This gorgeous brand new Five Points Bungalow is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a 2 car garage. 2 Miles from downtown. 1/4 mile from 5 Points. 1 mile from Grocery store. Our property sleeps 10 people. We are within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville. 5 minute Uber ride downtown. Google Fiber 1 gig WiFi. We provide Luxury for Less. We know what guests want...Comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of blankets and pillows. Beautiful décor. Stocked kitchen. Free parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping....even live music. With 4 fantastic bedrooms, all uniquely designed and comfortable so all guests will feel like they have plenty of room. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor. There is a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. We provide shampoo , Conditioner and soap. We also provide laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Trash bags. Toilet paper. Two double rolls per bathroom. Master bedroom- King size bed and full bathroom with double vanity and double shower heads. Bedroom 2- queen size bed Bedroom 3- queen size bed Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds ... attached to full bathroom with double vanity. Full bathroom on main level and additional full bathroom on 2nd floor with double vanity. 3 total full bathrooms. Person making reservation must be at least 29 years old - working gas Fireplace THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There are only allowed to be no more than 10 people in the house at all times pending our Metro short term rental code guidelines. **1111 Lillian Street is not an event space. No Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bachelor / Bachelorette parties, New Year’s Eve , etc. ** No SMOKING permitted, if someone smokes, they must do away from all doors and windows in backyard. *Well mannered pups invited pending owner approval, a $200 non refundable pet fee per dog required Early check in fee of $200 if house is available

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for our NYE family trip of 8 adults. This property was perfect. It had everything we needed from plenty of space for all of us to hang out to the many games throughout the living area. The house was very clean. It’s was central to all the East Nashville foodie places. Everything was a short walk. Very close to Broadway with a 9 minute Uber ride. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Nashville.

We didnt venture out a lot but it was a great location to everything you need! House was beautiful and very stocked, only thing we would recommend is more insulation in the primary bedroom it was freezing!! It was a great stay and we made great memories!

We had 8 adults stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen/living area is open and a great place to gather and visit. Kitchen was very well equipped with anything you need. Quiet, safe neighborhood in a central location. Five Points is walking distance. Drive to Broadway/Ryman 10 mins, 20 mins to Grand Ole Opry or Belle Meade, 30 mins to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our group of 8 adults were amazed by this property! It was very spacious and provided all amenities that anyone may require! The beds were so comfortable and the house was clean and fresh upon arrival! Uber rides to Broadway area were reasonable in price and it was only about 5-7 mins from door front to drop off! We also enjoyed that there were restaurants/bars in walking distance. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend.

This was by far the best home we have rented for vacation (and we have rented many). It is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The owner was extremely easy to work with. The location is a short uber ride to music row ($10 when uber isn't surging and ~$25 when it is). I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Nashville area. If you don't want to go downtown, you don't have to, there are plenty of places within a very short walk right near the house.
I cannot stress enough how great this house was. There were 8 adults on my trip and we have more than enough space. It was clean and very updated.

My family accompanied me to celebrate my 50th birthday in Nashville. The house was perfect for our group. It was spacious and provided many useful amenities. We were able to uber to Broadway and walk to nearby restaurants in the area. We loved our stay in Nasville and recommend this property. Thank you!

From the second we walked in, we were beyond happy! The house was even bigger and more spacious than we expected. Everything is well maintained and very clean. We were able to walk to many shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, and Uber rides to downtown Nashville were quick and easy. It was the perfect rental for what we needed. I am definitely going to try and book it again for our future trips!

The house was great, bedding was wonderful, loved the space. My only negative was a $300 cleaning fee and they ask you to take out trash, clean out fridge, strip beds, wipe down counters and sweep floor. Seems like that was why we pay a cleaning fee. We left the home clean none the less . You won’t regret staying here , it’s wonderful.

This place was wonderful. Very clean, beautiful, and exactly what the pictures showed.
The location was within walking distance to Five Points. We took several walks there for dinner and drinks. Great restaurants and some really quaint bars.
We had no problems or reason to contact the owners. Everything went smoothly. If we visit Nashville again we would not hesitate to rent again.
We used Uber to get into Broadway. Only about a 10 minute ride.

