לא יתכן שאיש צוות בקבלה לא ידבר אנגלית ולא יוכל לתקשר עם תיירים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה ברמה הירודה ביותר.

Great value for a clean, comfy vacation home in central Cozumel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great, shower was hot, wifi worked great, and the beds were comfy. The location is close to many local taquerias and not far from the airport, ocean, Winjet/Ultramar, and good shopping. The hotel was inexpensive, yet had all the comforts of a big hotel. The scooter rental was handy and the pool was great to rest when hot. The hotel kept our suitcases until the afternoon when we flew out - and gathered a jacket and charger that I left in the room. Breakfast is a bonus. I will return!

Nooit meer

De locatie van de accommodatie is centraal gelegen

Toen wij aankwamen bij de accommodatie om in te checken werden er eerst andere Spaanssprekende mensen geholpen terwijl wij voor in de rij stonden. Hiernaast was onze kamer erg klein en werden wij in een hoekje gestopt naast de trap waar allemaal zand lag. De kamer was erg benauwd en rook muf. Daarnaast was de kamer niet schoon, er waren meerdere vlekken op het dekbed en de kussens. Wij hadden dit aangegeven bij de receptie (die overigens geen Engels spreekt) en hij kwam nieuwe lakens en kussenslopen brengen. Ook deze zaten weer onder de vlekken. De badkamer van de kamer is ook erg klein en wordt helemaal nat als je even gaat douchen. De volgende ochtend gingen wij ontbijten in het hotel maar dit was heel karig. Er lagen wat bananen, zoet beleg met sneetjes wit brood en cornflakes. Je moest dit zelf maken en daarna zelf je gebruikte spullen afwassen. Na het ontbijt gingen wij terug naar de kamer en zagen wij tot onze verbazing kakkerlakken in de kamer! Wij wilde hier niet nog 2 nachten verblijven en hebben gelijk een ander hotel geboekt en zijn hier snel weggegaan. Wij begrijpen de goede recensies niet en kunnen ons er ook echt niet in vinden. Ook snappen wij niet dat het een boutique hotel is, lijkt meer een hostel/motel.

Lindo lugar y personal muy amable

Es un lugar pequeño, pero perfecto, queda cerca del embarcadero del ferry, la atención es muy buena, las instalaciones muy limpias y ofrece un desayuno ligero. Punto extra que llegas y sin tanto rollo te entregan la habitación.

For the price, it’s fair

The location was great. Accessibility to main streets and supermarkets

The hot water comes out smelling like sewer water; not sure if that’s all of Cozumel or just this hotel. Shower head needs to be replaced. Breakfast needs a little upgrade, at least add option to boil eggs

Fijne plek om te verblijven maar ontbijten deden we ergens anders!

Ruime, nette kamer! Vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie en aangename binnenplaats met zwembad.

Het ontbijt was niet geweldig. We kregen wat ontbijtgranen en potten zoet beleg voor op toast. Er was gelukkig ook wat fruit. Het bed was ook vrij hard...

Insgesamt konnte ich einige ruhige Tage dort verbringen. Etwas zu teuer für das was man bekommt aber sonst wieder gerne.

Sehr ruhige Lage, schöner Innenbereich und erfrischender Pool.

Simples Frühstück, leicht muffiger Geruch im Zimmer und einfache Ausstattung.

Great position and value.

We spent 6 nights at Kinta Kan and everything was good. The pool is a nice addition to the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood.

It is a hotel boutique, but it still has some room for improvement. Indeed they are making renovations to add more rooms. The bathroom of our room was quite small.

Schnorcheln ist mega, vom Strand, z. B. im Monkey Beach Club oder im Monicas Beach Restaurant. Nette Lokale an der Promenade. Links von der Fähre

Kleine Bauarbeiten! Total muffiges Zimmer! Öffentlicher Nahverkehr so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Mit Fahrrad sehr anstrengend sich auf der Insel fortzubewegen. Man muss einen Scooter oder ein Auto (Jeep oder Buggy) leihen. Dann muss man in den meisten Beachclubs ca. 20 Dollar Eintritt zahlen. Es gibt 2 kleine Lokale mit Steg links von der Fähre, hier kann man sich so aufhalten.

