The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The property it over priced , the rooms are small.

Great airport hotel.

Excellent hotel! Very modern with huge rooms and superb beds - firm and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The room was absolutely silent despite being close to the busiest airport in the world!

The breakfast. Overcooked but cold despite being under cloches. Good choice, but too much was of poor quality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay.

The staff, every one, was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was no restaurant open in the evening for travelers who have no vehicle or simply don’t want to leave the hotel.

Bon hôtel de transit

Grande chambre Bien équipé Il s’agissait d’une nuit en transit. Il y a des navettes gratuites pour se rendre à l’hôtel. C’est pratique mais un peu laborieux si l’on vient d’un vol international.

Dommage qu’il n’existe pas de take away pour le petit déjeuner si l’on doit partir avant 7h…

La chambre n’avait pas été bien nettoyée, il y avait des miettes partout et même un reste d’emballage de sucre par terre.

Front desk staff treated me like I was on a visit to the department of motor vehicles.

The bar was comfortable.

I pulled the sofa bed out and there was a collection of rubbish beneath it - popcorn, candy wrappers, food. The front desk manager was cold and rude. They charged me $40 as a deposit which was not returned. WHen I called to ask about it weeks later the man was rude on the phone. Then they returned $20. To be clear, I booked the room for a total of $225 including taxes. The rude front desk man said, "We take $40 as a deposit which will be returned a few days later." It's 5 weeks and international phone calls later to the impolite manager who hung up the phone on me and till hasn't returned the remaining $20.

Hotel nuovo e perfetto per viaggio di lavoro ma anche per visitare Atlanta se muniti di atuomobile. Accanto all'aeroporto ma molto silenzioso. Camere grandi e con piccola cucina. Se tornerò ad Atlanta, soggiornerò in questo hotel.

Beautiful hotel near airport

Beautiful comfortable room, near airport with shuttle.

My 8:20 flight forced me to skip breakfast which started serving at 6:30 am. It should start a little earlier IMO. I got a grab and go breakfast but it wasn’t so great.

Clean, new facility very near to airport.

Clean, new facility and staff were attentive. Restaurant on property and breakfast was included. Front desk team was very good. Room was small but very clean. You can tell the facility is kept up to standards.

We had to catch an Uber to the hotel. The shuttle or their taxi driver was not working. Seems they were short of staff. That was an inconvenience as I was traveling with small kids in the cold. If I didn’t call the hotel I wouldn’t know the van wasn’t coming.

Overall it was a great stay!

The location was not bad. It was away from the busy downtown area, but not too far out. We were able to find a good restaurant in the area Friday night, Spondivitis. Saturday we discovered that we weren't too far from the Camp Creek area so we did a little shopping there and had dinner at OLG.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd liked. Mattress was way firm.

The omelet was a big plus.

Paying $20 per day for parking. Not cool. Your staff did not wear a smile. Infact they showed no emotion like they were unhappy about something.

This is the best airport hotel I have stayed in for awhile! It's new, convenient, comfortable and the staff was friendly. I was traveling solo and felt safe.

Perfect for an airport layover. Beautiful and well-maintained hotel near the airport.

I loved the hospitality, value and cleanliness- Anthony was amazing as was all staff I encountered

Nothing really there was a bit of trouble with the elevator due to bad weather so I experienced some slight inconveniences. However the staff was a shining bright point.

Everything. Beautiful.

The shuttle driver. Big guy. Didn’t even open up the back so I could place bags. I had to ask him to open it and then he says I only touch bags if I’m getting tipped. Super rude. No customer service.
