Wonderful vacation home!

Wonderful vacation home!

House is as nice as the pictures! Beautiful flowers blooming, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, peaceful water view, awesome patio w fireplace. Great location to see Napa/Sonoma and all the surrounding areas in each direction. House shows a few signs of just normal everyday use-- but overall it was very clean & well stocked. Nice appliances! & large driveway can fit 3 vehicles. Highly recommend this property!

The outside of this home - and the décor inside - are beautiful. It was fairly clean. There were a few issues (not enough towels, no rug to step out onto in one bathroom; large stain on rug outside of laundry closet; about 25 open bottles of condiments etc in the fridge doors, so no room for ours). There is no closet nor any storage furniture like a bureau or chest of drawers in the double bed bedroom.

This house was a great choice, right on the water, so peaceful and comfortable.Beautiful inside and out, Jason was so nice and made sure everything was fine for us, would definitely stay here again, highly recommended for a great house and location.

The code I was given to access the property did NOT work. When I called the number given it said it was after hours and to contact another number. After 3 different numbers I was able to get in touch with someone. He gave me several codes to try and none of them worked. After about an hour or two he finally gave me a lock box code and that worked. Needless to say this was very frustrating. After checking over the house we noticed the patio grill was filthy ( probably still is as I was not using it that way). The dishes in the dishwasher were never washed. They smelled. Most windows did not have screens in them. One room had a sliding door and the screen was torn. Bugs or animals could get in so we had to duck tape it. Can't sleep that way. We then found out that one set of French doors to the patio did not lock. The locking mechanism is broken. So the house was never able to be truly locked. the garbage was on driveway when we got there. Not secure. Everyday we had to reload someone else's garbage back into the can. It was finally picked up on Friday. No kitchen towels to use either. I had to go buy some. I contacted both the rental company and the onsite managing company. NOTHING was done. I believe I need my security deposit back. I will be contacting you all again.

House is in great location and vacation was good. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. However, the oven was not working and we had to throw 4 California kitchen pizza. Freezer did not keep our ice cream frozen. There was no hand wash and body wash in the house. Top bed room did not have curtains and sun was shining in the face. House does not have AC.

It was an overall good experience because of its incredibly beautiful location, but the house itself had a lot of deferred maintenance and not well taken care of. The host did respond quickly to complaints about broken shower faucets, no hot water in one shower, and other plumbing issues. Given the price per night, I was expecting a better outfitted kitchen, a hot tub that was inviting to get into, and a cleaner, swept patio area with a cleaned out BBQ. I would stay there again in a minute, if it was brought up to speed and matched the photos in the listing.

It was our base camp for our Napa wine tasting. It's a perfect home with 4 bedrooms, nice patio and direct access to water. Spacious and clean, and very quiet.

Jason was great host. The house located close to San Rafael and Novato. There is beach with sand and pier. Very beautiful view . Inside house very cozy place too. Anybody will have great vacation in Jason's place. I recommend to anybody this house and will come again soon.

Fantastic stay on the water!

Fantastic stay on the water!

My family was in the area for our son's graduation and this house exceeded our expectations. We brought paddle boards with us and paddles the keys every day we were there. We used the fabulous BBQ to host a celebration dinner for our family and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room and comfortable sleeping. Beautiful patio to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. I didn't want to leave and told my friends, "I live here now". Thank you for a wonderful stay and a brilliant place to celebrate our son's achievement. Hope to be back!

What a view!!

Perfect location for our girls wine weekend getaway! Gives great access to either Sonoma or Napa. Wonderful view, very clean. A few issues with the oven not working, outside heater not working, and master bath toilet was clogged upon arrival and the plunger was split/broken so unable to fix ourselves. Other than that, can't tell you how nice it was to have coffee on the patio every morning and enjoy the view!!

Beautiful Home but needs an upgrade

The home is beautiful but the kitchen was dirty (stained pans, dirty baking dishes, no sponge or basics available for BBQ such as Alluminum Foil. Dishes and utensils were so dirty we bought everything plastic the next day) and the sink was clogged. The 1st floor bedspread and shades were broken. Master bedroom was the only well kept room.

Worst of all we had trouble getting into the house because the homeowner gave us the wrong code. It took us 1 hr to get in touch with customer service to retrieve correct Pink. This lock box system I thought was not such an easy process it could have been if they got the one thing right which was to give us the right code.

The house,location and facilities were as described and fully met our high expectations. But the property managers had not kept a close enough eye on it, so numerous maintenance matters had slipped, ranging from not enough plates and glasses for everyone to sit down together, through damaged window blinds, shower taps falling off to jets on the gas barbecue being so clogged it took half an hour of cleaning to get working.
The property was listed on a number of sites, but we chose Trip Advisor as it was the cheapest.

This is a beautiful spot, but I had to take off a star for cleanliness and customer service. The master suite is gorgeous, with a great view. Other bedrooms are small but functional. The house itself was ver clean. However when we arrived the sand pit area was full of empty beer bottles and cigarette butts which we had to spend some time cleaning up, and even then I wasn't comfortable letting my baby crawl in it for fear of more butts and who knows what else. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the property manager didn't apologize for this after I told them about it, instead just saying "Thank you for your feedback. We will pass that along to our cleaning staff." Also I left my tripod there and they wanted to charge me to drive it to my friend's house who lives 8 minutes from the house. My family runs a vacation stay business and so I guess I'm harder on them than a normal person would be, but we would have apologized to our guests profusely for all the beer bottles and cigarette butts, and would have driven a few minutes to deliver a left-behind item free of charge. Those things seem like common courtesy to me. So they were "very professional", where professional=impersonal. Aside from that, great spot.

We had a family reunion here. Plenty of room for everybody, well stocked kitchen with herbs and spices for cooking. Great outdoor grill and fireplace and the neighbors were really great!

We had a great time at this home in Novato! Beautiful location, large home with lots of room for our group, which included extended family-elderly and young kids! Convenient location to san fransisco, muir woods and wine country. Great amenities! Will definitely stay again if in san francisco area. Thank you!
