Am amazing stay, very comfortable, staff were awesome and it honestly felt like home

Absolutely everything! The facilities were amazing. The room was really comfortable, sheets amazing. the bathrooms looked good and all the amenities were available. The staff were the icing on the cake. honestly felt like family. they were very accommodating. served me the best Moroccan mint tea i had in Marrakech. they were soo lovely i felt at home. breakfast was great, everything was delicious and fresh.

Flawless.

This is probably my favourite property (so far) in the world. The property is beautiful and the entire team and experience was flawless. I hate to recommend this place so highly and ruin it for my next visit, but trust me, stay here.

My only complaint might be that the tile grout in the shower was a bit icky looking- but it’s Zellige tile… so I imagine the grout just gets that way

Amazing stay in a stunning riad in Medina.

Loved the decor of our Basha suite, tiles, beautiful wooden ceilings, free standing bathtub and handmade carpets. Stunning patios with seating area, decorative pool and rooftop for breakfast and dinner. The hospitality of all staff was above and beyond expectations. Dinner on arrival was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful!

Staying at Ryad Dyor was an absolute dream. It’s truly the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The interior design is so stunning and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and calm. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. I couldn’t recommend staying there enough!

Exceptional Services But Not Ideal Location and Some Rooms Need A Complete Upgrade

[Services/Staffs] The moment I stepped into Ryad Dyor, I immediately received warm and attentive cares from the staffs. They live there and work very hard to meet guests every need. Got lost on the way back to Ryad? They send someone to meet you. Leaving 7:30AM to airport? They got up to prepare a delicious breakfast, just for you. Need transportation, restaurant reservations? They will take care of it. The staffs provide exceptional services. [Old House/Rooms/Courtyards/Rooftop Terrence] The Ryad is formed by three houses. The rooms in one old house are artistically decorated, beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. Ryad kindly give me an upgrade from the new house to the old house without asking. The courtyards, common sitting areas and rooftop terrance are just stunning.

1) Rooms in the newer house. They feel and look like roadside motel rooms, cheap, dirty and everything is beat-down. I did not take a shower in my first night of stay because it looked scary. 2) Location. The Ryad is located a known bad neighborhood and far, far away from the central city. The last 15-minute walking distance to/from the Ryad need to be accompanied by someone hired by the Ryad for safety reasons. Even male travelers told me they felt intimidated by some people around the neighborhood. Also, it is more easily to get lost comparing to riads in the more center part of the old city (I lived in another riad and one hotel in Marrakesh during this trip). 3) Dinner is uneatable (Ryad Dyor graciously waved my charge without my asking)

Everyone was really nice and helpful. Anis took care of us. Abdul made sure that we were safe when walking us to the taxi area. The breakfast was delicious. Ibrahim made sure that our accommodations were taken care of. Khadijah helped us plan our tours. I am trying to remember everyones names. But the whole staff was great. I would definitely come back.

Oasis in the Medina

Awesome! It’s such a lovely place. We got an upgrade and could stay at a wonderful suite. Everything is very stylish and clean at the whole Ryad. The breakfast and dinner at the rooftop was also very good. Will definitely come back soon.

gem of a ryad, wonderful room and staff!

this is the most wonderful, magical Ryad. people are absolutely lovely and kind and helpful. organized many things for us- camel ride, personal guide, birthday dinner reservation, massage. the room was huge and beautiful, cleaned immaculately every day. breakfast was great- eggs to order, fresh Moroccan pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee as you choose.

the only not perfect thing is the area- it is located in an old part of the old town and it feels pretty sketchy at night. the driver/cab can’t take you all the way to the ryad because the streets are too narrow. so you are about a 5 minute walk away. the ryad is more than happy to have a staff member meet you at that point and escort you to the ryad. I should also note that we never had any issues with anyone approaching us or making us feel unsafe.

Absolutely breathtaking Riad in the heart of the Medina, the team at Ryad Dyor were excellent. The styling of each room and courtyard were impressive, food was great and support to navigate the city was extremely helpful. Felt very at home and didn’t want to leave, we will be back!