Excelente lugar

Todo el lugar está muy bien, tiene su acceso privado, el depa tiene muy buen espacio, las camas son cómodas y el personal es muy atento, además de dar muy buen servicio, lo recomiendo mucho

el agua de la alberca estaba fría, quizá sea bueno un sistema para templarla

There is a construction inside the hotel and everything looks dirty as they have cement bags in the reception and other construction debris everywhere The builders are walking near the pool and there is no privacy The pool was dirty Breakfast you have to make it yourself which was unbelievable as it says it is included Rooms were cheap and bed uncomfortable The neighborhood is quite ugly

Pequeño edén en Cozumel.

La ubicación, relación calidad-precio, el aire acondicionado en la habitación es muy bueno y se agradece por la húmedad de la zona. El área de descanso alrededor de la alberca, así como en el área de cocina es muy agradable y se disfruta bastante. La alberca es muy amplia, tiene un área para estar agusto sentados tomando algo, y otra más profunda para nadar. A unos cuantos metros hay deliciosos puestos para cenar y restaurantes para desayunar.

La habitación tiene poca iluminación, aún y con la ventana abierta. Y no cuenta con espejos, sólo uno pequeño en el baño sobre el lavabo. Tal vez fuera conveniente tener espejo de cuerpo completo en algún área común por lo menos, si no se puede en cada cuarto.

It was fine for one night but I would look elsewhere the next time.

The hotel was very well located within an easy walk to many restaurants. The man in the reception area was pleasant and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean and had a small refrigerator which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was "serve yourself" but there was plenty to choose from. Good coffee.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The common areas and pool looked much nicer in the pictures online. I would not swim in the pool as it was. There area around the pool was unappealing.

Best place we stayed in our three weeks in Mexico, great value and amenities!

We loved the pool, shared outdoors kitchen and the facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned every day and we always had fresh towels.

Water pressure not great, but still workable.

showers are so old and not working correctly. the main entrance door is not closing properly, locked yes but not fully close. Dirty swimming pool

They entered my room for maintenance and did not close the door when they finished. Left the door wide open. My passport and things were in there. also they had a pre typed up thing saying the sheets were stained to try and rip me off. saw other reviews about this

okay for budget travelers but nothing special

I liked the location and the hammocks by the pool were nice

the beds were very uncomfortable, the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible, the so called breakfast is just coffee and cereal, and the receptionist charged us for “staining” a towel when they hadn’t even washed it yet. also the property cat snuck into our room and bit the crap out of me.

Underwhelming

- nice location that’s easily accessible

- shower layout makes no sense, the water ends up flooding the bathroom - Room smelt of damp and had mould on the walls - Had a huge dehumidifier in our room which meant it was really hot even with the aircon on - Bed was uncomfortable - No mirror in the room and the rooms were very dark - Towels and bedding were flimsy and felt cheap

Overall we had a good stay, it's a good value for the money, pool was nice and clean, hotel was 10 minutes by walk to center. Breakfast was okay (cereal, milk, toast, jam, fruits, coffee, fruit tea)

It had a hostel-vibe as the breakfast was self-served with a request to clean your dishes. The fridge in the room was very loud, not for a loud sleeper. The receptionist on our arrival didn't speak any English, but somehow we managed to understand each other

Excellent value for the money

Second time staying at the hotel and it offers excellent value. The staff answer questions quickly and they are very accommodating. We needed to check in early and had rental bikes dropped off and none of these 2 things were an issue. The rooms are simple but perfect for an overnight stay. The area is quiet at night.

The bathrooms need a proper shower door that can be closed. The water goes right through the wooden slats.

Good location, just a few blocks from the center and the ferry. Clean and helpfull staff.

As improvement point: Breakfast until 11am, but arrived around 9:30 and there was already no fruit available.

it felt more of a B&B/nice hostel than a boutique hotel - communal food area with basic breakfast and people making their own food. room was small for 4 people and smelt slightly of damp as poor ventilation in the bathrooms

Good place to stay

Staff was available 24/7 and was very friendly and helpful. It was very great that the breakfast are included! What was also bit unusual is that in the shower there was immediate hot water, you didn't have to wait until water gets warm.

In the first we expected a bit bigger hotel, but it was something up to 10 room. Premises was quite small, but very cozy and nice.
