Good location. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good!
Not a serious gripe but rooms were very small. Just don’t be surprised. Great for a couple but not much more.

We love everything from the location to the breakfast!
Very nice, quiet, and right on the beach.
There's nothing I do not like about the place. We will be back many times to come.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. I would definitely return. The breakfast was the best for hotels that I have stayed in. The only problem is the Queen sized beds. We prefer kings. Also, there is no maid service at the hotel
They need maid service and larger televisions.

The location on the beach is great with good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very accommodating moving us from a balcony room with a fair view to an exceptional view. Good running and hiking areas are right at the hotel. Brittany at the front desk, who was also there when we stayed last year, was very warm and welcoming. Egan Creek, within short walking distance, is an excellent place for experiencing a more wild side of the island, with plenty of birds, turtles, and some alligators clearly visible from the beautiful trails.
The first night, the room we stayed in had a balcony, but an extremely limited view of the ocean (fortunately the hotel moved us to a room with a superior view as one became available). One lady at the front desk was polite but distant, she didn't project a warm welcome. A few aspects of the hotel need updating but the recently remodeled areas are great. We missed Grady at the breakfast bar (he was an excellent asset to the breakfast service last year but apparently left shortly before our visit this year). Wi-Fi in our room was unusable due to extremely weak signal in half the room and no signal in the remainder, fortunately we had brought a wireless hotspot along. Neither TV had accessible HDMI ports, so we were unable to use our Firestick.

the place is dated and not super clean and a mediocre breakfast

very small room and bathroom, room faced too much traffic

Our view of the beach was amazing. We also liked the proximity to Salt Life restaurant. We didn’t have to leave the area for dinner.
The parking could be a problem. It wasn’t for us because it was mid-week, but you’re not guaranteed a parking spot right next to the building!

Location
Not enough lighting. The bathroom only had a small table lamp. The bedroom had poor lighting and was extremely small and the living room had poor lighting.

The size of the room and the coffee pot in the room should have worked

Right on the beach and several restaurants with in walking distance. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was awesome, including fresh cut fruit. Nice touch!
The room smelled a little musty.

Easy check-in, room views, and cleanliness. Staff accommodating and breakfast was better than most for being included.
The location and room were excellent! I recommend ocean view for that panoramic sunrise view, FROM BED! The Mrs loved it and scored some romance points 😎

Superb beachfront location, with a lot of nearby options for food, entertainment and activities. The hotel is well maintained, with beachfront chic decor, a lovely complementary breakfast and comfortable rooms.
The room we had (a queen suite) had the bedroom towards the back of the room, without direct window views, and the windows did not open, so we could not get fresh air in the room.

We love the location of the Inn. It was right on the beach and there was a restaurant beside and across from it. Not too far from anywhere lol. The breakfast in the mornings were great and the birds on the beach were fun as well.
We didn't like the fact we had a very difficult time getting house keeping to change our bed linens. It literally took hours, till my wife had to get enraged just to get results. The first time we asked at 10 am; were told that it would be done by the time we got back from our outing. We came back at 1pm and the room hadn't been touch, so my wife seriously complained and we were told that they ONLY clean rooms after checkout. Which was absurd, if I hadn't already paid in advance we probably would have left. That was the only issue.

Location on the beach was ideal. Lobby was very inviting and resort like.
Furniture in room wasn't comfortable. Ants were present in kitchen area.

Property was billed as ocean view, mine was a parking lot and a city park next door. I brought this up to front desk, i was told take it up with Booking .com room had excessive amount of dirt above ceiling fan over bed, ants were a major issue. again, front desk very condescending. would not recommend a second stay.
