Vacation on the Cove! Fun Year Round Destination! This is the perfect place for your dream week at the lake with family and friends. We are offering our beautiful large family home with 100’ frontage on Cassie Cove, Lake Ossipee. The property has a beautiful beach with 40' dock for your water toys. There's a swim raft and water basketball hoop. Fun for the whole family. If a fall long weekend is in your plans, this home is great for a weekend of outlet shopping in North Conway and leaf peeping in the Mt. Washington Valley just 25 minutes away. The views of Mt. Chocorua from Lake Ossipee are beautiful. For Winter fun, we are 15 minutes to King Pine ski area. Snowmobile trails abound in Ossipee and there are a lot more in the White Mountains. The house is 30 minutes from N. Conway with lots of skiing, tubing, dining and shopping. If the ice on the lake is safe, you can skate and snowmobile right out the front door. • Sleeps 16 comfortably (14 in winter months) • 6 bedrooms • 3 baths • Cable • Gas Grill • Central A/C • Huge patio at water’s edge • Large sandy beach for children • Swim float • Paddle boat, canoe and two kayaks included (May-October) • 40’ dock for your boat with +/- 4 foot water depth (May-October) Large living room and den provide plenty of space for relaxing and playing games. Enjoy family meals together at the huge dining room table. Bedroom 1: King and Double Bedroom 2: Queen and 2 single cots Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom 4: Main floor – King Bedroom 5: Single over Double bunk and single bunks Bedroom 6: 2 sets of Bunks Home also has two futons. 15 minutes to King Pine Ski area. 30 minutes to North Conway, the outlets, restaurants, ski areas and an expansive list of outdoor activities. Great day trip opportunities to the White Mountains and Portland Maine’s Old Port attractions.

We had a great time staying at this lake house. There was plenty of room to spread out, a big kitchen and dining room, and an awesome patio. We went out on the kayaks and paddled around the lake one afternoon. Owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, very large house. Beds were made. House was clean, the view of the lake gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we needed in it, highly recommend.

My family and I had a beautiful stay at Vicky's house at the beginning of August. The home had everything we needed for a stay with a big group. The beach was perfect for lounging around and swimming. My kids and nieces loved being just a minute or two from the sandbar! The house was neat, clean and well stocked with all the basics. There were lots of places to sleep throughout the house. The bunk rooms downstairs can be used by adults, but are definitely meant to be used for kids as the beds don't have traditional mattresses. Overall a wonderful place that we'd rent again!

Absolutely stunning location for a family vacation. Plenty of sleeping areas, wonderful water views and a pefect beach area for little ones. Close to lots of options if you need an escape from the house, but with all the space available, you'll probably never leave.

Our family had such a wonderful time that brought so much joy to use being together. The property is amazing, clean, close to many activities tubing, skiing shopping etc. Looking forward to making this an annual trip! Sincerely thank you!

Our group of 15, ranging from 6 to 60+ enjoyed every moment in this beautiful home. The warm and welcoming environment combined with everything we needed from bedding to kitchen equipment to games to spacious rooms for all of us to enjoy time together. Thank you for welcoming us. We had a wonderful stay at this property. House was large enough for multiple families, kid friendly and perfect location. Close to king pine and just a short drive to North Conway. The lake in the back was beautiful. Great way to spend some time relaxing after the holidays!

Spacious yet cozy feeling home, perfect for a family gathering! Check-in and communication was easy, kitchen and home were well-equipped and location is great. Would recommend to a friend and/or hope to return some day :-)

It was amazing. The veiws were magnificent and so beautiful. The house is cozy and was perfect for our my family and guest. But, on the first night we slept there were three droplets of mouse poop right next the folded sheets on the left bed in the room right of the upstairs bathroom. It’s quite unsettling knowing that a rodent could be crawling near you when you sleep. Overall, we had a great time.

This property suited us very well. Six adults and five kids between 4 and 10. Many twin/bunk sleeping options for the kids. One bedroom contains a king and a queen which is unusual. We all had plenty of space to mingle and be apart. Wonderful private beach and waterfront patio as well as deck. The water at the beach area is clean without lake plants spoiling your enjoyment. A pretty sweet location. I’m a swimmer and was able to swim long distances across the cove daily. Easy access to the sandbar and larger portions of the lake.
We grilled nearly every day.
The day we arrived the outdoor temperature was above 90. The a/c on the main floor is central and functions great. The second floor has a window unit in one of the three bedrooms but it did not cool the other two sufficiently which was disappointing as we had to draw straws to see which adult couple would have to use a bedroom with no a/c.
The hosts were terrific and we had a wonderful week!

We have been renting for many years and this property tops it’s all. Beautiful house with great location. House had everything you could want and more. The owners were friendly and reacted quickly to any issue we had!

Great mini vacation
Our second time at the Bays. Plenty of room for our big family to relax and my 3 year old niece really enjoyed the “toy” room. Great place to stay with a large group. We will definitely be back next year.

It was a great stay. The house really had lots of bedding that accommodate all of us from all ages. We went during winter and the kids really enjoyed sliding down the small hill and ice-skating on the frozen lake. The fire pit was a nice touch as well for winter smores. Host was responding quickly with any questions which was very helpful.

Family vacation
This is the second time we stayed at Cassie Cove. We loved it, large place great spot on the lake and we even saw a family of deer on a walk! Thank you for the great vacation!

Incredible place! Beautiful location and excellent home.
This place was breathtaking! Right on the lake with a private beach, perfect morning sun on the deck (coffee / reading in the morning!), low traffic road, etc.
Truly something for everyone. Kids? Plenty of space for them to play separate from the main living area. Excellent beach for young kids. Dock, kayaks, etc for older kids. Close to the sandbar for the more “social” tourists. Quiet and beautiful for the older goers who just want to relax. This is truly my favorite rental so far - will surely be going back!

The Bays long weekend
Stayed here for a long weekend with 15 family members including a 12 and 2 year old. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for our whole family to relax and hang out and play games at night with plenty of room to mingle. We made a sledding course that went from the street onto the lake. Super fun. During the day our family did their own axtivities; some went skiing, sledding, tubing and snowmobiling while some of us went to hang out in North Conway. Great location and John was great to deal with. We all loved this property and will definite;y be back. Awesome time here!!!!

Sooo relaxing!!!
Our entire family loved this place! The location was perfect for all ages in our group. The younger kids played/fished from the dock while the teens enjoyed paddling to the sandbar for volleyball and other water games. The morning paddles to the main lake were absolutely stunning. I could get used to the sound of loons day and night.

Great place for the family
You can't beat the location! My family had a great time spending the week and we lucked out with beautiful weather. The owners are super friendly and always quick to respond with any questions. The house has a great amount of space, inside and out. We had a family of 15 and it was nice not feeling on top of each other. Thank you Vicky & John for providing us with such a lovely home.
