The rooms were clean. The food was excellent, we liked the location as well, it was close to the Dolmus stop, and Sosyete Bazar. AVM was about 10 min walk.
The cleaning lady and staff were very-very friendly they were always smiling!
Poor internet signal in building 6xxxx.

Comfortable hotel, compact but well-organised territory, quality food. Great value for money.
During 4 days of our stay something was wrong with slides in the pool. Had only one chance to try them.

Excellent location, a lot of water slides, very good for kids of all ages.
Photos of the room are either outdated or simply the renders of the room. The actual condition of the building and the room is quite old, needs renovation.

Food could be better. Not too many options for meat.

Our room was good new and
clean. we booked another room for my family and their room was very old.So some part of the hotel is renovated, some part wan not. Pools were good and fun. Staff was helpful.
Food was very poor quality. Meat choices were very poor. Veggie dishes were not tasty. Buffet was not looking clean. It was a very crowded hotel, long lines in the buffet. There was a heavy smell from the beach. We didn’t swim in the sea at all.

The food was terrible. It was reheated, microwaved and/or canned.
The food, the extremely loud music starting at 3pm every afternoon. Also a wedding was booked one of the days we were there, using up one of the 4 pools on the property, meaning all other pools were super crowded. Guests would try to save lounge chairs but not even show up to use them, making even less space for the other guests to enjoy.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, great food and drinks. Everything was free, the breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and all the drinks(alcoholic and non-alcoholic). It was a very relaxing atmosphere, and enjoyed it very much.
Only suggestion would be, for the bedding we expected a duvet, but it was just a light blanket. They did bring us some extra blankets which helped. But that would be our 1 suggestion.

Food is incredible, staff very friendly and supportive. View and huge location. We enjoyed the activities: watched the burning lights shows and belly dancing, played mini golf.
We traveled with 2 children of 6 and 8. One of them hit himself badly on the forehead but the resort doctor wouldn't look at him because we did not have insurance, so the price was 80 euro for the consultation. Why is there a doctor if he doesn't do the job? We learned our lesson we won't go in the future on a trip to aquapark without having insurance.

Location and rooms were excellent.
The rooms and location were 5 star. The food was 3 star. Nothing special. Just fancy salads and the cheap meats etc. The fish were small and hence bony, no fancy fish foods like mussels, calamari, shrimp etc. No ice cream with the meals. No melon, just apples and pears. The chicken was chicken legs. If you wanted fresh orange or cocktails you had to pay for it. You get the picture?
But it was saying that good value but just don't expect 4 or 5 star food.
One thing I have to say is that I read a review before I booked saying some of the staff were rude. Indeed one or two were rather frosty, however there appeared to be many Turkish and East Europeans staying and there manners were very poor. No pleases or thankyou. No wonder many of the staff were frosty with them. We always said please and thankyou and smiled and it was always returned with a smile.
