Hotel malo no hay recepción después de las 8pm, Te quieres cobrar por todo te piden un depósito de 500 pesos por cualquier cosa las toallas las cambian cada 3 días Salida no es alas 12 es alas 11 está muy mal el lugar

Adequate on all fronts, though nothing special.

Well located

Average on most aspects. Clean enough, but rough around the edges and overall feels a bit dirty. The breakfast was basically nonexistent. Don’t rely on their daily breakfast if you are staying here. The staff was kind enough to provide our own coffee maker in the room after jokingly complaining four days in a row. Our room for the first few nights was directly underneath the breakfast area so very noisy starting around 6 AM. Was missed several days of our trip, and the sheets and towels were generally stained, though clearly clean and washed. Important to note that there is no elevator, and the stairway is quite challenging, especially if you have heavy bags or have mobility issues. Positive bits were the location which is a great spot for what we needed. The staff were generally very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a affordable hotel for an extended stay, this is not a bad option

Ruined my vacation it was so discussing

Staff was trying to be helpful but it’s hard to do anything with rooms as they are not fit for a dog

The rooms were horrible from mould on the bathroom taps, to cracked toilet, mould in shower, walls were filthy, 2 beds put together to make a king but uneven so sleeping in a crack , windows had webs and filth, ceiling fan was crusted with dirt, pool on roof top was dirty a 3 ft pool you couldn’t see your feet, the lounge chairs were very dirty, breakfast they should keep their money because it’s horrible everyone uses the same jar of jam so gross. I could go on but I’m discussed with the place.

Buena. Pero podría mejorar

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el agua caliente del baño.

Las instalaciones ya lucen bastante deterioradas (falta de mantenimiento) el frigobar no funcionaba en mi recámara y solo me dejaron un papel de baño para mis 3 días y 2 noches hospedándonos 2 adultos y 1 niño. Al pedir otro, en recepción me dieron uno ya usado que tenían en el baño de la recepción.

Frühstück lt Beschreibung auch zum Mitnehmen (sind Taucher daher klang das gut) davon weiss aber niemand was Frühstück lt Rezeption ab 8Uhr, mussten kurz danach los zum Tauchen und wollten vorher frühstücken aber Personal begann erst um 8.20Uhr die aufgeschnittene Melone vom Vortag und Kaffee rauszustellen gerade als wir los mussten Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse - bei Regen ist nur das "Buffet" im Trockenen 😅 Achtung mit Sonnencremes auf Bettwäsche / Handtüchern / Fussmatten - bei Verunreinigung müssen diese bezahlt werden

Za taką cenę i jedynie do spania to nocleg spełnił oczekiwania.

Wszystko przebiegło zgodnie z planem. Miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacja, standard odpowiedni do ceny. Wygodne łóżka.

Śniadanie słabe - tosty z dżemem. Trochę pleśni w łazience to największy minus. Ogólnie pokoje wymagają odświeżenia.

La localización en relación a estar cerca del puerto

No es nada que ver como en las fotos, habitación antigua, personal que no sabe nada de la zona en cuanto a dónde ir y mucha desorganización, toallas sucias, ducha con cal, paredes sucias, piscina que no la han limpiado en meses, desayuno súper pobre y con muy mala presentación tanto por el staff como por la calidad de la comida.

Recomendable para pasar unos días en pleno centro de cozumel

Las vistas y el desayuno en la azotea, la amplitud de la habitación, que tuviera nevera, aire acondicionado y smart TV.

La piscina seguía en reparación y en general a modo de recomendacion no vendría mal pintar un poco y restaurar muebles o cositas que se estropean con el paso del tiempo o el clima, le daría el toque justo para que no parezca que hay dejadez

La localización

Los baños llenos de cal y sucio , mi taza se movia cuanda me sentaba. Olía mal , no hay ascensor , escaleras estrechas y peligrosas. Viejo y mal conservado a pesar de que decían que estaba remodelado hace 4 años. Intente buscar a alguien para que nos aconsejara por la zona y nunca habia nadie en recepción. No hay desayuno continental, dos tostadas con mermelada ( y digo 2 porque no te dejaban comer mas ya que no tenian suficientes para todos) y un café, no hay huevos o jamón o nada. Eso no es continental , se quedaron sin leche sin lactosa nada más empezar el desayuno, solo había media caja. Lo único bueno que esta cerca del ferry.

Me gustó como siempre llegar en un lugar donde te traten como en casa, muchas felicidades a todo el equipo de trabajo... me estuvieron ayudando como siempre por eso me encanta regresar....

