Cute apartment and great hosts

The location is amazing. 20mins by car to Dubrovnik and 5 mins to Cavtat and it's surrounded by different beaches. It was so clean and the hosts were extremely helpful. We needed help with the washing machine and they got back to straight away. There's a little garden area and the sunset from there is unreal! Also the bed was very comfy!

This didn't have an impact on us but just incase anyone wants to cook more in the apartment, there isn't an oven but there is a microwave and an induction hob.

Amazing stay

Everything, this apartment was fabulous. It had everything we needed for a short stay. It was extremely comfortable and we received a lovely welcome on our arrival.

Super friendly host and communication was great. The apartment was very clean and modern and the beds we very comfortable. we were even recommended a local resteurant to eat in which was the best we tried in Croatia. Thank you so much.

Clean apartment, modern furniture. Owner was one of the nicest persons i meet in Croatia he welcomed us and take the time to tell us many locals insights, would recommend this apartment to anyone who is travelling to Dubrovnik or to explore around it.

Nice, clean apartment, on a busy highway - make sure you are ready to leave by 10 am!

Very clean and modern apartment, nicely decorated and equipped with some basic food items like coffee, tea, sugar etc. washing machine and drying rack for laundry. Beds were very comfortable.

A grouchy man (cleaner), knocked on the door and asked us to get out at 10:00 am sharp (which was the checkout time) but he was very sharp and made us feel super bad for sleeping in. Inez was extremely nice to deal with though, helpful and lovely person. She felt bad the grouchy old cleaner was a jerk. Also it’s on the busy main road which makes it convenient for the bus, but there is lots of traffic noise outside (but the room was very sound proof).

Best stay during our holiday in Croatia

First of all very friendly host. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Parking right in front of the door. We had all the facilities we needed and more. We were very happy with the homemade rakia. Overall 10/10 Our best stay during our entire holiday in Croatia 🙂 Hvala!

The apartment is located in a very convenient area near the airport and Cavtat. It's well decorated and has all the amenities needed. Very comfortable bed. The owners are very nice and friendly.

Ines and her family provide a comfortable and friendly experience. They can help with transportation to airport and give great tips on where to go and when.

Sofa was a bit stiff but the place is clear, everything worked, location is very convenient and their friendliness is exceptional!

- clean, furnished, washingmachine, welcomedrink and present, helpful owner (speaks English) - informed us about beach + parking and restaurant, the apartment looks like new, parking in front of the apartment, beautiful view of the terrace

It is situated just by the main road, but the bedroom is quiet. It is far from the sea but there was no problem to go by car (maximum few minutes)

Amazing place, kind hosts, beautiful

The hosts are very kind, the appartement is airconditioned, very clean and has everything you might need! Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a bus or Uber ride away, and it's only 15 min drive from Dubrovnik Airport, which was ideal for us! Plenty of great places around to explore, we used Uber for all our trips. Our kids particularly loved chilling in the garden with the two turtles :)

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was clean and smelt fresh. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The hosts were also very welcoming!

Everything was comfy and clean. Our reservation was done very quickly and we're able to get to the apartment right away. Personel was super friendly and helpful. Our stay was great! :)

Recommend staying here. Is close to airport, beach, food. Great Wifi and A/C, transfers available

Clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, water in fridge, iron, blow dryer, great wifi, view of the ocean. Was able to get picked up from airport for 15 euros. Very nice and helpful owners. Bakery and restaurant nearby. Close to airport, Quiet, no airplane noise with AC on.

A/C unit was in living room with sofa/futon. Must leave door open between the bedroom and the living room in order for the cold air to reach the bedroom.

Great stay

The apartment was pretty much perfect, it had everything you might need for even a longer stay! The beds were comfortable, wi-fi fast and stable. We also got a little bottle of homemade liquor and bottles of water as a welcome gift which was a lovely surprise!

The apartment is right next to the road, which can get noisy, but with all windows closed it's not too bad.

Perfect location to DBV airport, fantastic host

Perfect for short stay before early flight out: Just a 7min drive to DBV airport, Apts Nika has one parking spot right in front of apt front door. Walking distance to Restaurant Tomislav next door if prefer to avoid touristy places down the hill in Cavtat (which btw is a quick drive down the hill from Apts Nika). The "extra bed" in living-room area is super-comfortable, and is at least a Queen size. Unit has a new washing machine (did not use however) and folding indoor drying rack. Ines is a great host and has such a nice extended family.

Excellent and most comfortable.

Very nice and friendly hosts, they went an extra mile to make our stay the most comfortable one. It was my partner's birthday and the hosts even arranged for a cake before we arrived. Loved every bit of the studio apartment, the new color-coordinated furniture and clean.
