I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. It was clean and very well stopped and comfortable. I did not need for anything. It is in a residential area and not far from downtown at all. The host was so easy to work with and I would definitely book again

Very comfortable and cozy older home in quiet neighborhood.
Convenient to downtown restaurants.
Master bedroom suite /bathroom was updated and nice shower.
Only disappointment was the lack of dresser and "closet" is open shelf in attached laundry room.
Enjoyed the family room, nice leather couch and chair.
Very attractive living and dining room!
Well cared for, and landscaped property, with long driveway, for parking.
Felt safe in a very quiet neighborhood.

The layout of this home worked really well for us and our two adult children. We loved the private primary suite downstairs, while our children occupied the upstairs rooms. Our bed was SO comfortable. We were out and about most of the days we were in Lexington, but when we came back “home” we would settle right in. We only prepared simple meals, but had plenty of room to do so and the layout of the kitchen worked well for 4 adults to move about in it at the same time.
Seth communicated wonderfully with us about our reservation and any needs that we had. We would definitely rent this property again on future visits!

Great family visit based at this house. Sean was very attentive and responsive. They even brought in two more chairs when our 1 yr old and 99 year old could not dine easily from the dining benches

The house is perfectly situated in quiet neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants and stores. All the bed rooms are large and well laid out. It has two large living rooms for the end of the day gatherings. The house was very clean. The property manger was easy to contact and was friendly and welcoming.

Six dear friends visited Lexington for horse racing (Keeneland), bourbon distillery tours and tastings, shopping, food and time together. Perfect October weather. The house was covered all our needs-comfy beds, well stocked, beautiful patio w/fire feature to enjoy the cool evenings. Walking distance to a few shops, restaurants, coffee and grocery. Perfect in every way!

We stayed at the location during our time visiting on the Bourbon Trail. Host was responsive and accommodating to our group. Place was accurate to the pictures listed and clean upon arrival.
The only incident is we received multiple text messages throughout the night regarding noise from the host while our entire family was inside sleeping. These did become disruptive and a burden, especially when the school/daycare next store was extremely loud in the morning. Renters should be aware multiple camera and sound monitoring systems are in place when staying at this location.
Overall, we would stay here again during our next visit. Due to the heat, we were unable to use much of the backyard, but it was a great size for family and a pet!

Hate to give away this secret ( : but this is a great place to stay for a tailgate weekend. Our son attends UK and our friends' son plays football for the team we opposed this weekend. Three couples went to Lexington together to catch up and enjoy the game. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We parked 4 cars in the driveway. It was very hot this weekend but with properly facing the numerous fans provided we were able to create airflow. Closing off the bedrooms with ac, we were able to keep cool. There is a nice backyard but we decided not to grill out (kids at daycare next door kept throwing walnuts at us?) and the heat was intense. We ordered pizza instead (Stoners.) Everything was well labeled which made finding things and putting them away easy. We had one strange incident where I got a text from Seth about a noise complaint from the neighbors (maybe the one who was doing yard work before 8 am?) on Saturday night. We were asked to be respectful. We weren't even at the house, we were at dinner (Eppings.) Seth said the bugs were setting off the noise monitor and not to worry. It was about 8 o'clock. We're up for quiet hours but this was a little restrictive. Renters should know there are cameras and noise monitors, you are being watched. I wish these same monitors would have told the kids next door not to throw walnuts at us. They are big and they hurt when they hit you. This strange incident left a sour taste in our mouths of an otherwise wonderful weekend.

Great stay. The place is everything we thought it would be, clean, comfortable, and well stocked.
Very responsive host. Perfect location, lovely neighborhood. The recommended restaurants and activities were all fabulous. The only downfall was the internet service. The WiFi was horrible. I am not marking the place down for this since we were not able to communicate with the host on this and I was able to hotspot to my phone service to get the work done that I needed to, but it was not expected, you might want to be prepared. I will reach out to make sure the host is aware in hopes this can be fixed for future guests.

The house was nicely furnished and was spacious. The fenced in backyard was great for grandchildren and the patio and pergola were perfect for cookouts. The location was great and central to everything including distilleries, horse park, Keeneland, groceries and Missy’s pies!

At an average of 90 degrees we didn't use the fire pit, but we totally enjoyed a private and lovely well appointed patio every day. The location is fantastic. It is beautifully decorated..not sure I'd be comfortable with little ones running around. The property manager, Seth, is just wonderful and totally responsive!

We stayed 3 nights at this house during our son's June wedding, and enjoyed our short time here. Seth is an awesome host-communicates well, responds quickly and is very caring about his guest's stay. The house is very well equipped and clean! And, as noted by others, the location is close to restaurants, pharmacy. The patio area with yard is a very relaxing spot for a morning cup of coffee or cool drink in the evening. The upstairs area does stay very warm, and the window units are a must to have on so that the bedrooms stay cool enough to sleep in. Overall, we had no issues during our very enjoyable stay.

This was a great place for us to stay. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. And the management company, didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care that we had a wonderful stay.

The listing were very accurate and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the proximity to neighborhood restaurants and bars. The internet service was very slow and hard to connect to. Outside seating was nice but cushions were left out in weather. We’re damp and very dirty. Might want to invest in a deck box to keep cushions in. The master suite was very nice with a very comfortable bed.

We had an unfortunate situation where our reservations in Gatlinburg, TN were canceled last minute due to frozen pipes. When looking to change gears in a hurry, we found this great place in Lexington. The property manager answered a few questions we had in a timely manner, so we were able to quickly adjust our plans to book this rental. We enjoyed our time exploring Lexington. It seemed like everything we wanted to do was a 5-10 minute drive from this location. There were also shops and dining options within walking distance. We will have to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the fire box and outside seating. The house had plenty of accommodations and the beds were comfortable. We would for sure stay at this location again and would recommend it to others!

Super cute house that was perfect for our long weekend stay in Lexington. We had 5 couples stay for my 40th birthday celebration and we fit very comfortably by adding one queen air mattress that we brought along. The bathrooms and furnishings were nice. The location was PERFECT for walking to the UK tailgate, shops and restaurants in Chevy Chase (my favorite area of Lexington) and we were a quick Uber away from Keeneland and downtown. The outdoor arbor and fire pit were awesome! Seth was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. He was sweet and sent donuts as a happy Saturday morning that were delicious! Definitely recommend this luxury bungalow!!

This house is beautifully appointed in a great neighborhood, right near UK. It has a spacious kitchen, open backyard with firepit and patio furniture, and a separate master suite. We have a student at UK and we will definitely be coming back again!

If I could read this at a 10 star, I would. This location was perfect in every way. The house is beautiful, clean, and the perfect location. The communication from the property managers was spot on. I would highly recommend this location. I also would highly recommend Bella Café and Grill, which is just right around the corner. The flavor profiles of their food, and quality of ingredients, were phenomenal. I’m looking forward to my next stay here.