Process for renting, checking in and out could not have gone any smoother. Property was in a great location, close to downtown and a nice walk to East Town. East town was great! Property owners Dave and Brendan were fantastic! We will definitely stay at this property again!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. Probably the best place we have stayed in and we have stayed in many places. Extremely clean, beautiful, perfect layout and great communication with host. Short walking distance to coffee shops, quaint cafes and boutiques. Very safe area. Perfect location. Short Uber rides to Broadway ranging between $5 - $12 each way. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 6 adults in our party. Plenty of room in the house, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of comfortable beds, large open kitchen. House had everything you needed. Location was great, short drive to Broadway. Used Ubers to get around, no problems getting Uber rides to and from our location. Also, owners were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Would recommend renting this place

There were 8 of us (multi-generational family trip) and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the game table. The house was well-stocked with household supplies. We only used the kitchen moderately, but we had everything we needed when we used it. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores, and only a short drive to downtown. This was a great space for us.

Four couples came to Nashville for a wedding. We all enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with easy access to the interstate and to downtown. Everything was very clean. We had one question and the hosts responded helpfully relatively quickly. The open floor plan worked well for us, cooking, eating, playing games, relaxing, etc. We would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed this home so much! Spacious, clean and so nicely done. We had six adults and an active 6 year old and all had plenty of space. The kitchen is a cook's dream. The third full bathroom made getting ready a dream. We were able to do all the fun things within a relatively short drive. Broadway, the Zoo, East end. The owners even gave us great food recommendations. ☺️ We highly recommend and absolutely would stay again.

We selected this home for the desirable location, as well as layout and function. For our family group of 4 adults - including former East-Nashvillian and soon-to-be residents building nearby - walkability and local neighborhood vibe were important aspects. The lovely open-concept tastefully decorated main floor was great to gather, cook, socialize, work together while providing distinct spaces. (However, arrangement/furniture differed from expectations as depicted in photos, and kitchenware/storage amenities were basic). The second floor design including all bedrooms/baths was spacious, well-appointed, and allowed everyone to have privacy yet connection. Seamless rental process + policies, hosts were very communicative and accommodating prior to and during the stay; we appreciated the ability to extend an extra night. All around, we loved our time and look forward to more memories in Nashville!

This property was beautiful and updated so well! We enjoyed each couple having a nice room with a queen or other bed! The little downtown was a block away with sweet shops and restaurants. The only small hiccup was at time to checkin I didn’t receive any information but as soon as I called VRBO they got me in touch with the manager and got me all the info ASAP.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great for a group and since all the bedrooms are upstairs it allowed for nice separation for hosting and relaxing. The house was also very clean. There are quite a few cleaning requirements before check-out which was a bit much to ask of the guests, but I appreciated the cleanliness when we arrived.

We LOVED our stay! It is a very darling home, great communication and room for all of us. We loved dinner at Lockeland Table on Saturday night (in the neighborhood). We cooked dinner on Friday and based on the number of guests the house can sleep, the kitchen could have been better prepared with more silverware, serving dishes, Tupperware, spatulas, etc. We made due and understand those items tend to wear out and walk away. Would definitely recommend!

The houses’ location had great coffee, bar and restaurants with in walking distance. Additionally the close proximity to Shelby St gave us $10 Uber rides down town. The house itself was perfect! Ample space for us to spread out and a great living space to play cards and socialize before heading out. The car port was a hit for sitting outside! The master bath was rightfully fought over by the wives when it was time to get ready! We will definitely be booking this one for our next trip!

Very clean and spacious home. Beds (mattress/pillows/sheets/comforter) were all very comfortable, showers were clean and stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. There were thermostats on both levels of the home so we were able to keep the temp just right. Plenty of space for parking under the carport or up on the very long driveway. Just a quick Uber to downtown or a nice stroll to local restaurants. We had four couples in this home for a long weekend and the home was a good size for us all. The living/dining/kitchen area was spacious with plenty of seating. The only improvement I would suggest would be to provide disposable food storage items such as ziplock baggies, foil and plastic wrap; considering there were 8 of us, I'd say that's impressive. I'd book this home again for sure!
