Located in Playa Flamingo, this lovely house for $1,024 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Jaw dropping views! Flamingo Casa Miramar is a beautiful, large house on the north ridge of Flamingo, Costa Rica. The views are AMAZING and unforgettable! A popular spot is on the terrace overlooking the pool, and breathtaking views of the Potrero Bay, mountains and sunsets. It's a perfect property for family & friends. There are several areas on the patio and terrace for outside dining and grilling. Comfortably accommodating 16 guests, the house and terrace are spacious, well furnished and relaxing. Martha, Jazmina and Jan are the caretakers providing a strong sense of security at the house and work hard to make your stay relaxing, fun and memorable. Martha will take care to the housekeeping duties and be sure to get her to make her famous tamales! Jazmina and Jan maintain the pool, yard and any other needs you may have. Martha's cooking services are optional and additional fees apply but WELL worth it. Her meals are delicious and it's very convenient to wake up and eat breakfast at the house. For more information about Martha's cooking service, please inquire and coordinate with your host. Casa Miramar is close to the quaint town of Flamingo and the beautiful white sand beach. There are about 50 restaurants within a 5 mile area and an active nightlife in close by Potrero. You can be as lazy or active as you want to be! Ziplining, horseback riding, tubing, rafting, ATV tours, sailing, scuba diving, kayaking, catamaran sunset cruise and much more are available. Flamingo Casa Miramar's driveway is gated and has ample space for parking cars or golf carts. The driveway is very steep and challenging for large vehicles, shuttles and those with physical challenges to walk up and down. If renting golf carts, the carts must be parked at the bottom of the hill. Several grocery stores are close to the house but better to access with transportaiton. The Flamingo Marina, Amigos Tacos Y Beer and many other restaurants are in Flamingo and surrounding towns. Again... transportation is HIGHLY recommended! Medical care is excellent and available 24/7. The closest beach to Casa Miramar is a small, private feeling beach about 150 yards from the house. Martha, Jaz or Jan will show you how to get to it. Flamingo Beach is one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Rica but the area also boasts the beautiful beaches at Conchal, Penca, Dante and Prieta! Truly worth exploring. Flamingo Casa Miramar is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view! My family of 5 adults, a two year old and a four year old all had a fabulous time. The house is clean and well cared for by Martha, Jasmine Jahn. Martha also prepared some delicious meals for us. Don't miss the stunning local beach. If you go during the week you may well have it to yourself. The house is also managed expertly by Jen who was a pleasure to work with, responding to all questions quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Miramar. The house is spacious, and the main living area is huge and comfortable, with great couches and an amazing view. It is a great space for gathering and relaxing. We had Marta cook for us throughout the week — breakfasts were a highlight, she makes amazing Gallo Pinto! Marta and Jaz also did the dishes and even washed and folded any dirty laundry that they found in the bedrooms. They did a great job keeping things in order. The house was safe and secure (gated, exterior cameras, etc). We made use of the plentiful beach chairs, boogie boards, and other items when we went to the beach. The small beach around the corner from the house was a real gem… walking distance, very private feel, lots of shade for sitting, and it even has a cool little cave for the kids to explore at low tide. We had a few minor hiccups during the week (hot tub was not functional, ice maker didn’t work, hot water went out for about a day, a few outdoor lounge chairs were worn out and needed replacement). Jennifer was easy to get a hold of and very responsive — she worked to fix whatever issues she could in a very expeditious manner. The driveway is indeed steep, but not a problem for guests with normal mobility. We rented golf carts from Jennifer and Chip’s rental company, and they were perfect for local cruising — it made parking at the beach way easier. Highly recommended. Overall, this was a great stay for our extended family of 10!

First, Martha was outstanding… a real blessing to have prepare meals for our group from our menu. Much better that shopping and cooking for ourselves while on vacation, and very economical and equally tasty vs dining out. View was breathtaking, as good as pictured on home ad. Jennifer was super, very helpful communicator to help organize all we needed door our stay.

Great house, would consider for next year with our kids and grandkids but driveway and access to house is not friendly so it is limiting. I think the driveway should be disclosed. Martha was great and she cooked a great dinner for us. Which we still are talking about.

Jenn was the best host. She was prompt and very informative in all of our communications. She made the entire stay a smooth and easy process! The photos do not do the property justice. It’s clean, spacious, and has stunning views! The pool and hot tub were perfect for chilling, along with the bbq area. The local private beach was the best part and we spent everyday there. Martha and Jasmine were super sweet and wonderful caretakers. Book this house. You won’t regret it!!

Casa Miramar is a beautiful home with a stunning view but the view comes at a price. It is located on a steep road with an even steeper driveway. Our group all 60 and up needed transportation - car, use of a taxi to get around. One of our earlier cab drivers refused to drive up the driveway.. That said the property manager connected us with an excellent taxi cab driver Walter who helped us get to many different restaurants in the area. The food here is excellent . We also utilized Martha for several meals breakfast and dinner and we were not disappointed. Martha and staff keep the home pristine. Jennifer and Chip went out of their way to make this a great trip for us. One of our couples had to leave early and Jennifer and Chip were very supportive and helpful during that difficult time. Shoutout to Amigos, Tacos y Beer ! Their food and staff were excellent!

The house is even more beautiful in person. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly! AC in all the rooms worked great, Wi-Fi, refrigerator was very cold. The grounds staff and maid were great. The house, pool, and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and Martha did a ton of laundry for use, we had 12 people doing tours daily coming back with wet/dirty cloths. Out of the 3 homes I stayed in this trip to Costa Rica this was our favorite. Thank you Jennifer, Martha and Donald we had a blast and would not hesitate to recommend this house!!
