Big shower

-Window in hotel room smelled like mildew. Window had lots of condensation that dripped on carpet and made the carpet wet. -No fridge or microwave!! Pictures are deceiving and feature a fridge. -Charge for the little stuff - like coffee $3.29. -Elevators are clunky and old. For floor nine, had to get off on floor 8 and take steps floor 9. Button broken. -Forgot to give us breakfast coupons for breakfast and told us no info about it. - Breakfast offered no options for sensitive guests. It would be nice if offered turkey bacon, turkey sausage, etc. I'm gluten sensitive and some hotels are now carrying Udi Gluten free products.

Sad family gathering...

Location was great. Hotel had a great rate w/ breakfast included. Friendly front desk, restaurant staff and room service.Pet friendly. There for a funeral and didn't have to leave hotel for meals.

Needed a designated area for pets outside. Limited handicapped parking next to building.

If it weren’t for the convince and the staff we would have left

The staff was amazing!

There were so many teenagers, they were rude literally running the halls. I was in town for my aunts funeral with a three month old and they constantly woke him up, and the smoke alarm kept going off and even had to evacuate. Definitely wasn’t worth the $200 I paid the first night

To sum up my stay, it was horrible!

I didn't like anything!

I didn't like the horrible smell of the room, the entrance of the lobby was dark and not welcoming. The office attendant wasn't at the desk the entire time of stay. There was only one cleaning lady for the entire hotel. Our room was dirty, we asked for a refund but was told it was none refundable, and was moved to a new room with the same conditions.

Knowledge staff and horrible food.

It’s a great location and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We received free breakfast coupons with our room. The breakfast quality was poor. The biscuits and sausage patties were burnt, and the gravy watery, Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the eggs had some grayish tint to them until we had taken a few bites. Everyone had a very upset stomach the whole day.

Delightfully pleasant stay.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and there’s a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

The room was conveniently located.

The room was clean. The light on the desk didn’t work, but not reported. The seating in the room was not comfortable. One small chair and a desk chair for 2 people. No refrigerator in the room. Not convenient for people who need refrigerator for meds. The people at the front desk were not helpful or particularly friendly.

You wouldn’t pay full price for a pizza missing slices. Why did I have to pay full price for a hotel missing the basics.

nice staff, pretty, just inconvenient. we’d stay again once things are sorted out!

we loved the location, & it’s so pretty on inside. the staff was so great

during our stay the heater on our floor was stuck on, and the air wasn’t working. it stayed about 83 in our room, but they gave us a fan- but then a cold water line ruptured so we left a day early

With the comfort of the bed and the food I I would stay here again.

The bed was so soft I sank into it and the pillows were like clouds. Exactly how I like a bed to be.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at so far driving across the country

Black mold in the room around windows and on edge of shower. Heat didn’t work properly , created a weird terrarium effect which was super uncomfortable.

Would probably choose a different location if I were in the area again.

There was a restaurant in the atrium where you could purchase breakfast if you wanted. We chose not to, and there were no diners there either we departed the hotel at about 9 am.

There were a few “free parking” spots in front of the establishment. I was told the metered parking on the street around the property were also free that weekend that we were there. There was also a parking garage across the street that we could have used, but fortunately a spot in front of the building opened for my vehicle and I took it.

This place is great at making it right!!

It was comfortable and I slept well. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They listened and made my stay right!

The room had trash on the floor, there was a broken lamp, (the nice young man at the desk assured me I would not be charged for it), the room had terrible lighting, and the mirrors and a film on them as if they were clean with the wrong cleaner. The room are in need of an update.

The stay pretty good for the price.

Bed was nice and restroom looked really clean.

The TV, I couldn’t change the input with the cheap remote. Definitely can use a TV upgrade. The lighting was dim and gloomy.

Recommended- Clean and comfortable; close to the convention center.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is huge with a large atrium in the middle. They serve breakfast to your table, over-looking a tall waterfall in the atrium. Right next door to the convention center.

The breakfast service was slow. The restaurant appeared under-staffed that day, with only one women working the entire area for breakfast. She was very friendly and did a good job to please everyone even though it took a long time (over 30 minutes) before our breakfast arrived.

I needed a refrigerator for my meds so I will have to stay in a different facility so I can keep my meds cold. And at the price I paid, there is usually a continental breakfast.
