Not suitable for European standards.

Very minimum of cutlery and kitchen facilities On our arrival day the "suite" was occupied and we had to go to 113., pretending also that we should stay there because the owner of 213 needed it for his family..... Bedsidetable no lamps working...

Zimbali suite 213

The natural landscape area with the sea views was refreshing. The restaurant and mood was great.

The entrance areas were confusing. The suite was not well cleaned. There were biscuits crumbs on the sofa. On checkout, there was no one at reception. I had to get assistance from outside security.

Disappointing

It was clean,staff was very friendly and the location was great.

The furniture in the suite needs to upgraded It doesnt look like an investment is made for the look and feel of the place. It was as if iam at a 2 star.it means a lot to see work being done in the suite,Zimbali is known for comfort and luxury.Curtains hooks need to be neat,fridge micro couches need some work.. The exit door at the kitchen was so hard to open,the access card was giving us issues,we went to reception twice to get this sorted.

Beautiful Zimbali

The place is beautiful.The parking was closer to our suite(perfect).There's a buffet restaurant,love it.I like the fact that in the kitchen there was cutlery and crockery,thank you.

No shower gel in the bathroom,would appreciate if there was a mop as well.Would appreciate if the towels and the bedding were a bit more whiter.On the booking App it said there's a BBQ area assuming we would be able to braai our meat,but there's no such.

Another beautiful getaway

The Spa at the resort.. The fire place restaurant. Golf and tennis court area. Enjoyed playing golf the fact you can be under around your home town n stil escape to a beautiful getaway.

The wash rack. I cut my finger as the plate shot out as inplace the second one.. So deep wound n aswel blood.. Tried to stop one plate falling on the other. Please get a dish rack to suit the dishes. Everything else wad perfect. Add earbuds to the bathroom😀

Disappointing

Manager and some staff were helpful. Pools and resort was clean.

Receptionist wasn't helpful, gave us incorrect info on restaurants and facilities, saying we have to pay to swim, etc. Advertisement says cycling, we took our bikes only to find you aren't allowed to cycle at the resort. Aircon was very loud, the light of the aircon illuminates the room at night.

Entry to the estate was not clear and ended up at four separate gates to be wrongly advised along the way. Kettle did not work and unable to get a replacement as nobody available after 8pm. Bedside lights lovely but don’t plug into anything at all??? So disappointed to be honest at the price we paid.
