’t continue offering this room. You won’t have any satisfied guests with this.

Cute patio and superbe coffee

Super nice hotel/hostel to sleep 1-2 nights. WC where amazing, nice and hot water and good preasure. Rooms are tinny but comfy. The patio and the "commun" areas are suuuuuuuuper nice and cute. Breakfast is a must and the explanation of the coffee ( if you ask for it, it's amazing )

Area is a bit industrial, but quiet and safe :) So, nothing to say.

Lovely staff, the building is beautiful. Had a great sleep after some noisy Colombian places this place was very quiet! I would come here again.

Casa Azul is in a class by themselves. .

These accomodations are like the Taj Mahal. Absolute perfection. Plus there's a 5 star incredible menu.

Nada everything is perfect. The truth is If you find something wrong with these accomodations you have rocks in your head. It doesn't get any better than Casa Azul

The facilities are beautiful and peaceful. Kind staff.

They ask a lot of questions at the front desk to check-in. We arrived from a long trip and they asked many questions; we just wanted to rest. The bathtubs were clogged.

Hidden gem in Pereira!

This is a hostel done right! The dorm room was comfortable with plenty of space, plus a towel was provided. The chill out spaces were great, such a relaxed vibe here. They also served a delicious breakfast in the morning. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, even with the language barrier. They even phoned a taxi to the airport for me and stored my bags too. Thanks for an great stay!

Amazing, spacious private rooms at a good price. Beautiful hostel, great facilities, great coffee. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Colombia.

Exceptional

I loved everything about this hostel, in fact in 2 months travelling in Colombia Casa Azul Boutique was my favourite. I returned 4 times during my time simply because the hostel had such a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. You can clearly see that Natalia and Joram put their hearts in this place to make sure their guests feel like home. It was great to see how their family business is evolving as they are seeking for new opportunities to further improve the already amazing hostel. Recently they opened a Cafe in the lobby with some very delicious bites and coffes. The warm welcome, the cute design, the impeccable cleanliness, the breakfast, the STAFF made my stay very special. I will return when I come back to Colombia for sure. The location is also awesome, in a nice, safe and quiet neighbourhood of the city very close to supermarkets and 15 min easy walk from the center. Thank you again for the great memories I had here. 😊

Very good

Monica is the perfect staff, the best I've ever seen. She deserves to be recognized for the excellent work she does there. The rooms are really good and the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and the kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. The house is beautiful with space and a lot of natural light. Service is great, and it is silent if you need to work. Not a party hostel. Good value for money.

Shower definitely is really complicated, or really hot for some minutes or cold, there is nothing in the middle. Or cold or hot. They lose lots of water if you try to wait to be hot, it takes several minutes. Pereira can be cold on a rainy day, so you need to decide between waste of lots of water which is terrible for the environment or you need to have a cold shower. Also, the location is far from the nice areas and terminal, everything is by taxi or uber which makes your trip a bit expensive.

Fantastic

I was just there for one night between an evening flight and going to Salento. This hostel was ideal - a short taxi ride from the airport and the bus terminal. The dorm was the nicest I've been in - incredibly clean, nice decor and great beds - very wide with a shelf and plug and a curtain for privacy. The bathroom was very clean and smart. Good security with electronic code doors. Breakfast was also excellent. A real bargain for the price.

Nothing. I didn't explore the local area though so can't comment on the location.

Problem is that the hostel does not have lockers in the dorms. This means that there is no way to keep your passport, bank cards, etc. safe. Lockers are something that every hostel MUST have.
