Golf Course, 3500 Square Foot Executive Pool Home Centrally Located on Half Acre of Lush Grounds - 5 Minutes to Downtown Melbourne, 4 Miles to Beach. Open, modern floor plan with Gourmet kitchen, Dining that seats up to 16, Large covered lanai with oversized screened/heated pool and jacuzzi. 5 bed/3 bath, Main living room features wood burning fireplace. Second living room is setup for fun! Circular drive with plenty of parking. Quick 19 miles/26 minutes to USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Perfect family/group home participating in USSSA Sports Complex tournaments. Short 19 miles/26 minute drive to Viera. Includes The Following Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, coffee pot, All bedding, linens, pillows and towels. Fun Items: Beach/Pool towels, beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, board games, basketball hoop in driveway, pool basketball, small propane grill, Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner. Second Living Room: TV with Roku, board games and pull out sofa bed with linens and pillows. Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer. Kitchen: Stainless steel 6 Burner gas range plus electric wall oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items. Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately. AREAS AVAILABLE: Entire house and contents including all cabinets and closets plus full use of the grounds is available to our guests. Parking on concrete only (not grass as we have a sprinkler system). Excluded: Garage, one small closet and Golf Course may not be used unless paying to play.

Stayed for 7 days in November 2023. The place was perfect for having a family Thanksgiving get together. My elderly parents appreciated having a side of the house to themselves where they can adjust the temperature. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub.
The location was ideal for us with grocery and shopping nearby. We did drive a bit to visit the Kennedy Space Center but that was a one day event.
Neighborhood was quiet and the hosts were responsive to the very few questions (i.e. operating the hot tub) I had. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Property was more than enough for the 8 of us. Large kitchen, huge kitchen table, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were a big hit and the basketball hoop entertained the kids. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

12 of our family stayed at this beautiful property for our daughters wedding. It was perfect to host all of us and the huge kitchen made it easy for big family meals. Everything was clean and the beds and linens were super soft!! Our host was always available with great communication! The pool and spa were perfect after our long days!! Close to beaches, restaurants and local attractions!!

We had a great time at this property. The pool was large and our kids spent a lot of time swimming. There were chairs and umbrella for the beach and lots of beach towels. The property manager was very responsive to any message I sent.
It would be great if the property could put in a second refrigerator since it sleeps so many. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return!

The house was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 4 teens. Very true to the listing. Two family rooms let us spread out. The huge table let us all eat together. The pool was warm and large and the hot tub got hot!!! Lots of pool and sand toys available. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice and close to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend!!!

Communication with host was great. We had a large group,14 people, and were all very happy with the property. Plenty of room, and privacy. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Andy was great to work with. Would stay again, no question.

Our stay wasn’t without incident, to say the least however Andy the property manager was very friendly and efficiently took care of washing Mach issue, bathroom lights and toilet issue (that was our fault) just be careful sitting…the toilets rock a bit. Ceiling paint in one of the rooms needs to be peeled off and repainted. The landscaping looks like it hasn’t been done in years. This home has tons of space for little ones to roam and family to spread out for privacy and quiet time. The homeowner is lucky to have Andy as his property manager, he is much nicer to speak with than the owner!

We absolutely loved the house and especially enjoyed the pool! We had everything we needed and KC addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately - even taking time out of her day to drop off a cooler for us to use out by the pool! We would recommend this rental 100% and hope to be back again someday! Thank you for a great girls get-away!!

Our group of 10 had a great time staying at this property in Melbourne. It was 30 minutes to Cocoa Beach and 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, our two reasons for staying in this side of Florida. House was huge and we didn’t step on each other. We had ages 4-50 and everyone loved the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Pool.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with 9 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room and just seemed like the house kept going and going. The air in the back part of house was not functionally correctly but the host was right on it to fix the issue. Easy access to home. Definitely recommended.

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was perfect! We had 4 separate families staying with us and we couldn’t believe how much privacy this house provided! The pool allowed us to have relaxing at home time in between family events! It had everything we needed! The kitchen allowed us to prepare most of our meals there! Very large and roomy home! Everyone who stayed with us said they would definitely come and stay again!

Pros: Spacious, clean, nice location. Not walkable to many things but short drive to restaurants, stores and the beach is about 15 minutes away. Nice park playground just a few blocks away. Lots of pool and beach toys provided. The hot tub was a nice luxury on the cooler days and evenings. Also, the shallow ledge was nice for smaller children. When we had some issues with the hot tub heating properly, a response and maintenance was there to help out almost immediately. Helpful extra children items such as portable cribs, highchair, and stroller.
Cons: kitchen was lacking in a few basic convenience items such as pizza cutter, muffin pan, lidded travel cups and beach umbrella. Most of the property was very nice but clearly a few areas are still waiting to be updated. By the patio pool furniture, a low area held a puddle of water at all times.
We would definitely recommend this property for large family gathering. Submit.

The location, size and layout of home was perfect! Grandchildren loved the pool and spa. Had a small problem with pool and spa pumps, owner was there within the hour and had it taken care of.

The house has a great location to the airport and the stores for food. On a quite street, lots of parking.
We are a group that travels each year to FL for golf. The five of us wanted to try golf courses this year in a different area, years past we stayed in Port St. Lucie.
The house was great, had the pool and hot tub, plenty of room for dinner and breakfast. The two living rooms nice, but we never really spent much time watching TV.

This house was so much more than I expected. Spacious and had all the amenities you could need to include pack n play and high chair and pool towels. Pool was so much fun (even in the rain)! Large kitchen with lots of prep space. Would definitely book again.

I hope it was not a paid job. You may want to get someone to come in and fix it, at the tiles that move. Oh and I would also like to suggest a handrail for the pool. Anyone renting a house this size is likely going to have a few older ones in the group. They too would like to enjoy the pool or hot tub but it can be hard for them to get in/out without a railing. Fix those few things and this house is easily a 5+ rating.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the heated pool and screened in patio. The dining table was perfect for all of us. The place was clean. The owner very responsive and helpful. This place is a unique find and I highly recommend KC’s place.
