Comfortable stay

Location is very convenient , unit is clean and tidy simple decor

Not pleasant

Well located near Mall of Asia and airport.

Staying there made us all ill. The "bedroom" was a windowless cupboard. The place had been "cleaned" with overpowering, industrial strength chemicals that left us choking. There were also overpowering "air fresheners" hanging in the bathroom. The extractor fan in the bathroom was poor and didn't seem to ever properly clear the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and mouldy. Being in the apartment was unpleasant - we'd have left for somewhere else if we'd had the energy. Leaving was a relief.

would recommend having a hair dryer and clean.pair of slippers for every guest, that was a bit inconvenient since we found roaches on night 2.

Exceptional

The host was very kind and responded very quickly. Comfortable and clean. Hassle free check-in. Almost everything you need is there. It has WiFi, Netflix, YouTube, Air-conditioning, soft couch and bed, towels are clean, washing machine, hot shower and many more. Definitely recommend!

Tha place was good and clean. If you're in the lower area you cannot appreciate the view. Only for the AC it cannot

accessible to the shopping areas

You cannot find a cab.Need to book for a ride.

Hassle-free and zero disappointment staycation experience

The owner is responsive with our request and clear with check-in instructions. It is our 2nd time to book. The unit, as expected, is clean, comfy, and complete with everything that you need. Wi-fi is strong with Netflix. Linens are clean with pleasant smells.

Cozy place before flight

The place is so neat and cozy, nearest to the pool and especially the host is very nice and accomodating, this place is highly recommended, waliking distance to moa arena and a good spot especially if you are looking for a safe and nice place to stay while waiting for an eatly morning flight.

The owner is friendly and easy to talk to, and also replies fast. It's a nice place to stay if you have a concert to attend in MOA Arena since it's near.

Good value for money

Clean and good value for money. Very good location and helpful owner of the property.

The security at check-in. Very rude and not willing to help. We had the details of the property through booking.com but they wanted more paperwork. We asked them to ring the owner but refused so I had to ring costing me money !

Location, near MOA

The smell of the building corridor. You can hear the noice of other people along the corridor especially during the night. The apartment was not fully cleaned, there were still balloons and other trash underneath the bed from previous guests.

PERFECT, EXCELLENT, SUPER-ACCOMMODATING HOSTS

I don't even know where to start lol our stay in the hostel was nothing short of excellent! The hosts, Ms Noemie and her partner, were very accommodating all-throughout our stay! They even responded quickly, too! All of my questions and requests were answered well. I had a lot of requests & I actually felt a little bad about it, but they were very nice and kind about everything! I traveled to Pasay for a Kpop concert that was held in MOA, and the place was indeed very close to it. Depending on your pace, you can reach MOA (walking) between 10-15 minutes. The condo was very secured as well. The security guards really checked if you're a resident or a (registered) guest of a condo unit, so safety isn't an issue. The condo staff were really helpful & nice as well. There are also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. As for the unit itself, it was very clean! It didn't just look clean, but it smelled clean, too! All of the things we needed were provided already. From kitchen appliances, utensils, some bathroom essentials, and even indoor slippers! Obviously, food wasn't included, but Ms Noemie was very nice to have provided us with some instant coffee. The TV worked perfectly as well, and the internet connection was high-speed. Overall, our stay was beyond amazing! I'm so happy to have come across Ms Noemie's unit on this site. I am definitely going to book her unit again for any of my future trips in Pasay 🤍 thank you so so much, Ms Noemie!

The BEST STAY

It was such a pleasure staying in this place. Everything was provided for us: clean towels, bedsheets, pillows, utensils, even little miscellaneous stuff like dishwashing liquid, hand soap, etc. There was even an extra foam we were able to use. It was so clean and very relaxing to stay at. And, the owner was so kind and generous with responding to our questions and helping us out when we needed it. I just felt thankful for having booked this place and I will not hesitate recommending it to anyone who is planning trips here. It's a COZY home away from home.

They're doing great job and helpful staff

The building are so clean and the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful especially the security guards. They're always smile and great us. We feel safe and secure. The room is perfect for staycation.

The corridor hallway going to A0237, there's NO AC and some elevators the AC's not working especially the summer time.
