Located in Balboa Peninsula, this attractive house for $1,441 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Newly remodeled oceanfront duplex in prime location. 3 Bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths. Roughly 2200 square feet. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the third has a bunk bed, plus a queen sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. Board games and puzzles are included to keep family and friends entertained in the evenings. Three wonderful outdoor spaces! Large front patio on boardwalk with comfortable seating for 10. Small ocean front balcony off of the living room, and a large private roof top deck with built in BBQ, lounge area, dining area, bar stools, and TV. Views of the ocean and the bay and gorgeous sunset views! The home is located in an ideal location! It is walking distance to the Balboa Pier that has the famous Ruby's Diner on the end. Also, a short walk from shops, restaurants, as well as the ferry that takes you to charming Balboa Island. The home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation: bikes (roughly 5 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes), paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, corn hole, sand toys, beach umbrellas and more! It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. We've just added a pack-n-play crib, and a booster seat high-chair. Can comfortably accommodate two families, or one family plus grandparents. Also great for a Girls Weekend, or a couples vacation. 240V outlet in garage for charging Tesla or other electric/plug-in cars.

After moving to California a few years ago, we finally convinced our families to skip the cold and join us out here for Christmas. Their one condition in giving up the seasonal snow was that we find a place "on the sand." This spot could not have been more perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 kiddo). The location right off the boardwalk near Balboa Pier and the park made it very walkable but also much more quiet than further up toward Newport Pier. The view from this house is absolutely stunning, and the photos don't do it justice. Jessica, our host, was super communicative and accommodating, and she even put up a tree for Christmas to make it feel more festive. This Christmas was one for the books!

Excellent location! Our group of 6 rode the host's bikes to Huntington Beach and Balboa Island. We really enjoyed sitting on the beach during the day and the roof top deck at night! Thank you!

We booked this house for our daughter’s 18th birthday and it’s the best decision we have made. All the rooms are very comfortable to sleep in. Kitchen is well equipped with everything I need and the bathrooms were clean. It has the BEST unobstructed view of the beach. So relaxing !!! It felt like our home away from home. Jessica is so easy to communicate with and responds to to my inquiries quickly. Wel’ll definitely book this property again.

Wonderful property with an excellent location on Newport Beach. We enjoyed grilling on the rooftop patio which not only has beautiful views of the beach but also overlooks the harbor. The house had everything we needed and more. We utilized the beach chairs and bikes daily! They had a variety of bikes so everyone in our party of 5 was able to find one that worked. We loved exploring Newport as the house was in close proximity to a lot of things! We hope to be back in the future and highly recommend!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week here! We have been vacationing in Newport Beach for 25 years and this property is now at the top of our list. Updated, fantastic views of the beach AND the bay, wonderful hangout spaces, spacious bedrooms and A/C (a must for us) are a rare find. Add the best location on the boardwalk, an amazing rooftop deck, super generous amenities (beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards & beach games (to name a few) and an owner who is a 5 star communicator and cares that you have a wonderful stay and you have this property. We can't wait to return!

It wasn’t the ideal weekend due to weather, however the stay was perfect. Five adults and one toddler stayer for 4 nights. We encountered unexpected weather that left us staying inside and playing games for 2 days. The patio view of the beach is great and there is a fireplace for wonderful ambience. The rooftop is perfect for sunrise/sunset views of the beach. There are tons of fun board games to play and puzzles to solve. We made the best of our trip and when the weather cleared, we had a day to enjoy other great amenities. The host is great. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even checked in on us to ensure we were having a good time. We have already booked another stay and will be back in a few months to enjoy the rest of what the house has to offer!

We had a great time and the owner was amazing to communicate with and very prompt in dealing with any issues we had. When we arrived the house was very dusty and sandy and the owner immediately sent the cleaners back out to the house. The location was amazing and could not be better and the house overall was great!

The home was within walking distance of several restaurants. It is also located right on the boardwalk and we used the bikes provided to ride end to end. The weather and water was a bit cool but we sat on the beach each day. We even spotted a whale about 50 yards directly offshore. Easy check in and checkout. We would highly recommend!

This property is awesome! The house itself was perfect for our two families of four (8 total). The four kids stayed in the bunk room and each family had their own full bath. Rooms are spacious. House came with all the necessities (bikes, chairs, paddleboards, umbrellas, and more) Close to the harbor for paddlboarding, boardwalk for walks and biking, beach-level patio for happy hour cornhole and rooftops for golden hour…we loved it all!

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. If you want to be on the beach and bike trail, then this is a great option. The house was clean, it had all of the amenities we expected, and the check-in process was seamless. Not having to rent bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, or paddle boards was a nice bonus. Its location near the Balboa Pier and Balboa Island Ferry, which we took several times, was ideal. We will definitely consider going back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of cruiser bikes to choose from to enjoy the boardwalk. Great views from both the roof top deck and back patio. Jessica’s communication was spot on. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home in a great location! The owner, Jessica was awesome to communicate with....and even had some Christmas decorations up for us, which was a wonderful touch since we hosted family for Christmas dinner! Even though we had some wet and windy weather, we managed to spend some time on the wonderful roof top deck and utilize the cruiser bikes! The home is well stocked and comfortable for our family. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We rented this house for our son's 30th birthday. We had a great time and the layout and areas of the house were amazing. The pictures do not do this location justice. Only draw back was parking by the house for family but a large parking lot a few steps away. But if you only have 1 or 2 cars not an issue. The fire pits out front on the beach were nice and there was would and lighter fluid available for us. All the little touch like that was amazing. We woould rent this location again.

We've now stayed at this property twice. We love the location! We love the layout of the house. It fits our family of 7 great. It is well stocked in the kitchen. They have tv's with live channels (so we could watch MLB playoffs), board games, puzzles, great parking, enough bikes for the family and 4 long boards to enjoy. Can't wait until our next trip there!
