We had an awesome room

breakfast was offered but could have been better

breakfast was mediocre - eggs rubbery, husband felt they used cheese whiz hence it was runny, breakfast sandwich bread was hard and crusty

Relaxing, friendly, clean hotel with helpful staff.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, except breakfast.

Breakfast was average. Did not compare to what is offered at other hotels.

It’s a good deal for a nice stay in Rehoboth.

Breakfast offered wide variety, though Western omelet was salty and dry. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

The eggs could be tastier. And there was an unpleasant odor from the trash bags collected in the ice room on the morning of our checkout. And better directional signs , like a larger sign at the turn-in off the main road would be very helpful.

This was our second stay. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and the hotel itself is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

A comfortable getaway

Clean rooms, attentive service and very comfortable. A perfect little winter getaway! Even have an outdoor fire pit for relaxing in the evening. Really liked the mini kitchen and divider between the living room and bedroom. Perfect!

Our room had a connecting door to the room next to us and the neighbor's dog could hear us and kept sniffing and scratching at the door which was irritating our dog. Next time we will ask for a room without an adjoining door.

Convenient and comfortable

Excellent for the price. Has everything you need and more. Great breakfast, very clean and great location midway between downtown Lewes, Rehoboth as well as the cute little town of Milton.

The room was a bit warm and couldn't figure out how to lower heat.

Short But Not Sweet

My son and I both loved the layout of the room. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Towels were plush. The real treat was the heated pool.

The breakfast bar is very strange. The coffee is in a different area all together from the food. I had to ask the front desk where it was. To cut corners the hotel purchased little bowls of oatmeal for individual guest. I got a bowl of oatmeal and had to ask where the hot water was, because it was not with the coffee. I got the hot water and the directions stated put in the microwave for one minute, but there is no microwave. I asked the person in charge of the breakfast bar and they stated most guess just use hot water. But just using hot water does not cook the oatmeal and the water just sat there. Or I had to leave and go to my room to use the microwave. So I had to throw it away. The staff also stated they did not understand why there was not a microwave for the breakfast bar.

It was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

When I arrived at 1 pm on a Thursday in the off season, it was clear that the hotel was quiet / not busy. I went to the front desk with hopes I could drop my bags into my room and change. I was told my room was ready but would have to pay $25 to get into it at that time. I completely understand charging extra for early check in when you are busy or when housekeeping needs to make special accommodations to have a room ready early. But that was not the case at all. I was pretty disappointed to have to sit and wait for an hour, for really no reason, especially as a Hilton Honors Rewards member that always chooses your hotels over the others.

I'll be back!

It was really clean. The breakfast had different things for you to eat and drink. They had small fire outside on the patio it was nice. Indoor pool and gym. Places for yoy to sit and louge around if you didn't want to stay in your room. Tvs, computers access. .

The bed was small it felt like a full. It had everything in the room. Refrigerator(tall), microwave, I believe dishwasher. They also had silverware.

exceptional! I will return, for sure!

it was impeccably clean, staff was very accommodating, room was perfect. Front desk employee, Cletis, made me feel right at home, was a bright spot in during my stay, and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, loved the complimentary water, cookies, tea/coffee and infused waters.
