Room was superb. Super clean and spacious. Would be awesome for families wanting to meet at a location. Everyone could have their own space and share the pool and grills.

Amazing place.. sunset.. Pool.. House..
Could have done with more plates/cutlery.
Very old and chipped..
Didn’t spoil the stay but at that level of accommodation could do with an upgrade

It was beautiful. We liked the privacy.
Just the tub in the one bathroom didn't drain well.

The property was great. Looks like it’s set up for weddings or family stays. We loved it as there we not a lot of other people on property at that time. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and great pool and facilities.
Nothing everything was great!

loved the high standard of the suite and the property. we were right out onto the pool deck as we stayed in Conch suite and we loved it. enjoyed the rocking chairs on the veranda where I had my morning coffee.
the suite had all the facilities we needed for our stay. we appreciated the parking right by the suite so we didn’t need to carry our luggage far. the dock and chairs on the beach provided a good place to watch the sunset.
the property felt very exclusive and loved and cared for by the staff. highly recommend.

Our state was perfect… Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. Probably one of the best hidden values in the keys. We loved the marina, the Manatee’s and sunsets on the jetty. We also enjoyed our interactions with the dolphins next door in learning more about Conservation in the Florida Keys

The design and layout is beautiful. Private beach/dock area very nice.
The cleanliness of the furniture, rugs and rusty cabinet metal handles need to be cleaned and attended to. The rug and furniture cushions were badly stained. Daily cleaning of the room not needed but clean towels need to be available daily. We were in the Tortuga suite and the noise from the villa was pretty bad. They had a baby and a toddler and they were screaming throughout our stay and it was like being in the same room with them. No sound insulation.

The room was very spacious and even had an extra pull down bed for more guests. The kayaks were awesome and we used those every day. The only thing negative I have to address is the parking, we were still able to find a spot but I would recommend carpooling if you stay here.
Parking is the only downside here

Beautiful & spacious rooms that look like new! Loved the Caribbean style architecture. Great property site on water offering kayaks & paddle boards. We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!
No toaster in room & place to set up lap top

Very clean and well kept. Our villa was very nice, lots of room and clean.
Price was a little higher than we wanted to pay, but decided to splurge instead of staying a a hotel. Living room could use a little more seating…

Our family (6 total, 4 young adults) took a week vacation in Miami and the Keys. Key Largo was a good central place for us to stay on the way back up from Key West and before flying out of Ft. Lauderdale. We spent 2 nights at Dolphin Point Villas. It was extremely clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The pool was really clean but a little cool for this time of year. Dolphin Point was close to where there were plenty of dive shops, the state park, grocery stores, etc. We really enjoyed use of the kayaks and paddle boards, especially at sunset! We also took advantage of the guest passes to observe the dolphins during a scheduled program. It was great to watch the families and their kids interact with the dolphins! The trainers were awesome at getting the dolphins to put on a great display of their intelligence and personality!
It would be great if the suites had a small kitchen sink. I saw the plumbing for one in our unit so maybe it was planned when it was first built? I also think it would be nice to have a way to exit the property on foot in the off hours, with some sort of code to enter or button to push. I had wanted to take a walk in the early morning and was unable to leave through any of the gates.

We were upgraded from a suite to a villa at no extra charge. We had plenty of room. We did some cooking, & also laundry in our villa. It was wonderful.
The sofas weren't as comfortable as we like, but were adequate.
