Located in Orleans, this attractive cabin for $404 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: 14419 - Bell Buoy: Dog Friendly Waterfront Home! The Space: Enjoy vacation perched directly on the waterfront of the Anchorage On The Cove property with a large deck overlooking the ocean; with outdoor seating, an umbrella, and a propane grill, you’ll be in the ideal spot to enjoy the all beautiful scenery! This cottage is truly on the water, and provides spectacular views from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and the outdoor living space. You’ll certainly enjoy waking up to these breathtaking views and reveling in what Cape Cod has to offer. Our cottage is perfectly located on the Nauset cove and estuary. The large, gated deck is where you’ll enjoy cocktails and grilling, watching boats in the bay, birds and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Inside you’ll find a galley kitchen with seating for four, two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and 2-twins in the other, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Stay cool and connected with A/C units in both bedrooms and secured wifi and satellite to enjoy on your flat screen TV. Anchorage on the Cove by Del Mar Vacations offers a full vacation experience in one place. Put your boat in at Town Cove and pick up your guests right at our boat dock for a day trip to anywhere! Enjoy use of our kayaks, canoe or skiff or bring your paddleboard or fishing poles to explore the area (available through October). We are centrally located near shopping, bay and ocean beaches, bike trails, art galleries, theatres, great restaurants, and the Cape Cod Institute and Cape Cod Symposia. Large Families Take Note! This unit is on a property with 3 other cottages and 2 condos that are also available. The entire property sleeps 23 and is fantastic for a large family offering plenty of open space as well as private space if needed. Pets are always welcome on leash and even have their own dog run on the property(just make sure to supervise and clean up after). Our waterfront accommodations are open year round, and our cottages are available on a weekly basis “in season” from Saturday to Saturday and off-season, we offer a two-night minimum. This property had an east facing deck overlooking the water with many eastern windows. It's a cozy place for a couple; a gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is quite complete (no dishwasher), and it opens onto the deck. Very convenient right off of Rt 6, but we were far enough away that we didn't notice the traffic.

Very relaxing.would suggest reviewing your info. Trash bins were not outside property. Would suggest a new dish drainer, measuring cup and a regular spatula. The dish drainer was rusty, no measuring cup for cooking and the only spatula was designed for the grill so it was awkward for kitchen use. Would recommend the faci

This place was an adorable little cottage right on the water that provided us with what we needed for an impromptu weekend away. The agency was very responsive and we had no complaints about our stay.

This was our second stay on the property--we rented another cottage here two years ago. Bell Bouy is right on the Salt Pond. Quaint cottage...just the right size for the three of us and our dog. Great views and nice quiet area. Fenced in area for the dog to do their duty. We have already recommended this property to friends and hope to be back!

The best thing about this cottage is its deck right next to the water. The bird watching is incredible.
The cottage is old and the floors are uneven, but it was immaculately clean and everything worked.
The listing did not indicate that the cottage is a tri-level with a TINY bathroom with only a toilet and sink on the main floor and the shower off the kitchen on the lower level.
The walkway from the parking area to the cottage needs ground level lighting to help negotiate the flagstone walkway at night.
The complex is right on US 6, which makes getting in and out difficult during high traffic times. Widening the entrance and clearing vegetation to improve views of oncoming traffic from the west would help.

The property is great if you enjoy rustic accommodations. The view is the property's best feature. The property over all is well maintained. The furnishings are dated and well used. Which was disappointing as it really did detract from the experience. The management company was very attentive and quickly responded to any issues.

Great Location

It was a bit tricky with a baby at times because of the split-level layout, but we managed with some rented baby gear. We really enjoyed being so close to the water.
The mattresses and sofa are a bit old and creaky, but we were so tired that it didn’t really matter.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The cottage was very clean and cozy. Having the deck right on the water was so relaxing, making it tough at times to pull yourself away to go out and do excursions. We would certainly visit again in future.

So close to the water!
Owner was great to talk to when we bumped into him, he had lots of tips and great stories about the area. Loved having a gas fireplace to relax. More stairs than I would prefer as I had recently sprained my knee. So we slept in the guest bedroom to save a few stairs overnight. Dogs loved being loose on the gated deck with us. A great location, we took road trips in both directions to visit other parts of the Cape. Plan to go back again.

Beautiful home on the water
We are not from the area nor very familiar with Cape Cod and were looking for a quiet retreat on the water. As beachhouses are hard to comr by, we struck gold with this home on an inlet. It is part of a few rental homes but all are very spaced out. Our particular rental had an amazing waterfront deck, where we spent a majority of our time.
Our only recommendation to the property owner would be to install a dehumidifier, as the days it was raining it was nearly impossible to dry our bath towels, bathing suits, etc.
With regards to check in and out, it is all remote and easily noted in the instructions. Even more importantly, despite a rental company (del mar) managing this property, I was always able to reach someone when needed. We had quite an emergency while there and had to put our dog down, and the rental company was quick to respond. They went above and beyond to ensure we were ok which was very appreciated in such a horrible time. So we recommended this house both from what you sent and also from who you are renting from!

Great stay in a wonderful location!
This is a great property right in the middle of Cape Cod. Wonderful view with water access and a comfortable interior. Beautiful sunrise views and a deck overlooking the water. Lots to do in the area and a reasonable distance to all other points on the Cape. We would definitely stay here again.
