Food in the open buffets was bland but satisfactory and in expeced variety. Staff everywhere were attentive and friendly. We had most of our lunches at the Ali Baba Restaurant at the beach and were happy with the quality of food and service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Our 12 yrs old daughter had a lot of fun in the afterdinner shows.
Main star was however the location and the reef at the beach. The whole hotel compound was well thought out architecturally and its landscaping was perfect. Overall the facilities allowed a relaxed experience.
Room plumbing was problematic with non-functioning showerheads and very low water pressure. The AC sounded like it has not been serviced in decades thus sleeping with it tuned-on was very hard. When turned on it also dried-up the air in such an extent that our throats were sore. Unfortunately turning-it off was not an option at night because of the heat and the mosquitoes rushing in form outside when the main window was left open. Easy fix would be installing mosquito nets at the windows and making the windows at the back of the room openable to allow airflow. Room refrigerator was old and kept whatever inside just at slightly below room temperature. Any food that needs refrigeration spoiled within a day.

The resort provides excellent value for money and the gardens, lagoon and beach areas are lovely. Staff at the Harem Hotel and Giardino restaurant were all very helpful and kind, especially Karim our housekeeper and the manager at Giardino.
Some staff in other areas of the resort were not so friendly and could be somewhat rude. The quality of drinks on offer in the all inclusive package was very poor e.g. flat coke was served, warm soft drinks.

Otel gerçekten çok güzel ve insanlar çok yardımsever. Hayatımın en iyi tatiliydi. Özellikle Resepsiyondaki Mohamed Ghanem’e ve Hatem’e yardımları için teşekkür ederim. Dalış konusunda yardımcı olan Alex’e, Safari için yardımcı olan Tito’ya, Coral Restaurant’ta her daim güleryüzlü olan Nada’ya sonsuz teşekkürler. ve daha saymakla bitiremeyeceğim bir sürü insan ve güzel anı. It has a European feel. It’s like a little Italian village in the middle of Sharm El Sheikh. There is a lot of facilities. The entertainment in the beach the swimming pools and the other parts of the resort are wonderful.You never get bored good for solo traveller. Many thanks for everyone at the front desk for making my stay better especially the front office manager Karam Abdallah.

THE HOTEL Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland NOT GOOD. DOMINA ALL OFFER ARE EXCELLENT. TOO LARGE AREA WHERE EVERYONE CAN REALLY FIND SOMETHING GREAT FOR THEMSELVES. I WAS TRAVELING FOR BUSINESS AS WELL AS A LITTLE TOURISM, BUT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY LEFT KNEE AND AVOIDED SURGERY. IN THE HOTEL, THE MANAGER, A VERY FRIENDLY GENTLEMAN REALLY LISTENED TO ME, GAVE ME A ROOM NEAR THE RECEPTION, TAXIS, ELECTRIC VEHICLES THAT DRIVE YOU AROUND THE ENTIRE DOMINA RESORT, I HAD FRUIT IN THE ROOM, FROM SWEETS, FRUIT TO WATER AND COFFEE, TEAS... THE ROOM IS EXCELLENTLY CLEAN FOR EGYPT AS WELL AS THE HOTEL! AT DINNER AND ALL MEALS, MANY STAFF CARED FOR THE GUESTS AND OFFERED AN EXCELLENT VARIETY OF DISHES AND DESSERTS AND ALL DRINKS. This my second stay and the most thing I liked about it is the spa and the personal trainer Mohamad he is amazing also I started to take swimming lessons with the swimming instructor Hussein and I’m quite happy with the results. Not to forget that everyone is very professional and helpful around the hotel . I recommend that everyone stay here especially solo travelers since you will not be bored and you will feel welcomed.

its grear location and territory, also very friendly personal. thank to the Manager Mr Karam, he is very professional and customer oriented. Helps to solve any issue at once. Also consierge guy provided me room with great sea view, thanks very much to him.

The property itself is amazing, it’s perfectly located with its own private beach but what made our stay truly one-of-a-kind is the wonderfully friendly and professional staff! Mr Abd El Hamid, Mr Karam and Mr Mahmoud from the reception were simply exceptional, I cannot say enough about how much they’ve enhanced our entire stay and made us feel right at home, it would have not been the same without them! The food is also really good and there is also a casino inside the hotel.

