Nice hotel

The location were nice, near to famous factory outlet rumah mode, the air were still fresh at the morning, the room were nice and smell good, the important area which is bathroom were clean too, love the simple yet nice gym station

Our air con room were not cold enough even when the temperature has already been maximalize, its getting cold just when its dawn , and also i’m not to fond of the bedsheet n duvet fabric

it was a fair stay, I love the cleanliness, also the location (near PVJ and many good restaurants)

the cleanliness, staff, and big window are good. location is good, so many options available. lightning option inside the room were good. bed was comfy (it was a hard type matress, which is my preference).

for this price point, the bathroom is considered bad (rate 3 of 10), it was clean however. the ammenities were lacking (for shower they provide general foam instead of shampoo and body foam). only normal shower head instead of rain drop shower head. tiles color inside bathroom also bad. the hallway, way too plain for this price point. view outside the window also bad from 2nd floor. unaccessible veranda yet linked to other rooms is a bad idea (I noticed someone walked past the window during the day). safety box is too small. buffet needs a lot of improvization (give it more options). buffet was served cold during my stay. there is ramp for disable, however the access was blocked by parked car (seriously, with or without disable guest the ramp access should be opened without blocked by parked car)

no value to my money.. sorry!

the location was great! but I do have to say the pictures look better than in real life. you can really see that it’s an old hotel and there’s been no big maintenance to the building. for the breakfast you had many options from the Indonesian kitchen, but nothing other than toast and eggs for a more western breakfast.. the staff was really nice and helpful. I’m sad to say that overall, in my opinion, it was really not value to my money.

Very good

I asked for iron and iron board 2 days in a row but never show up. I don’t knw why. Myb they only have 1 iron. But mind to let us know in the 1st place. On the 1st day and 2nd day i asked for it. And they do delivered it. All Of sudden it went missing. Don’t knw why. Myb the staff took it without telling us why while we’re away. And i forgot our room’s no,if im not mistaken its 5016, just want to let u guys knw that the phone is not well functioning. Cuz i tried to call “0” for receptionist. Its not allowed me to do so. Overall staff are adoreable. Thank you guys

It’s highly recommended.

The fact that they have facility for disabled/wheel chair is greatly appreciated

Themed Room is lovely although a little bit over done to my likings. I think the themed wall paper and standing lamp were great. The flower night stand lamp and the fence and wall decoration were too much.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful decoration

Very good location, and nice to staff lovely decoration the manager was cooperative with us and made us a greeting card welcoming us and hoping we have a lovely honeymoon

The swimming pool was cold we couldn’t use it

The location very strategic, near mini market, atm, reastaurants, coffee shops, & a big fashion outlet. Room is spacious with large twin bed. Staffs very nice

Nice Staff, good location, reasonable price.... good black out curtains

Room need to be improve like the AC and it could be better if they put a closed wardrobe to hang cloths and pants. Clean up the basement so it can accommodate more cars.

Pleasant hotel in the main road bandung

The location is in the main road and hotel interior is very pleasant with many flowers accent

Breakfast menu is standard. Please don't put 'cabe rawit potong' on spaghetti agliolio
