Loved everything about it and we will be back and also recommend the Addison to our family and frien

Breakfasts were gourmet and absolutely delicious! The location was perfect. We walked to each of 4 restaurants for dinner. All 4 were within 2 blocks or less.

Nothing cold have been better other than some windy weather!!

Our stay was a celebration of our love and we also fell in love with this quaint and charming slice of paradise!

Addison on Amelia is perfectly nestled in a quiet block right off main downtown area. The property is well kept and the common areas were a delight to gather with other guests.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return!

The Addison provides an atmosphere of charm and a comfortable mix of historic home with contemporary convenience. Breakfast on the veranda was sumptuous, and the conversation lively among people happy to be vacationing here.

A extremely pleasant escape from I95 on a trip from the Keys to NC

The breakfasts were excellent....recipes we had encountered before which made for a nice change. The location for enjoying old town could not have been better.

Our room was a bit on the warm side and needed to adjust the hallway thermostat to get the room cool enough at night. Don't like doing that because not sure what it is doing to the other guests....

Great atmosphere and walkin tp downtown. Very nice outside court yard with covered setting.

I get up early "6 ish" and breakfast not served until 8:30. I wish they had some fruit or pastry available to go with my coffee

my husband and I can’t wait to return!

our hosts, accommodations, and location were wonderful. Breakfast and wine in the early evening was excellent. Room was spacious, well appointed etc.

The breakfast was always fabulous and the hosts were happy to prepare your meal if you have dietary requests. The hosts were so friendly and extremely helpful in planning day trips and sight seeing. They provided beach chairs and beach towels as well as bicycles at no charge.

It was practically perfect! The hosts did their best to make you comfortable and meet your needs. Not to mention, the location was right in the heart of town

Amazing birthday celebration! We're already planning to come back!

Lisa & Ron were amazing hosts/innkeepers even way before our official stay! They helped make my birthday weekend a memorable and relaxing one by providing restaurant suggestions and even booking reservations for us ahead of time. Every breakfast they provided was incredibly delicious and our room was comfortable with all the amenities you would enjoy at a luxury hotel! We particularly loved how conveniently located The Addison is. We were able to walk everywhere and if we chose to drive, anything we needed or wanted was no more than 5 minutes away. We're coming again!

Maybe a mini Keurig in the room would be nice, in case we'd like a late-night hot beverage and don't want to wake the rest of the guests by going to the main dining area where the Keurig is. But it's great to have easy access to a beverage area in the dining room :)

Lovely stay

We loved everything about this property. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and the beach. Lisa and Ron are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious and different everyday. We really enjoyed happy hour and meeting other guests. Highly recommended!

The Addison delivers excellence

We loved the warm welcome from our hosts, the reassurance of exceptional cleanliness and personal safety while there, the comfortable room - with every detail attended to, delicious breakfast and how easy it was to meet and talk with other guests, if you wanted to.

I’m hard pressed to think of anything we didn’t like! Even parking, which I expected to be challenging, was easy to find.

Absolutely beautiful, quaint and will exceed your expectation!

We were greeted immediately by Lisa who toured us, let us settle in and then spring right into their nightly happy hour. We have never been to a bnb and now we will never do anything else! The property is gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. Private enough but also opportunities to socialize! Bikes and beach chairs available for free!

Will definitely be our place to stay if we return to Amelia Island!

The inn was charming and in a perfect location to walk to the shopping on Centre Street and to all the wonderful restaurants on Amelia Island. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. The inn was quiet, which is always a huge plus for my husband and I. Ron and Lisa were wonderful hosts!

The historic district has plenty of charm and is in walking distance to great restaurants.

Friendly, attentive and caring owners. They have a happy hour - free wine. Supply free, chilled, bottled water.