Formula all inclusive, i pasti erano buoni, noi italiani abbiamo standard alti nella cucina, però tutto sommato non siamo rimasti digiuni in quanto c’era molta varietà.
Receptionist sia della reception che del Dclub super disponibili e gentili, in particolare Debora super disponibile seppur non eravamo soci DClub.
L’orario Domina 1 ora avanti rispetto all’ora locale egiziana.
Quest’ora in più spesso manda in confusione gli ospiti con il resto del mondo all’esterno del Domina.
E i venditori di pacchetti che mentre prendi il sole ti svegliano pur di venderti qualcosa (escursioni, massaggi in spiaggia o in elisir spa, pulizie viso, fotografie ecc)

Afpressede os i receptionen til at betale for Nytårs middag, selvom vi ikke ønskede at deltage. De påstod at det var obligatorisk at betale. (110 euro pr. Gæst). Vi brugte 2 timer på at diskutere med dem ved check-in. Vi måtte ringe til booking.com for at få hjælp. Kun efter kontakt med kundeservice hos booking, lod de os checke-in på værelset. Meget agressive og modbydelig medarbejdere på hele hotellet. De forsøgte hele tiden at tigge drikkepenge på en ubehagelig måde. Vi havde booket et værelse med udsigt til Kings Lake. Var ikke flot som på billederne. Ren skuffelse. Vi havde booket til 3 personer. 1 person måtte ligge og sove på en 5 cm tynd madras på en lille sovesofa, Max 150 cm lang. (Se billede). De havde ikke redt seng til 3 personer. Vi måtte ringe flere gange til receptionen før der kom en medarbejder og gjorde værelset klar. Tror aldrig jeg har oplevet et dårligere hotel i verden. Vi rejser rigtig rigtig meget. Under al kritik. The Beach Club er opreklameret. Maden kedelig og smagsløg. Intet som på deres Instagram. Ingen luksus. Heller ikke her kan man nyde en kaffe eller lignende i ro. Her er det også obligatorisk at tilkøbe en brunch deal, for overhovedet at befinde sig der. (60 euro) Ren kaos. Ren penge maskine. Desuden er området kæmpe. Der er ingen aktiviteter. Kun hotel boliger. Meget kedeligt. Også selvom vi boede i centrum i “luksus” delen. Han skal vente på en golfbil for at transporteres rundt. Vi flyttede efter to nætter. I receptionen påklagede vi ALT det ovennævnte og manageren tiggede og tryglede om 10 stjerner i anmeldelsen her på booking.com og på tripadvisor. De tilbød os vip behandling ved næste besøg. Der bliver INGEN næste besøg! Mage til uhumsk sted. 0 stjerner herfra.

The facility is amazing. The employees are respectful and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hisim for his great interest.
The Sheikh Coast Diving Center company located in the hotel is a very disrespectful and unsympathetic company. I definitely do not recommend it. You may encounter bad surprises. Be careful!!

The desk staff were very helpful. Mohammed Dorhim, Abdel Hamed and Mohammed were great!!!!.
The location and amenities were good and the food was good with plenty of choice.
Clean rooms and regular cleans. Plenty of towels and gels provided.
I could have done with a map it was so big but i wouldn’t consider it something I didn’t like. I’m just not used to it.

Su 5 giorni ,3 giorni non ho avuto l'acqua calda in camera per un guasto alle caldaie. Solo docce fredde. Su 5 sere, hanno fatto solo 2 spettacoli, che dovrebbero essere gratuiti, invece mi hanno chiesto 35€ ogni volta. assurdo.
Cibo si scarsa qualità.
La camera che mi hanno dato era con mobili vecchi e mal tenuti. Il prezzo pagato ( 110€ a notte per la mezza pensione) non vale assolutamente il servizio avuto.

The Hotel is Simply stunning and well maintained, guys at reception were amazing, checking in was quick and they sat us down with a welcome drink while they took care of the rest.A huge shout out to Ibrahim at reception ,he just knew what I wanted and was always there. He's such a lovely bloke. Also Mohamed Ibrahim. They are a huge credit to the Hotel. It is a huge resort but I loved the fact that they had little busses to take you around, you never waited longer than ten minutes and one would be round.The food was great and the waiters & Chefs are amazing in all the restaurants, plenty to choose from, long beach with towel points, free WiFi works perfectly.I would highly recommend this hotel, we couldn't fault anything and although the hotel is stunning, what makes this hotel stand out from others is their incredible staff.