הצוות לא קאופרטיבי, בקשנו המלצה על מסעדות באיזור ולא נעננו, עזרה עם המזוודות (מדובר על מלון ללא מעלית 4 קומות ) וסרבו לעזור לנו . ׳ארוחת הבוקר ׳כוללת פרוסות לחם וקורנפלס בלבד שמצריכה עליה לקומה רביעית (כאמור ללא מעלית ) הבריכה היא ג’קוזי בעצם יחיד לכל המלון המזרון שבר לי את הגב ברמה שלא הצלחתי להרדם במהלך השהות מישהו ניסה להכנס לנו לחדר והלם בדלת, כשיצאנו אליו הוא ברח, הצוות לא היה מודע לאירוע.

El alojamiento estaba cerca del puerto con lo que eso facilita la movilidad.

El alojamiento no tiene ascensor. El desayuno está incluido pero es de escasa variedad: pan de molde, mermelada, cereales y leche (únicamente entera). Resaltar que tenían mantequilla y sandía pero en mal estado. Además en el check in nos informaron que si llovía no se realizaba el desayuno y no te daban otras opciones. Por último el lavabo de la habitación era muy antiguo, requiere de una reforma.

I had a few extra days at the end of my trip so chose to stay here. It was a good price. Has a nice and rarely frequente

The property is well located and a good price. The rooms are very simple But have a kitchen and all you need for a slightly extended stay.

The management of the property - or whoever manages their messaging- looks for reasons to say no. Fortunately the staff at the property seems to work very hard to find ways to accommodate.

Good deal, but not for remote working

Great staff. Great location near the center. The rooftop pool is nice to relax in the afternoon.

The internet needs more speed (currently 24Mb/s), not enough for video calls

A good stay for a couple of nights

Room was really spacious with clean sheets and towels. The view on the rooftop was fantastic and location was perfect.

The shower could do with updating in our room. The spray was everywhere, which meant there wasn't a solid stream of water. The pool was a bit dirty, so it would benefit from being cleaned more regularly.

It is nice located

It was disgusting. There was bloos on the toilett and we got stained towels. The people working there were not speaking english, so we couldn’t tell them our concerns. Breakfast is really boring (toast and marmalade)

Pros : - Great location - Spacious rooms - Rooftop with pool - Staff is very friendly (helped me bring my luggage upstairs and changed my room with no fee because A/C was loud in 1st one.)

Cons : - Beds are hard. Got me 4 or 5 nights to get used to, haha. - No elevator

Tiny pool, for kids I think. Can't use it after 10. No elevator, so if you have issues going up steep staircases, all for lower floor units

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO!

horrible staff, people blasting music on the roof, this place stole my money and refused to refund it.

they blamed it on booking.com and acted totally helpless when I accidentally booked 2 rooms for 1 night, wouldn’t refund me or help me change my dates. money grubbing!!

The location was perfect!

Bed was firm but comfortable. it includes a very basic breakfast. Shower had enough water pressure and it got warm enough.

no water provided, at all, in the room. I did find out the place next door sells water but when you arrive exhausted, the last thing you want to do is go find water.

The location

Lots of bugs in the rooms, ants, and spiders . The fan smelled like it was going to catch on fire when I turned on. The breakfast was just toast, coffee, cereal, and melon. We were on the 3rd floor, and the wind was very strong. No elevator. No rails on the stairs. Lots of mosquitoes on the top.

Location was great but the accommodations were a bit lacking.

Great location, easy walking distance to the many restaurants, liquor store, and the ferry terminal. The cost was cheap and we were only staying a single night. If you stay here, walk a few blocks and eat at Miss Deleites, SO GOOD!

Hotel room was in much worse condition than the pictures represent. There was hair in the sink, tiles missing from the counter top, a wall socket that had black soot on it like it got fried, and the room was just generally beat up. Lots of TLC needed. Pool was closed for maintenance, which I get it, that happens, but if you have kids, this is NOT the pool for them. No railing or small ledge on the side, just straight down the the ground.

Good budget hotel

Location was great and the beds were comfortable. We had a family suite with bunk beds and were pleasantly surprised at the space. Small fridge, a/c worked, warm water for the shower. Budget hotel and worked for what we were looking for. Coffee at the breakfast was good. Pool was very small, but the view from the roof top was great. It was a nice spot to have your coffee in the morning and the kids still enjoyed to hang out in the pool at night for a quick swim.

No coffee pot or safe in room and our door loosely closed, so it wasn't very secure. Breakfast wasn't much.
