Bonne situation pour un séjour authentique

Riad très authentique, bien situé, environ 15 min à pieds de la médina. Chambre spacieuse. Le Petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon. Personnel aimable et serviable. Quartier local!

Endroit superbe

Le Riad est tout simplement magnifique. L'accès a la medina y est assez simple. On se retrouve sur la place Jemma El Fna avec un bon pas en 20 min. Le confort et la propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Le petit déj était parfait aussi!

Le minaret est très proche, donc vous allez entendre le chant de l'appel à la prière en stéréo. Mais c'est tellement confortable et beau qu'on se rendort vite.

beautiful and relaxing

The property was large and spacious, super clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The riad is 20 minutes from square but easy walk. Room was large and air conditioning was great. The manager warned us to be careful with guides we didn’t and ended up at the tannery which is super expensive and really not worth it. The rooftop and court yards are beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Lovely place, need to taxi in!

Both breakfast and dinner were very very good. Our massage was okay, welcome and very inexpensive but not outstanding. The facility is very unique and quite beautiful. The common areas (pool, breakfast area, etc are very nice, we kept taking pictures of them. We had one snafu. We asked for a large taxi to the airport and instead got a small one. One of us had to sit in the front seat with a huge suitcase on his lap to the airport. The hotel should have ensured that we got a large cab.

The location was a bit far away from main places we wanted to see. It was even difficult for taxi drivers to find so be sure you bring a business card when you go out (as lots of taxi drivers are limited in English). We needed to take a taxi back each evening, usually, we like to stay where we can walk. if you stay, turn right outside the door and then at the end of the road, turn left into the medina for a wonderful walk through the authentic, not touristy parts of the medina.

Beautiful riad away from the main square, with an amazing hammam!

Beautiful tiled riad in the old town/medina with 3 separate courtyards. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, a huge bathroom and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The highlight was definitely the 1.5 hour hammam - I've never had such an amazing treatment! The rubs, exfoliations, soaking and massage were an incredibly refreshing experience. The location feels safe, there are always people around.

It's about 20 minutes' walk to the main square in the market, and most of the tourist trail is in the northwest part of the medina, so if you want to be in the thick of it, you could get somewhere closer to the action. We had to ask for the hot water cylinder to be heated up a couple of times but they were quick to resolve.

there was a lovely tree next to my room full of orange blossom and birds . lovely orange blossom fragrance and singing birds I loved it

Very beautiful building but we expected more for the money.

It’s was a super beautiful Riad with different rooms to enjoy. Impressive decoration.

The roof terrace seemed a bit tired and worn out.

Typical riad in the heart of Marrakech

We liked everything, the riad was very typical in the heart of Marrakech and close to everything. Room was comfortable and large, staff very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Definitely the highlight of the trip!

Cozy and great staff but expected a bit more

Sweet hotel, loved the rich breakfast, staff was friendly and very helpful, room was extremely clean.

The room was much smaller than expected. The wellness area was only available with an additional cost and there was merely one steam room and a massage room. Hotel is located a bit further from the Madina but an OK walking distance.

Top location for a fair price.

Beautiful Riad located just a 15min walk away from Djemaa el Fna. Very quiet, clean with a beautiful big rooftop to chillout. Very friendly staff and parking easy right in front of the Riad. Breakfast normal but good and enough to start the day with. Overall top location for a very fair price.

The walls are quite thin but did not bother us.

lovely short stay. amazing hammam, I would definitely recommend/stay again

hidden oasis. very pretty. we stayed in the blue section of the riad.

Wi-Fi was a bit hit and Miss in our room, shower only hot in the morning.

amazing hotel and amazing staff!!!

it’s a very beautiful riad! the staff were also nice! took good care of us. I really loved the area where we had the breakfast. very calming. I also recommend you all to use the Hamam and massage!! This girl was amazing and let all my stress go! we had a sauna in our room which was amazingggg!!!!

maybe the location. it’s not really in a good area so if you travel with only girls take care in the evenings. (rooms were a little bit cold so we put the airconditioning on on 30 degree) they had a heater in the room though.

Fabulous hotel

The breakfast was exceptional, and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean and tidy, the rooms were a good size for us.

We booked 2 of the same rooms, though when we got there, they were on separate levels.

An Oasis of Peace and Tranquility

The Riad was beautiful. Each area unique, but all charming and stunningly finished. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we were having the best time or to ensure there was a car waiting for us when we asked. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, and fitted out to match the specific style of that section of Riad. Our family room in the Blue area was large, clean and beautifully furnished. The Riad itself is set around 15min walk from the sites, and is a wonderful oasis of calm in the craziness that is Marrakech. So close to the action, but feeling a million miles away once you walk in the door!

Not as expected

I liked the breakfast and the staff was helpful, beyond that we didn't like anything else.

I do not know how this location got such a high punctuation in Booking. The location is far from the city center and feels like a bit dangerous at night, although nothing happened to us. The pictures have nothing to do with the reality, room was old and toilet had moisture in the shower that only worked partially. We also took a superior suite with terrace but we couldn't enjoy ot because the fence was too high. Besides, our room faced the street and it was very noisy at times. We visited other riads during our stay and they looked much more cozy than ours. When we compared prices there was not a huge difference.

Pleasantly surprised.

On early arrival we were made to feel welcome by Hassan and Younis. Breakfast very fresh and plentiful, good to set you up for a day of exploring. The Riad is very peaceful, clean, friendly and plays cool relaxing music at breakfast. The room was good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and clean. We had an outside patio with small solarium on the roof. We felt very safe and secure in the hotel which has 24 hour reception.

The location of this good Riad is a 30 minute slightly hazardous walk to Jemma el Fna Square. We hired a licensed Guide, Abdel, on the first morning to get us orientated on foot. We soon learned it is cheap and efficient to take taxis or for the experience we strongly recommend Tok Tok. These are for the adventurous and not for the faint hearted. Although distanced from the centre Riad Le Perroquet Bleu is truly an oasis of tranquility after all the hustle and bustle of the the Medina.
