About this house rental
Situated in Port Elliot, this attractive house for $180 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Now with fast NBN50 internet connection with WiFi with Netflix (reasonable use policy applies). House features: - 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children. 3 queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds. - Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning - Two bathrooms, one with bath, continuous instant gas hot water - Large open plan living area - Fully functioning kitchen with gas cooktop. - Dishwasher - Washing Machine - Iron + ironing board - 55" LCD TV - 2 Foam surfboards - 2 body boards - Weber q BBQ To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee. We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors. OPTIONAL LINEN FEES: - Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay. - Single bed sheets, 1 pillowcase, one towel and hand towel - $15 per stay. The house is designed for your privacy and comfort with bedrooms in each corner of the house. Sleep the kids on one side of the house with the parents on the other. Ideally located in an quiet street. Just a short drive to the main strips of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. 2 minute walk to Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club which has an amazing swimming and surf beach. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Learn to surf just meters from your stay or take the bike path to Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa or Victor Harbor. Come home to a relaxing barbecue and put your feet up admiring the hills or the beach. Pets can be negotiated. We are willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours. Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

We really enjoyed the comfort of this stay. Good facilities, great for families with the two separate bathrooms. Lovely backyard. Definitely recommend.

Great property in brilliant location. Very close to Victor harbour. Lovely coastline walk to Pt Elliot. Very near to Chiton SLSC.
Spacious with enclosed yard, ideal for kids/ families.

Great location - short walk to the beach, plus between Port Elliot and Victor, very convenient for both. House itself was perfect for families, the two 'wings' making it easy to separate early risers from night owls.
Just be aware that the beach within walking distance is not an ideal swimming beach for young kids. It's more of a surf/body boarding beach with big waves and quite a strong undertow. Our littles were still happy playing on the sand, but something to consider perhaps.

Lovely large home, housed 10 of us with with plenty of room to move. The home was very comfortable, clean and well presented. The booking process was quick and easy. We will book this again.

My 2 adult kids (plus my husband later in the week), stayed in this great holiday home for nearly a week and we totally loved it. We all had a queen sized bed each, which were all very comfortable to sleep in. Nice big smart tv with wifi internet. Comfy couches to watch said tv, good size fridge for a family of 4, dishwasher, microwave heaps of cookware, cutlery, dinnerware, glasses, mugs etc. Short distance to the beach at Chiton Rocks. Will definitely book there again, if we need to stay in Victor Harbor again.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house in Victor Harbor is perfect for a large family or group. It is close to the beach, well-connected by car, and always clean. The house has a spacious backyard, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and free WiFi. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victor Harbor.

The house is very comfortable- and great layout for kids and adults!
Ben -the host, is a great communicator and has done a great job setting up the house with everything you need!
And, dog friendly which made it easy and enjoyable!

The property was very well losted, on arrival we found everything neat and tudt. The house is very spacoous and I love the fact we could have our doggy inside and out! Everytbing we need in the kitchen, bathrooms and beds was there, needed to bring our own linen for beds etc, but thats not a big issue at all. Thanks so much, will definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous family holiday in Hayborough. The layout of the house meant that the children slept at the back of the house and the adults were in close proximity. We loved the black-out curtains in the bedrooms - great for daytime naps, children and adults! Having a bathroom on each side of the house was great and we loved the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in both showers. Best of all, we were so close to the beach (5 minute walk) which everyone loved, especially our dogs. Ben, property owner, was fantastic with communication. Wonderful holiday - we hope to return next year. Highly recommend!

We found this hidden gem when looking for a last-minute place to stay in the area.
We were extremely happy with everything: the house was very clean, with lovely comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, kayaks for a paddle on Lake Alexandrina and even bikes for the kids!
No question that we will be return customers!

A close walk to the beach and modern, clean accommodation. Undercover outdoor dining table with BBQ was great. An excellent option if you have a pet. We'll definitely book this property again.

If we had known we would have brought our own pillows. Other than those things was a great house would rent again!

Enjoyable stay at 12 Albatross.The house is very well layed out.Nice lawn area and outdoor setting with BBQ. House Heating and hot water in showers excellent.Kitchen well equiped.
