Food good
I hate the fact staff ask me to pay straight away on every little item I stayed here 4 days had to tell the manager to tell them to stop. Very tiring paying for every single transaction especially when I am working !!!
Prefer to clear bills when leaving

Absolutely amazing hotel and experience.I came from Canada with a set of expectations and they met them. It is in a government area, Phase III, and security is great and the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The food tasted fresh and good. They use antiseptic soaps in the rooms making it easy to feel clean from bacteria such as Covid, mosquitos etc. They are courteous and respectful and willing to help you enjoy your stay whatever it is that you need they will listen. Definitely staying there again when I come for my next visit. The rooms are spacious and well kept.
Nigeria, has a stable power supply problem. You never know when the hydro will go off and on so there is always down time between switching between power back up generator and actual power supply from the state. But over all the problem is resolved quickly and effectively. The WiFi often has issues probably because of the unstable power supply problem they face in Nigeria but again, I never found any issues resolving it and having it sorted out.

Breakfast was good. Staff, Miss Victoria was very warm and professional. The options weren't particularly overwhelming, but no complaints.
By 1am, I bumped into an armed personnel in the elevator!! Fully armed, with a loaded gun, a pistol and what seemed like a knife. I asked why such a fully armed man, who isn't the hotel's staff, would be allowed within the interior premises, and I was told he was escorting a government official. Oh, bloody No!!! My little daughter was petrified, and I doubt if I will visit again.

I enjoyed the room. cozy and relaxing. I enjoyed the fact that their TV had a wide range of channels.
Breakfast could be managed properly. They didn’t account for their guests so certain food items from the menu were finished before time but they tried to make a new batch.

The room was comfortable. Big enough to occupy 2. The atm inside the hotel is a good idea. Hotel seem central and close to places we needed to get to.
The food was expensive. Breakfast options could be better. Cleaning can be better too.

The receptionist was welcoming and the poolside bar was pleasant.
On arrival, we had to wait for the porter to show us to our room. When he arrived, we followed him and carried our own luggage - he didn’t offer to help. On departure, none of the staff offered to help, even though we passed several in the corridors. Breakfast was pretty basic. Very little in terms of variety and quality. Just two fruits, only white bread, akara without pap, omelette had very few ingredients. We ordered two barbecued fish at 9:15 pm and received only one fish at 11:00 pm. The outside was properly cooked but inside, close to the bone, was still raw. Obviously, it was cooked while frozen.
