Excellent stay!

Very nice place! Will definitely be back. We didn’t have to leave the entire trip. The hotel had everything we needed and the food was so good!

This was our third year in a row coming for spring break with our kids. We enjoyed it very much yet again!

The property is located in a super quiet area. It’s very clean and super family friendly.

The elevator was broken two days and some of the fees were hidden.

It was a beautiful beach get away! Can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was very good nice variety. Plenty of seating and nice to visit with other folks staying there!

Perfect!

Everything was great from the start of checking in to checking out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beds didn’t feel like a queen size, more like a full.

Lacking in nearly everything except view

The closeness to the beach, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff

The bed was miserable. It was hard & uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving a day early! The facilities was dirty and not well-maintained, breakfast ending at 9:30 is too early in comparison to other hotels, sofa was dirty in room and smelled foul. Water pressure was ridiculously lacking, sink had a draining issue nearly backing up when my husband shaved, the air conditioner didn’t work in our room and we had to change rooms mid stay which was an inconvenience and challenging. We suffered two days before they even offered this as a solution —even with us having requested air down as low as it could go upon arrival. Absolutely would never return. Long time Marriott frequenter & Marriott dropped the ball on this one!

Great stay with beautiful beach access

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view from our balcony was perfect! Breakfast was good. We loved the dessert milkshakes and cinnamon rolls at Whitecaps. The dinner at Beach House Social was good. Loved the Smash burger and the Burrata salad!

The heater wouldn’t shut off in our room. It was extremely hot and the room didn’t look clean. The front desk switched our premium room that had 2 queen beds and a sofa to a room with just 2 queen beds. It was a lot cooler but we were bummed we were still charged the same amount even though we were moved to a smaller room.

Wonderful people, Beautiful resort, Kind and friendly service

Room was amazing, veiw was breathtaking, breakfast was so good ech day, lots to choose from and great tasting. Staff was incredible, so friendly, so helpful, they sweet ladies that cleaned our room everyday did such a wonderful job, they should be commended. We will definitely return to this wonderful place

Fabulous breakfast included, great location right on the beach, very clean and good staff

The pool and patio faced the beach and was so close to the ocean

The restaurant was short staffed and closed one of the evenings

Really a great time looking out on the water and listening to the surf!

Really liked the location on Navarre Beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities very clean and well organized. The food concessions were very good, and we very much appreciated the $25/day credit in the hotel coffee shop and restaurant.

We had no complaints or serious concerns about our stay, and would stay there again. Having said that, a small kitchenette in the room would be a big upgrade, and some other hotels offer that amenity.

So relaxing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This place is a gem on the Emerald Coast.

Great breakfast and the location is awesome. Views of the ocean exceptional. We loved keeping the door of the patio open to hear the crashing of the waves. Excellent place to just sit and relax or walk the beach. We also brought our bikes to ride the National seashore which is a short three or four mile ride through the beach town.

Really enjoyed my stay. Facilities and staff were great!!

Was upgraded to a balcony overlooking the Gulf!! Like that the $25 resort fee can be used for purchases on site. Free use of bikes! Other activities for kids and adults.

Hot tub not hot and lazy river heat not working.

Wasted my short leisure vacay

The lobby and outside was very nice

First room we were next to someone with a dog everytime we talked the dog barked we were told it must be a service dog well, most service dog does not bark a lot second room the sofa had creepy stain, microwave rusty door and room had odor. We reserved king bed but the bed was queen size. Was told it’s a European king😡 we left

Great beach vacation spot and hotel!

Beautiful property on the beach. We had a beach view and the room was clean and excellent location.

There were fees I wasn’t aware of at booking but still a great hotel.

Wish it would have been affordable for more than a 2 day stay.

OUR FAVORITE BEACH & ROOM. Also 12:00 FREE SNACKS. Very clean and secure. That is more than 2 sentences.

Warmer pools in November. I don’t like the logo “NAVbeach” on items in the gift shop. They should spell out Navarre Beach. Also every single item is way way over priced. We didn’t get any cotton candy, instead we got popcorn twice. I was looking forward to cotton candy.

Awful experience

The only thing decent about this place is where it is located. The customer service is terrible.

4 different rooms in one check-in, one having no AC. Mangers not willing to address issues at check-in. Called a liar over what I had originally booked. Was told we would get a refund and did not follow through. Terrible customer service.

Nice, new, clean and directly on the beach. Added bonus is that the Restuarant attached to the property is excellent!

Hot water was an issue a couple of times which was strange for a brand new modern hotel.

I requested a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our one year wedding anniversary to be delivered to our room never received it. Fire alarm drill in the middle of the night .🤣

We had the best time. We didn't let the small stuff ruin it for us. I'm sure we will be back again!

We love Navarre. We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is up kept and clean for sure.

They were having some remodeling and construction. (Noisy) Plus the next room had 5 small kids that kept slamming the doors. I understand that kids will be kids but dang. You can close the door to the balcony without slamming it.

We enjoyed our week in Navarre!

The best part for us was the location. It is right on the beach! It is also a short drive to many of the more crowded areas.

The only complaint I have would be the breakfast. The restaurant is over the top excellent but, breakfast was terrible.

Very clean, staff was excellent and super friendly, location was perfect and amenities were amazing!

The only negative thing we felt the need to mention was the use of acetone by the pool while we were in it.. We weren’t sure why it was appropriate to clean with that during pool hours and we had to end our swim early. We could smell it at the other end of the lazy river! Other than that, everything else was great!

I would like a refund for half the price as Expedia had this room for half the price. Didn’t know that until I got there

I was ready to go back home after arriving.

I liked how pretty the beach was and the location of the hotel.

It was very dirty. We found brain stains all on our bed sheets and blood stains up top cover. It was very rusty and moldy looking inside the room. You could just tell they don’t really clean or care what their rooms look like. Hopefully they fix this and it’s better next time.

This is the place to stay at Navarre Beach!

The staff was exceptional!! Inessa really made our trip. Her genuine kindness and sincerity made us feel like we were home. Every staff member that we encountered had great attitudes and a warm disposition.

Overall, lovely stay, would stay again, and maybe request an end room.

Clean and comfortable hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area and easy beach access. Secure access for hotel guests only. Decent breakfast options and staff present and attentive. Love that towels are provided for the pool.

Walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbor’s scary movie and could even hear someone rolling off toilet paper in the room next door.
