Great place - I would ever come again to this place. Next time in Fl I will come again.

Everything - the house was outstanding. All good - nothing to complain.

All good. There was only one minor negative experience. During the hand over back to the host, we had a discussion about the cleaning of the BBQ grill which was not adequate. Finally we found an agreement.

a very calm, quiet area, the villa is very clean! we traveled as a family and it was great, you should save electricity if you don't want to pay extra. We did not turn on unnecessary lights, we kept a stable pool temperature, if you follow the house rules you will not have to pay extra charges. All cooking facilities (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, detergent, kitchen utensils) If you use the barbecue, you must leave it clean and do not exceed 2 baskets of towels, otherwise you will pay extra. It is a wonderful house decorated with excellent taste

The internet didn’t work for any of our phones, we rented because of the backyard tv and it didn’t work. The internet worked for other devices of the house, and for the phone of the realtor that collect the deposit.. perhaps the backyard tv and guest phones are paused by the owner after guests arrives Future guest: get up early and wash the towels if you shower in the morning, otherwise they charges $50 if towels are not washed. Water view from pool and jacuzzi obstructed with bushes, not like the pictures

Great stay, but some things could’ve made it better for our experience in the home.

The property was very clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was pleasant and no riff raff. The pool and Hot tube were excellent! definitely a nice modern home

The microwave wasn’t working at all. At our arrival at the house there was a very overbearing smells of perfume. Inside the house it was 80 degrees. After reading the manual book that was left for do’s and dont’s, it stated that the thermostat couldn’t be turned down past 75. Every time the air was set on 75 it would stay it would always increase back up to 78 or 79 degrees. The pool filter never kicked on, so we the visitor had to manually turn it on every morning.

Great property but be wary of charges for electricity and very steep “service fee.”

I loved the fact that it was a very clean and spacious house. We were able to take advantage of the outdoor patio area, the pool, and jacuzzi.

I didn’t like that the property owners did not bother to check the propane grill tank connections after previous guests reportedly used and replaced the tank. Very neglectful and dangerous. The gas was leaking and very dangerous. I had to repair the issue myself and replace the tank. Not ideal during our brief stay. What was especially bad was the way that Ann, the host’s assistant, handled the issue. Very rude, condescending, argumentative, and dismissive. “What do you want me to do? It’s not my house…” is definitely not the way to handle it. Then, calling the manager and saying “your best friend” is on the line definitely does nothing to defuse the already inappropriate interaction. Manager ended up waiving the $20 “electricity fee” for my troubles but it would likely not have been necessary had there been a bit more compassion and professionalism.

Absolutely delightful

Very nice property. Not happy with unexpected cost that have to be paid in cash.

The house and pool are very nice! Plenty of room for our family. Had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook dinners and hang out as a family to relax.

We did not like that we were told to bring cash to pay for Florida tourist tax. Wish that would have been up front. We were also told that we had to pay in cash $50 for the pool cleaning(as we were checking out)to the house manager, no exception. It had to be cash. We already paid $300 cleaning fee when we booked the property. She stated it was in the contract we signed when we booked the house and it was not. We have asked numerous times for receipts for the two cash charges and she has not answered us. We cleaned up after ourselves, washed all dishes and put them away, washed and folded all towels(would have been charged $80 if we didn’t) and cleaned out the refrigerator before we left. Curious what the cleaning fee goes towards. The property itself is amazing but upon checkout we felt caught off guard and that made us very uncomfortable.

Immaculate home

Spacious, great outside living area, the pool and the spa were in excellent condition. The master bath was grand, the utensils, pots and pans, were very nice, not cheap at all. The management company was very responsive to text. Would love to comeback and stay again. Would highly and definitely recommend!

we wouldn't stay again at this property.

The air conditioning was set to an uncomfortable level and ceiling fans would have helped immensely. The master bathroom was way to warm for getting ready to go anywhere. The lighting in the home was insufficient, we had to search for light bulbs in the garage so we could see in the master bathroom to get ready or put on makeup. Too many cameras in the public areas of the home. I felt like we were being spied on like criminals. It was very untrusting of the owners to do that. We wouldn't use this property again. We are law abiding people just wanting a nice vacation and were disappointed with the hospitality of the owners.

Our stay was excellent!

I loved everything about Villa Antonia! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a lot to offer. The property manager was amazing and was able to let us stay another day! I’m already planning our next trip to Cape Coral and would love to book again!
