About this condo rental
Situated in Sunset Beach, this lovely condo for $408 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We offer beautiful beach front views access of the Gulf. You can see and hear the waves splashing on the beach. We have beautiful sea birds, parrots, and dolphins to watch form our private deck and from our beautiful white sandy beach. Please note that we do not rent the 2nd level to families with children. We have a ground floor that families with children can reserve. VRBO ID # 1099077.You can walk 2 to 3 miles in each direction for those who like to enjoy quiet and beautiful walks. Or you can sit in the sun or shade to read or just relax in the sun. We also have a garden patio that overlooks the beach. It is great for relaxing, sitting under the shade tree, watching beach goers, and observing the wonderful sunsets we are so famous for. Located centrally to a vacationer's delight. Restaurants and night life within walking distance. Tampa International Airport as well as Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Hard Rock Cafe, Channel Side and the Florida Aquarium are only 30 minutes away. We are located just 90 minutes away from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Sports fans - we are only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field as well as 30 minutes from Tampa Stadium and the Ice Palace and Tampa's historic Ybor City for dining and shopping. Beach trolley for those who do not drive. We have churches, supermarkets, drugstores, fine dining, and night life all within walking distance. At historic John's Pass, only two and one-half miles away, you will find gourmet restaurants, deep-sea fishing, shopping, and day cruises. Only a short 15-minute drive to downtown Saint Petersburg for a day at the pier and shopping. The famous Sunshine Sky-way Bridge is within 15 minutes. Unit is just like the pictures. Perfect size for two of us. Plenty of cooking utensils that are in great condition. Beachfront location cannot be beat! Provided beach chairs we comfortable and plentiful. We had our own shade, but there was an umbrella left behind from a previous guest, though I understand that is a hit an miss situation. Communication with the owner was a simple email with timely responses. We would definitely book this place again. Talked with a repeat renter that has stayed here 7 years in a row and we can see why.

It was a crazy week weather wise, but it was a week of a different kind of beauty. The Gulf was wild and amazing to watch. It was so peaceful to be on the beach and I loved seeing the parrots. The condo is unbelievablly close to the water. I didnt use the deck as much as I would have liked to, but that was because of the high humidity. I prepared all of my meals there and enjoyed watching the waves as I ate. I was travelling alone and I felt completely safe on the property. I got the chance to talk to Joann twice and it was a pleasure to get to know her. My only regret was having to leave. My hope is to go again next year.

The beach was beautiful, clean and not crowded even thought were in the midst of spring break. Condo was exactly as pictured/described. So nice and such a perfect location that we're considering renting again next year!

The condo was just what my husband and I needed. Big enough for 2 people. Great place, beautiful sunsets and the beach was quiet. Had everything we needed. We walked the beach and boardwalk every day! It’s a great area for families too. Hated to leave!

Property was clean, well maintained and in an excellent location with a lovely garden area between unit and the beach.
Met owner, Jo Ann, who was friendly and accommodating throughout booking and rental.
The only issue was not owner's fault and concerned a condo/hotel across the street that has dedicated access to beach on a path alongside this rental. Apparently a number of beachgoers from that building feel the beach directly in front of our rental (and the only area with shade, courtesy of the property"s trees) is theirs exclusively and set up chairs, umbrellas and loud games just inches from where we were trying to enjoy the beach outside our rental. According to Jo Ann, this has been an issue for quite some time.
While we loved the property, this nuisance will probably affect our decision whether to re-book a future trip.

We stayed the weekend before hurricane Ian. Our gracious host was concerned for our safety and we left early and she refunded our remaining monies promptly. It is a perfect getaway and we truly love it there! This was our 3rd trip here and we plan to return in the future ❣️

Sunset paradise!
We had a fantastic week at Jo Ann's condo! Perfect family spot, spent most of the time on the beach and relaxing on the deck. The sea turtle nests were so great to see! Perfect little condo with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch! Too many wonderful beach restaurants to eat dinner in! Just a 5 min beach walk to Caddy's, a fantastic beach bar and grill. Nothing like toes in the sand and an ice cold beer in your hand! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful rental
This place was amazing for the price and location! Perfect access to the beach and all the amenities Treasure Island has to offer. The rental itself and the property owner were such a delight. My only complaint was the people below us playing extremely loud music at 3 in the morning and their very loud dog which came charging at my 3yr old one evening when we were hanging out outside and the owner no where to be seen. However, this is nothing negative against the property itself or the owner just the people staying below us which was out of anyone’s control really.

