Don’t worry: noisy street, old matresses, not safe for kids

Stay away from this hotel. I have no idea why they have such a high ratings! 1. Located next to restaurants with live music every night. Noisy street, definitely not a family friendly location. 2. The upper level rooms are not safe for children as windows have Juliette balconies which are impossible to lock, so kids can open them are fall out. 3. The furniture is worn. In one of our bedrooms the mattress was squeaky, with the dent in the middle, hard as rock and impossible to sleep on.

Хорошие апартаменты, до моря 5 минут медленным шагом. Есть большая гостиная с кухней, балкон. Круглосуточный бассейн. Рядом с домом много магазинов, кафе, take away точек

Интернет не самый быстрый, часто терял соединение. На 4й этаж без лифта подниматься тяжело, особенно пожилым людям

Very good

Good location near great reataurants. Also the employees were friendly. Special thanks to Alaa for the warm welcome and help navigating around the area.

Only negative side was that there were no elevator.

Appartment has everything you would need but had some issues, not sure if was worth paying more than other places were c

friendly and helpful staff, location is good and close to the beach, but you will need to walk through backs of the firs line hotel (not for a woman walking by herself nighttime), pool is clean, nice cafe next door, quite good store next door as well.

black mold in bathroom, one key to the apartment, very good soundproof door with no doorbell (no point to knock, people inside will not hear), leaking AC.

My apartment was on 3rd floor and there wasn't any elevator. Really difficult to manage with back problems. No phone in the apartment. You can't contact reception unless you come down all the way from 3rd floor.

Superb

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Migros is stone throw away. Beach is 10 minutes walk away. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They have turtle pet in the garden. It comes every day yo have a lunch 🐢 The internet connection was good enough for Netflix and Zoom.

The reception was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The swimming pool was pleasant and mostly not crowded. The Migros shop underneath the building was very convenient,

The location: to get to the beach, you have to go around a kilometer through few streets.

Perfect for families.

Perfect accommodation for a family, very big two bedroom apartments. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location is two blocks from the beach promenade, a short walk. Pool was perfect, nice and clean.

Some of the facilties inside the apartment look a little dated but work fine.

Very good

Ideally located near the beach with a supermarket and restaurants very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As for the apartment, I was very impressed with it given the price. Very spacious and came with all the amenities one would need for a weeks stay. The pool and spa were really good and well maintained.

The mattresses on the beds were a little stiff and uncomfortable.

Great location, and very friendly staff

The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. Great location, walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and much more. Swimming pool and Hammam. Big apartment with full kitchen

The sleeping sofas were very comfortable. The queen bed was not as comfortable. The manager told us they are in the process of renovating the facility and we look forward to going back again next year

Convenient and comfy stay in the heart of Konyaalti

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious flat with all the amenities and in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Nice balcony. The hamam was great too.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is ideal for families. The apartment was clean and spacious with a fully- equipped kitchen and balcony. The location is perfect- only a short walk to the beach; supermarket and coffee shop are right outside, plenty of restaurants to choose from for eating out or delivery. The staff was polite and very helpful. Angela went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable!

Good location, but unqualified staff

the location is perfect, you can walk for at most 10 minutes and you’re on the beach. the place is clean and has everything you may want in an apartment, and in addition, it is literally attached to migros, the perfect place to buy groceries

it was a disappointment experience because the structure is not bad, but the staff knows very poor English and even checking in, even with the assistance of my Turkish girlfriend was very hard, we needed to call them because there was no one at the reception and wait for them to come… and in the end even after they came, we had to wait an extra half an hour just to get into the apartment. until here, it’s still fine, but the worst part is that on the second day of our stay, the owner decided to just open the apartment door at 10pm, only to ask once again for our documents, which is understandable, but he literally forced the door, without knocking or asking for permission to get inside. 0 privacy, and very brief apology for something that is just out of this world. just another detail, in our specific apartment, the shower wasn’t able to drain the water properly so the bathroom was basically getting flooded as soon as you would take a shower.

It was memorable

The location was perfect, near everything, sea supermarket, restaurants. The staff was excellent, helpful in everything we desired

Weill if have to say, the beds are fluffy, the mantras sets I mean. I am used to stiff matrasses.

Exceptional

The apartment was huge, completely furnished with dish and washing machine, just like home. Quite big, well stocked supermarket was just around the corner. Swimming pool and saunas (free for guests) were also great. There is a lot of good restaurants around and distance to the beach is around 7 minutes on foot.

The equipment (closet, bathroom facilities etc.) is a bit tired and needs a bit of restoration.
