Delightful. Quiet.
Nothing.

Lovely staff, comfortable room.
Thin walls, remember earplugs. :-)
10.0
comfortable and clean
no Air Conditioning , and the in-house meals were way overpriced for what was offered.

Nicely suited near one of the main streets leading to the beach alley. Quiet place in general. The rooms are clean and cozy, big enough. We cooked BB so the breakfast in the morning was also nice and delicious.

it’s located very near the place where you finish the Camino de Santiago stage
the worst breakfast ever. the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was smelly and it get all wet because there is no curtain in the shower

10/10. Good breakfast. Amazing friendly staff!

The location is close to the bus terminal and train station. We did not hear much street noise considering our room was located facing the street on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious with 2 twin beds.
The staff that checked us in and out was very friendly and clearly explained the steps to reenter the hotel since there would be no receptionist after 10 pm and the lobby door would be locked at the time of our stay.
We stayed here last minute because of a change in plans and needed to be near the train station. The price was very affordable.
The noise was from the hallway from other guests talking. We could literally hear someone in the hotel snoring, not sure if they were in the room beside us or above us (something to take into consideration if you are a light sleeper).
The bathroom and closet were the issues with cleanliness. I would chalk it up to not being used versus being a housekeeping issue. The closet had a musty smell and the bathroom had a film of dust.

Full time staff, very helpful , enjoyed daily breakfast, room excellent

Comfortable bed, optimal temperature, quiet
Bathtub looked like it had seen better days and the shower head kept falling down. However good water pressure and temperature

Great location for travel (stations). Clean etc, modern but heating poor in cold weather. Old inefficient radiators. Staff excellent. Quiet.
As above

Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Walls are a bit thin.

it was meters away from the train station which is exactly what we were looking for to be close to the station since we had a very early morning train ride to Porto, Portugal.
No AC in the rooms. ventilation was quite poor as it was a very hot week (unusual) but they accommodated us with an extra fan (there is one in the room) but the fans are of extremely poor quality and barely lets enough air out unfortunately.

clean. friendly staff great location
poor sound insulation between rooms
8.0
Nice bed, friendly staff, very near to train station.
Bathroom has no ventilation: very oppressive and humid. Fungus hasard. Bathtub had long hair in it. Nobody at reception after 22hrs.
8.0
- Really nice staff
- Large and clean room
- The bed was big and comfortable
- Our room was facing a very traffic heavy street. Even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise from the cars outside
- The bathroom could use some improvement
- There was no AC on the room, only a small fan. We were lucky, as it wasn't a very hot day, but could be problematic in the summer.
7.0
Location: really near the train station. Bathroom: wide shower area.
No refrigerator, no kitchen at all. Mold on the ceiling.
1.0
There was nothing in this place to like, to be honest
Outrageous pricing, misleading photos, misleading communication at check-out, regarding solutions to our complaints.
7.0
clean, friendly staff, and the WiFi access transfers between hotel locations which is an AWESOME policy for international travelers without a SIM card!
not close to the downtown/old town area, overpriced given the outdated amenities.