Absolutely perfect condo
This condo is absolutely perfect. It is in an excellent location and is extremely convenient to the beach. There are only a few condos in the building and we didn’t hear as much as a peep from any of the other guests. Loved being able to see the waves from the deck. The trees at the beach also provide awesome shade for most of the day. This was our first time to Treasure Island and We were blown away. When we return, we definitely will look to book this condo again. 5 stars!

The whole place was definitely garage sale merchandise. It was super cheap in start up items. They wanted you to do the dishes and some laundry and there wasn't any detergent for the dishwasher or washer.
The most disgusting thing was the owners backyard lot below the deck. They had two large dogs that just used the area for a bathroom and the owners didn't pick it up until garbage day. That is what you are looking down at.

This is one of the best places that I've stayed at! The deck right off the sand, and beautiful Gulf of Mexico, makes it well worth the price. Jo Ann was a great host, and a great communicator. The bed was super comfotable and everything in the condo was in perfect condition. A perfect place to enjoy the beach and all that Treasure Island has to offer!

From the morning walks on the beach, to the front row view of a beautiful sunset every night, we couldn't have asked for more. Great Location
My wife and I had a great stay here, we loved relaxing on the deck. The property was clean and had all the comforts of home. The owner was fantastic to work with, she even brought us a Keurig coffee maker. We will book again.

Cozy Condo - Perfect
My wife and I spent a few days more than two weeks here. We are in our 70s, and the condo on the second (top) floor, the deck, the beach, and the surrounding areas of Treasure Island, St Pete’s Beach, Pass A Grill, John’s Pass were perfect. Easy driving anywhere, and grocery store, drug store, and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The condo is well stocked, clean and as pictured in the website, inside and out. The owners, JoAnn and Tony were great. Notified them that kitchen faucet leaked, and it was replaced the same day. The beach is beautiful and great for walking. The condo is on a dead-end street with two restaurant/bars several blocks away. Vehicle traffic is light, not noisy, and slow. Pedestrian traffic consists of walkers and joggers. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The patio deck is very spacious and the views are spectacular. The property is located in more of a neighborhood setting away from the large resorts and very tranquil. However, the property is close to many restaurants, grocery stores & shops. The interior of property is equipped with wood flooring, ceiling fans in each room, comfortable furniture & nice appliances. One of the best experiences we encountered is the owner Jo Ann Diaz. Her communication & friendliness is superior to any we have experienced on vacations. By the time we arrived we felt as though we had vacationed here many times. We most definitely will vacation at this property again which will be sooner than later.

Everything we had hoped it would be and more!!!
My wife, myself and our grandson (9) loved every minute we spent here. It was everything we were looking for and more. The condo was great, clean with everything we needed for our stay. The view from the deck was spectacular, the beach, water and sunsets wonderful. We didn't want to leave, already looking for open dates to come back.

Wonderful location! Beach is your front yard!
This was a perfect location for our anniversary getaway! We wanted to enjoy the beaches near St. Pete and loved where we landed. When we couldn't find our check in information, the owner answered our phone call after midnight and got us inside. The unit was clean inside, and the only improvement there would be the decks and patios could have used a good sweeping. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was comfy, and the privacy of the beachfront area was second-to-none for the price point. Walk less than a mile on the beach to get to restaurants. The supermarket was a short drive too. We enjoyed exploring north from this spot up to Clearwater Beach, and south down to St. Pete Beach.

View was absolutely amazing! The shortest walk to the beach of any where we have ever stayed. Nice quiet neighborhood, no problems with parking. We literally put up an umbrella and spent all day at the beach. Could not have asked for anything more!
