- Chambre petite ne correspondant pas à celle figurant sur la réservation - Le petit déjeuner et le diner se terminent tôt - Manque du réactivité de la personne présente à la réception, il a fallu insister plusieurs fois pour avoir le lit de bébé alors que la demande a été acceptée sur booking. La chambra aurait dû être préparée avec le lit. - Aucun retour n'a été fait par l'hôtel (ni par téléphone ni par mail) sur une demande concernant un objet laissé dans la chambre.

A hotel with huge potential, let down by bad management. The waterpark is it's saving grace.

For my family, the waterpark was the best thing about this hotel. It is lots of fun and keeps you cool from the heat. However, adults do need to be with their children and supervise them. The slides can be dangerous when there are more than 4 adults in one circlular dingy (you can crack heads really badly) and the Tsunami ride is fun but very risky if not careful (you can hurt your back). The staff are friendly, but stressed out. It is a large hotel with lots of pools and facilities. The ability to exchange GBP at a decent rate at the desk was very convenient. They also have an ATM (fees apply) at the hotel too. The hotel minibus can be reserved for 20dh one way.

The air conditioning is very poor in most places especially in the bedroom making the entire stay and sleeping uncomfortable. The first room we were given had a terrible stench of urine. Even though we booked well in advance for specific rooms, we were given completely different room configurations. The room had loads of mosquitos. I had to spray everyday to reduce them, but that's not good for our health is it? The food was hit and miss and sadly, they don't have enough drinks machines in the restaurant and most of the time they are not working properly. Meal times got so busy that there was always a shortage of tables and cutlery. The outside bar has wasps everywhere! Going in and out of the cups, syrups, drinks - a real turn off. The hotel is far from everything. The taxis would charge 150-200dh (£15) a pop one way. We used an app called inDrive to get much cheaper taxis 70dh each way, but you would have to meet the driver outside the hotel as the other taxis block/report them. Most of the machines in the gym were broken. If this hotel invested/upgraded their AC and had better management, then it would be superb. Please invest/upgrade your air conditioning system, keep all wasps/bugs/mosquitoes clear, get more drinks machines and a better hotel/project manager.

We had an awsesome experience and we did not want to leave.

We enjoyed Amin!!!! He gave us an awesome experience overall. He made sure my friend Jenn had an awesome birthday from the start of the day to the finish. He was there when we arrived, he checked in with us throughout the day, and he provided a HUGE birthday experience for my friend Jenn. He works very hard and we appreciate AMIN!!!

It was exceptional!

Great place for a few days R&R after Marrakech

It was very quiet when we visited so no problem at all to get Sun loungers even at the adult only pool

The main pool was manic! Music blaring and entertainment staff trying to get us to join in. Don’t get me wrong - we would have loved this 15 years ago when the kids were small, but not now. The great thing is that there are plenty of other areas to spend the day in the resort!

Hotel did not live up to our expectations.

Yahya From front desk was very helpfull and kind. He helped us through our stay. He helped us and made our stay very comfortable and made us feel safe in morokko.

The Air condition did nit work as it was suppose to.

Cheap and unclean hotel. Not recommended for non-French speaking tourists.

Big pools and spacious rooms.

The restaurant was awful. Birds pecking at the food and flies sitting on the deserts. Food was left open and felt very unhygienic. All staff and guests were French speaking and all entertainment was in French. Would not recommend this place for non-French speakers. Air conditioning in both our rooms was terrible. It was so hot that we asked to move hotels. Was only at this hotel for 7 hours. After requesting an air con engineer or a fan 3 times and waiting for 6 hours we asked to change hotels and were moved to Valeria Dar Atlas premium hotel. Review of Dar Atlas: This hotel was not much better, reception staff were rude, manager didn’t seem to care, huge ant infestation in rooms. Power cuts and water went off 3 times. Wifi non existent especially in rooms. 2 of my family members contracted food poisoning on the last day and the reception staff didn’t even acknowledge this. We didn’t eat anything outside the hotel in fear of getting sick so definitely caused by hotel food. Overall really bad experience. Would never stay there again.

All inclusive drinks weren’t great, for paid for drinks, they did not accept card, one member of staff got very angry because I didn’t have cash

The animation team were definitely the highlight of our trip along with the variety of activities for us and the kids.

Some shows were only in French so non French who spoke English couldn’t understand

the shuttle bus was the only good thing I can say because it was helpful to move from the hotel to the city otherwise taxi drivers outside the hotel will charge you more

not clean at all the staff don’t care if you get what you want or not, the food it’s like been cooked one night before it’s been served to the guests and it tastes Horrible, the bed in the room OMG it was painful to sleep all the furniture is old and not cleaned perfectly, they controle the AC in the rooms, too much MOSQUITOES inside the room always had to make sure there is no insects in the room before we sleep, on general the hotel need some general renovations…too much more to explain … it was terrible

Very good hotel- with heating pool ( but only when the wether is cold ☝️) from May they have aquapark

Honestly, I would not stay here again, I would rather pay little more and get better quality

don’t know how Can I say how much dirty was hotel.The hotel smelled very bad, musty The hygiene on common areas of the hotel were very dirty again musty smell.The dishes strangely were dirty. It's very difficult for those who don't know Arabic and French to communicate. Inside the room, the blankets were very dirty and smelled very bad. They didn't put towels in the rooms. You had to call several times and ask them to bring towels and clean the room.
