Great location

travelling with family and each having an ensuite was amazing. Walking distance to town is awesome as parking in Queenstown can be a huge pain. 5-10 min walk for groceries and all the restaurants. Host was friendly and helpful. Apartment was cleaned very well on check-in

finishes and furniture are super cheap (broken sofa, wobbling tables, wall skirts lifting, scuffed walls) which for us, really let down the feeling of luxury that it could have been. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent (tea towels were taken and never replaced) and would have been good to have at least one vacuum and surface clean-up during the week. No soundproofing which was normally not an issue but there were a few times it was very annoying. Area is generally very quiet though.

Spacious, light, central, modern apartment

So central, each family member had ensuite, so spacious. Management responded quickly to a blocked sink we had. Keypad entry worked well with 4 adults coming and going.

We couldn’t stay longer!

Great location in a well maintained complex

Located short walk to CBD and close to everything. Apartment was cleaned regularly during our stay and was nice and warm. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family. Liked the heated bathroom floors and lots of hot chocolate.

Bathroom sink was semi-blocked, so didn’t drain well, the toilet ran constantly and the heated bathroom floor didn’t work for a couple of days. Some of the finishing in the apartment wasn’t finished, eg ceiling in kitchen.

Perfect accommodation. Close to everything.

Walking distance tooth centre. Unit was perfect. Was the size of a house. Spacious. Quiet. Would return in a heartbeat.

Could’ve been so much better

The location was perfect and the facilities within the apartment were awesome.

Unfortunately my room had not been cleaned since the last stay and one of our beds were broken. There was a vacuum left in the doorway but definitely no vacuuming had been done, bags of rubbish left on the kitchen floor and was a mess in general which made for an uncomfortable sleep not knowing what’s clean and what’s not. For $600 I would expect a clean room… the other problem was we had to park in payed parking as someone else had taken our rooms park.

great location and the apartments were great for our group. shame about the parking though

location was great, bedrooms were big and all had ensuites.

only one car park for a three bedroom apartment wasn’t great, and the fact that the only other parking was in a paid parking area was annoying. also whoever was the builder shouldn’t have been paid as the finishing in the apartment was embarrassing, could do with a paint and run through with a decent builder.

Great for families or groups of friends

Fantastic and modern three bedroom apartment with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Laundry room is an added bonus, and all kitchen utensils even down to cooking oil. Location is super central, and love that each room has its own private bathroom.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to town centre.

Could benefit from a repaint and relaying of the flooring Kitchen was not as well equiped as I would hope for self catering

Great location, feels upscale, plenty of space and excellent staff

great quiet location with lots of space, good kitchen and great sunlight to make it a cheery place. the parking is great for one car and Wi-Fi is strong

AC in upstairs bedroom broke in middle of stay. dryer takes longer to dry so use the drying rack on balcony.

Awesome place. Greater than expectations. Has all the bells and whistles

State of the art technology. Very clean, modern and well equipped. Amazing size rooms x 3. 3 bathrooms. Lovely sunny deck. Comfy family room. Modern styling Spacious kitchen and generous fridge Washing machine and dryer in one. Super convenient parking. We were in apartment 1 Walked everywhere in Christchurch, shops, restaurants, Gondola, wharf

Can't recall any negative issues except some adult sibling rivalry....haha !!

Modern and quiet oasys in Queenstown

It was so close to the town centre, and really close to the local supermarket. Nice and quiet area, and the house was beautifully furnished and so clean too. It really was a spectacular place to stay, even if it isn't on the main stretch, it still isn't far away from the hustle and bustle. The host was very friendly, and happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough to people.

I love this place. There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like about it. Would recommend it to anyone.

Central, stylish and very practical

Central location at a great price with top level facilities. The layout of the house is very practical for a family. There are a couple of supermarkets a few meters away and plenty of shops to walk around. Parking is also very accesible so you can park at the house and walk everywhere else. Definitely keeping this place in my saved locations for future use.

The only thing that affected us was not having a baby fence on the stairs. Maybe this could be an extra that goes on or off in an apartment when an infant is part of the booking.
