Make sure you have everything you need to stay in one place & you're stay will better than ours.

The fact they have an ice machine was helpful for filling our small hand cooler as we were headed to the beach. The condo itself was cozy and has beautiful views from both sides of the building. Beds & pillows in the 2 main rooms are comfortable.

We noticed groups on the beach who had rented chairs and umbrellas. I wish someone would've told us how to get beach rentals. I'm used to having groceries delivered. I was not able to do so, delivery is unavailable to this area, and no restaurants would deliver. The location is bitter/sweet... it's nice to not be right in the middle of everything, but anytime we needed ro go to the store or venture out to find something to eat we knew we would not be back for at least 1-2 hours. Grocery stores and restaurants are not close. If you make sure you have everything you need to stay in one place for a few days... this is a great rental. For our family trip, overall I would stay here again for a lower rate. The rate was too high for our overall stay.

Wonderful place to stay on beach! Views perfect, location, location, location!

This room was AMAZING. Clean, cozy, and everything they had promised. The condos' location is close enough to seawall blvd for convenience but isolated enough that you have room to breathe. I wouldn't stay here over and over again.

We had issues with the wifi and tvs. We didn't report it (we were too busy to notice) until the last night so they couldn't fix it until morning.

I enjoyed the privacy and restful sleep. Wonderful beach. Ginger gave a warm welcome. Thank you.

Private. Wonderful. Just wish the garbage was taken out and floors clean prior to stay. Air conditioning and beds were excellent.

Cleaning needs to be a priority. Check the room before guests arrive

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with peace, quiet, and views of both the sunrise and sunset.

Right on the beach and away from the city noise.

The room we booked had not been properly cleaned. We kind of noticed gradually that things were missing, like trash bags and towels, but the dirty dishes in the cabinet confirmed it. I’m not sure what went wrong or why that happened, but the staff was equally confused and moved us into a bigger, nicer unit. Mistakes happen, and we were pleased with the response of the staff. They also noticed a billing mistake, brought it to my attention before I even noticed, and fixed it.

We'll be back for a different room.

The condition of the property is excellent. Really clean, neat and well maintained. The access to the beach and the shower facilities to use upon our return. REALLY APPRECCIATED Our room had a beach view. Nice high chairs and table out on the porch, so the railing did not interfere with the view.

The room owner's entertainment system - well, be nice call it aggravating. Even though a wifi name and password was left for us; the system was not operating. No wifi the entire time and very limited local channels.

The rooms served there purpose well.

View was great. Beds were comfy.

The stove top only had one working burner, did not try the stove. Room was beautifully decorated but it was too much. Every surface had a Knick-knack. There was no place to but our groceries. Bath tub and entrance door were definitely not ADA. Check-in at 4:00 is too late and check-out at 11:00 is too early. Can’t even spend a full day at the condo.

nice facilities. too expensive for size.

the main property like lobby and pool and outdoor area was awesome. clean and well kept.

the first room we checked into was very dirty, unkept and mold was on a lot of furniture and items. it smelled bad as well. the second room was a little better but extremely small and hard to move around. the price was outrageous for how uncomfortable we were.

We had a great time.

The grounds were beautiful. Had fun old fashioned ( in a good way) like horse shoe pits, corn hole, bocce ball, beautiful new tennis courts and basket ball. The pool was nice with comfortable furniture and the entry way to Gulf was in good condition.

They do not rent umbrellas for beach. Reservations for a company to rent from and have set up on beach has to be called by 5:00pm the day before to get those services.

the property is incorrectly described in listing as having a sofa bed, it does not. linens on 2nd bed smelled like sweat and cigar smoke.
