Fabulous stay highly recommended!

Unprecedented views. Best that I’ve seen anywhere in the world.

Beautiful facility, rooms, view and convenient complimentary golf cart rides.

Fantastic place to stay. All the comforts of home, big posh bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen, nice living room and balcony. Just as pretty in person as the pictures. The courtesy golf cart rides put this place above the competitors for us. Top of the peninsula views without a hike or bothersome drive.

I did not like that the rental agreement sent after booking on this site included information about potentially having to vacate the unit if it was for sale and buyers wanted to view it. None of this was mentioned in the Booking.com information and I was very put off by the possibility of being intruded on during my stay. But after contacting the facility with these concerns, they assured me that my assigned unit was not for sale and we never had an issue during our stay.

Splendid, indeed, but awkward.

Beautiful panoramic views, quality finishes, spacious bathroom, wonderful pool, and very pleasant staff. Was about to close for construction work of some sort, so hard to say what it's like now.

It's on top of a very steep ridge and your car is valet parked - and you only have access to it from 9am to 8pm. They will have it ready for you in the morning if you need it, but we still found this very awkward, especially in the evening. There is an hourly golf cart shuttle service to nearby restaurants, businesses, and the beach, but it isn't practical for going out to dinner unless you eat early and gobble your food in an hour. The drivers and security staff were amenable to making special trips to the restaurants (there are several) right at the base of the hill, but that was with a good tip, and we didn't know if we could count on it every day. It was just a nuisance not having our car available. Lovely as the property is, we had no interest in spending all day up there, and our room had no cooking facilities - not even a microwave, which would have been handy. It did have two coffee makers (pod and regular) Our room was probably as small as any there, and while nicely finished, was pretty tight and had nowhere to sit aside from the balcony. Killer views, though, and a great bathroom I'd happily have at home. As many good features as it has, I won't go there again as we felt very isolated and dependent on the not very convenient shuttles (and golf carts - really?)

A very comfortable room with fantastic views to the sea and an amazing swimming pool

A very comfortable room, with excellent shower, very good air conditioning and dark blinds - lovely small balcony overlooking the sea. The swimming pool was fantastic, an infinity pool with the most beautiful view over to Flamingo beach, swimming during sunset was a lovely experience.

Great views in a quiet place

The location is excellent. We were staying in a room with a balcony, the views to the ocean were amazing. The place is quiet. The personnel is exceptional (Mariela, Luis, Flora, Marco, etc. were very friendly and always kind to assist us). The infinity pool is also great. On the 4th floor you have a great terrace with a small barbeque and a coffee machine. It's better if you rent a car. Anyhow they can transport you in a mini golf cart to Flamingo's beach (although there are a lot of dangerous currents).

We payed for daily cleaning but it's every 2 days. There's no bar or restaurant at the apartment buildings.

We liked everything. It was a amazing trip. The staff was exceptional.

We didn't get our dish towels back or the bathroom shower towel after they were laundered. We did or own dishes & towards the end we were using embroidered towels to dry dishes. I was uncomfortable using them.

We were extremely lucky, while traveling in low season( Oct) and the hotel was empty, so as the pool and the beach. That

We booked a studio and it was quite old (incl appliances, eg AC) and small. expected it to be bigger as it’s an apart hotel. not the best value for money.

We enjoyed the expansive views, the gym and the staff's willingness to assist with all our requests.

The views are to die for! The Gym has the best views of any Gym on earth! The staff are all brilliant and extremely helpful. Breakfast was not included as it is an apartment rental but coffee and water was available at a central point which suited us as my partner does not eat breakfast.

If you are like me, a person that likes to do your own thing, this place is not for you. You are controlled from the minute you enter the gate until you leave again. I would like to jump in my car at the drop of a hat and that is not possible here. If you want to go to the beach you have to wait for the shuttle that runs every hour on the hour. Although the staff go out of their way to accommodate you, I still felt imprisoned. There is no restaurant on the premises.

A beautiful relaxed vacation.

The view was spectacular. Coffee in the morning is delicious and the pool was beautiful.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Patio sand was not swept for 4 days so maybe a broom in the room would be nice.

Location, customer service and beauty.

The property was gorgeous and was everything that the pictures and description depicted. Flory was wonderful and accommodating in helping book our trip. The staff and Flory's customer service were above and beyond.

The perfect place with perfect views!

This property is the best! Literally! My family says I’m the “hotel snob” and always find the best places to stay! HAHA! Don’t think twice on this one! The views! Free coffee! Customer service 200%! They even escorted our chef (Dania Fallas) to our unit and carried her stuff for her! Anything we needed! Abigail was the sweetest, very responsive and went above and beyond! Pool was amazing! Did I mention views! The beds were incredibly comfortable! And this particular unit was gorgeous!! PS……Chef Dania Fallas IS A MUST!!! OMG! We loved her and she made some incredible meals for us!

Paradise on top of the World!

Our entire 12 night stay was amazing. Both Abigail & Flower were outstanding, and very helpful when we were reserving different events each day, and making sure all of our needs were met. It truly felt like we were on vacation the entire time. Free coffee, gorgeous view from the pool & room (spectacular view from the terrace!), clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, fast Wi-fi, and amazing list of services that can be had during your stay.

Nothing could have been improved, it was amazing!
