Great value near airport!1

Exceptionally clean and was pleased about the mini fridge being cold. The AC worked great. The room was large with a new TV. Great price for the room that included a free airport shuttle.

The room was a little outdated. All the surfaces were formica. The bed needed new pillows.

J'ai apprecié la gentillesse du personel , assya la gouvernante était très serviable , votre RP aussi , la suite qu'on a pu avoir était propre , bien équipée , l'emplacement de l'hotel était pratique pour les clients qui ont des vols .. y'en avait un bazar traditionel ❤️🫶🏻

J'ai apprecié La gentillesse du personnel , le surclassement que j'ai pu avoir , ma chambre était propre et bien équipee, et le service avec la gouvernante Assya etait tres professionel merci . Et votre RP hassna était tres gentille avec son accueil chaleureux 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Excellent place to rest up for the long flight home

It’s one of the best airport hotels I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The staff was exceptional, always smiling even when they were fasting for Ramadan, and made our one night stay extremely comfortable.

The room was a little too hot (we were travelling in winter so the central heating was on) but the fact that we could open our windows made that immaterial.

Did the job

The hotel was clean and located in a safe and quiet environment. I was also pleased with the dinner at the hotel restaurant

Advised reception at check in to wake me up at 4:30 a.m. but did not receive any call. There is no guide in the room on how to use phone extensions for calls. No in-room guides to the hotel facilities. Non-smoking area does not exist in the main restaurant terrace.

Superb

Perfect for a one-night stay before a flight out from Casablanca. They even had a shuttle bus running every half hour which was free. The room was also very clean.

Not as good as previous stays. When the manager is not on the property, everything goes downhill.

Good location, good shuttle service.

Only one towel and water glass. We asked for a second, but they never brought it. Also there was no drinking water in the room. We have stayed here before and it was always provided. This time we had to buy a 30 DH ($3.00 USD) bottle of water.

the bar, despite in the smal envelope whic include the room key, report that is open till 11:00, in reality close at 10:00 and this is not good for a place with international customers: I raised the issue severl times, but unfortunately, without answer. I hope taht this will be solved asap

The proximity to the airport was good, the shuttle, efficient. The restaurant was standard airport-hôtel food, a bit overpriced, not particularly tasty, but not bad either, with an appropriate service.

The check-in was quite long, the employee was alone and had many things to do, but the check-out was efficient. Pool was being repaired.

A clean, new facility at the other property (Atlas); not sure how Relax Airport is.

Nice, clean property. I am rating the other hotel in the same building - Atlas Airport Hotel They transferred my booking to this hotel. The lady at the reception (Hiba) was very friendly and professional. She mentioned it was an upgrade at no extra cost. I saw a floor of Relax Airport Hotel was being renovated. Not sure if that’s the reason for transferring some guests to Atlas.I am not able to rate that hotel.

A) I sent 4 different emails and had 2 phone calls before my arrival the hotel is not responsive; they did not email me back. (I was trying to make sure they do not release my room to any others.) B) there was no towel in the room; I had to go down 2 times to get those. The in-room phone does not connect with the hotel staff. C) there is no food option outside the hotel. The in-house restaurant had limited items in the menu, some were not available. This was a poorly-run restaurant. D) TV did not work; I went down to report, the lady (Hiba) mentioned someone would the there to fix; but did not happen.

Just what we needed.

We arrived late and left early due to flight cancellation. Front desk staff at each end were pleasant, empathized with our exhaustion and reduced our stress. It was much appreciated. The room was spacious and the shower strong. Would stay again. Thank you.
