Space is played out well and awesome proximity to the beach

Would be nice to be given extra paper towels and toilet paper. There were a few things that were broken, like the storm door handle and ceiling vent. Other than that everything was perfect

Proximity to the beach

The T.V was offline during our entire stay. Was promised a property management team would take care of it. Never happened.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Clean, great location! Easy Beach access and easy to get to your room.

It was a little dated. Could definitely use more bath towels. There were no kitchen towels. The mattress (both) need replacing.

Bargain for the price/location

Spacious! Excellent amount of amenities included

We was very pleased with the room and will definitely consider staying there again!

Great location right on the beach. Everything was clean and worked in the room. Price was really reasonable as well. Kitchen was pretty well stocked.

Personal preference but the bed was too hard for us. Also, the missing a can opener. We fixed that by buying one and leaving it for the room.

Too expensive for the Condo conditions

Location is good.

Condo was not clean. AC unit didn’t work properly.

A nice place to stay and we would definitely visit again.

It was close to shopping and within walking distance of the beach.

Ceiling in the front bedroom had a leak that appeared to be coming from the unit above.

Superb

I arrived at the property but had not received the email to get my code to get in. I had to call and send text messages to get it waiting in the car and it was very hot.

Like the short walk to beach.

The towels had too much softener which made them not dry well. Just fyi!

Disappointing

I liked the fact of how quick you were able to book it.

Standing and walking back and forth in the rain waiting on a correct code to get into the condo (the representative was very sweet). Wasn’t sympathetic or they didn’t try to compensate for their mistakes. I wouldn’t dare treat my guest like that. Price was very reasonable and I always enjoy this particular strip and Doc’s Seafood!

Disappointing

Closeness to the beach, pool.

The wood floor at the outdoor hose and shower area is very slippery. I slipped and injured a toe, as did the other quests. This area should be make of concrete or the same as what’s in the pool area. The walkway to the beach cannot be walked on by an adult with bare feet, let alone a child. It was so hot, burns occurred on the bottom of the feet. I understand that it was constructed with lasting abilities in mind. The condo hasn’t been dusted in I can tell you when. The top of the headboard in the furthest room was dusty. The vent in the bathroom,in the first bathroom, was full of dust. The louvers in the A/C door haven’t been dusted at all. I ran my finger across on of them and left the clump hanging so maybe it would be noticeable to the cleaners for the next guests. The fingerprints on the top of the jar of shells on the end table are mine. That’s how much dust was on it. The nightstand in the first bedroom is a TV tray, really…how about a small nightstand. Same bedroom, you need to replace the mattress. It is sagging in the middle. The pillow are hard as rocks. Worst nights stay I’ve ever had. Will need to go to a chiropractor when I get home. The painters left their tarp on the porch. Still there (cleaners should have see it and removed it. Sand all over the floor upon arrival. We didn’t find the broom until the last day as it wasn’t in the closet, but hidden behind the washer. It just goes to show the cleaner didn’t even look for the broom. The back bathroom had dark hair all over the sink. An attempt was not made to clean it. There was sand and what appeared to be Sheetrock dust on the floor in that same bathroom. The mirror wasn’t cleaned as there were toothpaste marks all over it. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, assuming from the previous renters) as there was brown stuff in the drawer from something like rotting fruit and veggies.

Passable

Proximity to beach, shops, restaurants.

Furniture was old and dated. Wanted an ocean view, had to go on balcony to see. Very expensive.

Nice

It was clean and very comfortable. Good location and price. Staff was very helpful. Recommend Romar Beach Condos.

Construction going on. Workers were using luggage carts and looking in windows while using construction lift.

Resting Beach Face

My original reservation fell through due to construction and my reservation was moved to the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club; The Resting Beach Face. Very clean location in a gated community with multiple accommodations, and friendly staff.

Updates throughout the condo to include both bedrooms having bathrooms and 3 smart TVs .
