During your stay you will be able to enjoy all that downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer, including fabulous restaurants, entertainment, local shopping, hiking Tubbs Hill, picnicking at McEuen Park or swimming and playing on beautiful lake Coeur d'Alene. For those that enjoy biking, running or walking this home is one block from the Centennial Trail that in either direction offers the perfect views of the lake. When you're not out enjoy all the fun festivities of downtown you can relax on the front porch and listen to the soothing sounds the water fountain or cozy up under the evening sky by the gas fire ring. Wonderful property in great location.
Beds could use updating- mattresses are uncomfortable. Kitchen could use a few larger bowls, etc for larger parties.
This is our second stay at this property and would stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this house so much. It was beautiful, clean, plenty of kitchenware, plenty of towels, the location was beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to town and the lake. Easy access to the interstate. The family room with the pool table was a big hit. Our 83 year old Mom enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom and walk in shower. No issues at all!

Loved this property! The second floor rec room for great family hang out time. We could walk to the main shopping area and Tubbs Hill. Highly recommend.

The house was just perfect! My parents that are in there 80's stayed in the bedroom on the first floor. The place was decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the backyard which was awesome. We had a wonderful stay here. If we ever go back to Idaho, this is where we would stay again. We walked downtown everyday, just a beautiful place.

Fantastic stay! We loved the setting, it exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. The neighbours on either side were super friendly.
My sons and I were competing in Ironman CDA and it was perfect!!! Quick access to the race venue with only a short 15 minute easy walk.

This property was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious. The house has a very inviting feel. The back patio and front porch were both nicely done and very peaceful. The location was wonderful - close to downtown shops, the lake and the park. We rented three VRBO’s in the area for our wedding and this was by far our favorite. Thank you Brandi for everything!!! We will definitely be back.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable
VRBO listing was spot-on. No surprises, unpleasant or otherwise. Comfortable bedrooms, nicely laid-out kitchen, the vintage pool table was fun, the back patio was lovely.

Fantastic stay
My family and I throughly enjoyed staying at this property l. It was in a great location with easy access to the park and resort down the road and restaurants nearby. Brandi was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, nice property amenities. Charming backyard, nice porch area to hang out. Pool table up stairs is a bonus. Great access to both downtown, Tubbs Hill, and the lake. Owner very responsive when we had any questions.

Perfect place so close to downtown
Stayed here with family as a central location for our wedding! Property was wonderful, clean, and so close to everything down town. My family loved staying here and having wonderful accommodations for such a special weekend! Highly recommend Little Casa!

Loved our stay!
This home is in a great location and served our family well. It's a short walk to downtown CDA and the upstairs was perfect for our son to get ready for his wedding with his groomsmen. The pool table was great for them to use to pass the time until the "I do's"! We would definitely stay here again.
