A lovely, peaceful stay with superb staff and service.

The hotel layout is really good, open and spacious. Its peaceful considering its size and there was plenty of room around the pool. The restaurants were both great, the buffet breakfast was superb. Cocktails each night were great and the bar staff couldnt have been more helpful. The gym was reasonable but too hot (27-29 degrees). And our spa experience was nice.

The ATM in the hotel wasn't working properly and the hotel staff knew about the problem but there is no warning given.

Great place

Amazing staff amazing pools breakfast is unbelievable cannot fault this hotel one bit. Staff are so friendly and will accommodate you in any way they can. Second time here brought family from the UK who couldn't believe how nice it was. Thank you

Fantastisches Frühstück, Zugang zum Strand. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war hervorragend, Auswahl zwischen 2 Restaurants. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen am Pool zu jeder Tageszeit.

Hoteleigene Liegen am Strand wären super gewesen. Zum Jahreswechsel laute Musik vom Strand bis zum Morgen

Not so good. Not the same standard as hotels in Nusa dua

Quite a lot of staffs are warm and welcoming

There are a couple of things: 1. At the time of check in they incorrectly charged me four nights(I booked for two nights) and I realised this mistake by looking at my bank statement. So it was a bad impression straight away. 2. Smelly room, it’s not only the humidity in the room but also the bad smell. I requested room change which they did fulfil after two hours of check in. But the room is not very clean. There was toilet paper in the bowl. However they did offer late check out time for 3. There’s long wait in the main restaurant when there’s literally no customers in the room . It took them over 45mins to serve us our food this is unacceptable. I have to chase several times. The seafood laksa doesn’t look freshly cooked, it is almost cold by the time I had it. 4. Location is not so good, it’s far from Seminyak village and square where most of the people shop and find food. If you want to shop there try different hotel because the traffic was really bad in December holiday season.

OK for a short stay

Conveniently located in the beachfront of Seminyak, rooms are spacious and good dining options within the hotel and surrounding area.

Room insulation is pretty bad as we constantly heard noises in the corridor from inside the room making it difficult to have a restful sleep.

Exceptional family hotel with amazing staff & great location!

Fantastic location, very modern and well equipped, luxurious and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff here are amazing, all so outgoing and friendly, will do anything to help. The facilities were so clean, luxurious and elegant yet modern. Pool was large and nicely laid out. The food here was exceptional, so tasy and a choice for the whole family. We really loved it here.

The public beach behind is not so clean and gets extremely busy.

We loved the a la carte restaurant for breakfast at Sugar Sand Coffee was amazing, the best I had while in Bali. The staff where friendly and very helpful. And we loved that they give you a room to shower and clean up at the end of the day before you head to the airport but you do need to book.

We stayed at other hotels on this stay throughout Bali and this was not our first trip to Bali. I must say this hotel falls down in the pool department, they are not clean thought out the day and the water temperature is to warm so you can't cool down. The sun lounge chairs at the main pool don't have any cushions so they are so uncomfortable to lay down on and not enough of them for the size of this hotel. The pool at Sugar Sand needs a good clean as there was so much green moss around the inside edges of the pool it strained my daughters swimsuit while watching the sunset.

Een unieke, overweldigende ervaring

Ik weet niet waar te beginnen. Allereerst is de entree indrukwekkend, we kregen welkomstdrankjes. Het personeel is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze denken graag mee. De kamer was super schoon en ruim. Het zwembad had een beachclub gevoel. We spendeerden graag ons tijd in het hotel. Het zwembad was ook goed schoon en goed onderhouden. Het personeel hielp ons met het huren van een scooter, ons transfer en bleven bij ons inchecken om te kijken of alles naar wens was. Ik wil ze enorm bedanken voor ons tijd daar. Wij komen 100% terug.

Great value and ammenities

The property was gorgeous. All the amenities were super clean and the space was incredible. The rooms were large and came with everything you could need. The property is about 1 block from one road with shops and restaurants. I went to the spa which was one of the nicest spas I’ve ever been to. I will have to stay the staff really made the experience because they are super attentive. The pools were absolutely gorgeous and the water temperature was amazing. The food at the hotels restaurant was delicious.

The beach is public which isn’t a problem but there is a road between the beach and the hotel that gets pretty noise with all the mopeds crossing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel

The hotel is excellent. It is clean and conveniently located just a few steps away from the beach. The staff is always ready to assist at any time.

The internet was not satisfactory, and the signal was often weak. However, if this happens, you should contact the hotel to address the issue.

Great stay for Seminyak beach with plenty of pool side shade!

Great location for beach goers, lots of shade with cooling and beautiful greenery around the complex. Choices of swimming pool/ lounge facilities. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Very vast complex and well spread out, can be a track to go for breakfast and bar facilities.

Great location (on the beach and walkable to main strip of Seminyak). Staff were super friendly, room was well decorated and overall hotel design is well thought out. For a big hotel the pool felt comfortable and perfect for relaxing with attentive staff and good food. We had an excellent stay, wish it could have been longer and will definitely be back! Also 5 stars to the Sava spa.

It's a large hotel and can be difficult to navigate until you get the hang of it!

Relaxing vibes, delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful property!

Absolutely everything! The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff are very kind. The staff even left me and my husband a bottle of champagne and a cake, accompanied by a "Happy Honeymoon" note. It was so sweet and unexpected!

Beautiful hotel on the heart of Seminyak

We loved everything about this property. The details, the interior finishing, the class - everything was 5 star quality. All the restaurants were also fantastic and the staff were very helpful and extremely warm and polite.