Beautiful Riad, behind unassuming door, with lovely staff.

Very comfortable Riad, hidden behind an unassuming door in a quiet residential area of the Marrakech Medina. Easy walking distance to the main sights. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Were staying in January and was quite cool with only limited heating! Had dinner on first night which was ok, with very good service, but probably a nearby restaurant (e.g. Dar Zellij) would probably have been better.

Wonderful stay in gorgeous and traditional decorated Ryad.

Beautifully decorated. Great breakfast. Wonderful shower and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff in anyway, they gave us a lot of info on first day and Ibrahim was available for any question, if not there via WhatsApp or call. They would escort us to/from main road whenever we needed, like when we came back from New Year Eve party late night. Area was very safe, we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Thank you, Ibrahim and Hamzeh for all the helps!

Our bed was very hard and noisy. Pillows were either too high or too soft for me, my husband was fine. One thing is good to know, which applies -I think more or less- to all Ryad in Marrakech, we had to walk about 5 min from main street to Ryad, as I said they would escort us whenever we wanted, We asked them only once, since we were 8 people (incl 3 men) and did not need escorts.

Amazing stay, highly recommend

Lovely stay, exceptional service! Big selection of different foods for breakfast. Great service provided by the whole team - from the check in until check out. Location is in the heart of Medina - Marrakesh can be intimidating in the evening so staff were happy to walk us to the taxi pick up point whenever needed.

Regulation of the temperature in the rooms could be improved. However, we have expected colder evenings as we visited in December, so it was not a surprise for us.

A beautiful riad with great staff

Exceptional stay, in short - staff were absolutely superb (thank you Hamza, Aziz, Younes & everyone else!), riad was beautiful and roof terrace was super relaxing and food was great (we tried breakfast lunch and dinner and would recommend all).

Couple of minor improvement points (only if we were really pushed!) Aircon was a little loud (in room and on roof in corner behind dinner area) Booked 90 min massage and only got 60 mins of a different type of massage

Beautiful and large riad with a lot of attention to detail. Excellent service!

The breakfast was good and enough but could have been a bit more in line with the rest of the hotel. Think of homemade granola, local cheese on a plate and no Babybel in plastic cups.. With just small adjustments it would be excellent!

I want to come back to Marrakech and will certainly book this riad again. it’s close to the main square with about a 20

it’s absolutely beautiful. the decor was perfection. everything was so well thought of. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This was a nice treat after traveling through Morocco for two weeks. I wished I could have stayed longer. we had two different rooms (only because I added a night last minute) and I highly recommend the Berber suite as it was the quietest. I’m so glad I canceled my other hotel and was able to get a suite very last minute at the riad. Thank you for making that happen Jaques! Communication was excellent.

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous ryad in the heart of the Medina

it was a gorgeous ryad in the heart of the medina. You walk about 5 mins down winding alleys passing local shops, a hamman and mosque experiencing on the way a slice of Medina day to day life. Our room in the ryad was beautiful with comfortable beds and lovely shower, the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful as was the dinner we had one night and the dip in the courtyard pool was just what we needed after the souks. But it was the superb service from the staff that was outstanding. They provided places to visit, went over the maps, picked us up train tickets, walked us thru the alleys - anything you needed help with they were right there. I was sad to leave this magical place.

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful Riad in the madness of the Medina. Such a lovely, calm space to recoup and unwind. The staff were sensational, so kind and helpful. The Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and the room was perfect.

Perfect ending to 17 days on Morocco....friendly helpful staff, good food and beautiful surroundings

The Towels!!!! I wish I had taken down the name of the company. Beautiful ! Breakfast was wonderful, best in Morocco. The decorations throughs the Ryad were stunning.

Wish the location was easier but obviously that can't change. Maybe some signs along the route to find the way back? Local teenagers offered to help and then demanded a rather lot of money after. Would have been nice to figure out the TV too.....
