The property was beautiful and well maintained.
There was a conference going on the night we stayed with certain areas closed off.

Great
My first room smelt like mold and the sliding door didn’t lock when I went outside to see the view.
They did upgrade my room for 400 dollars a night. So it was an extra 800 dollars

Loved the pool and amenities of the resort. A really beautiful property with wonderful service.
The room was pretty sad, and needed to be renovated. The bathroom in particular was disappointing with a pretty gross tub for a 5 star hotel. Also the garden view should really be called parking lot view, which an unwelcome surprise for a resort with such beautiful grounds. Kind-of a bummer. Should have upgraded for the ocean view!

Resort location is gorgeous
Room resembled a dated , musty motel room
Specifically requested room not near parking lot Assigned building was directly across from parking lot.
Guest services manager assured me there wasn't any flexibility in changing rooms. He was very arrogant

The staff were all excellent - very helpful and responsive. We loved the daily shuttle to the beach and also found the free hotel shuttle very good. We also thought that the policy of charging the mini bar contents at cost was excellent. We liked the lap pool - and the fact that it was close to our room was the one saving grace of what was otherwise a pretty mediocre location.
Our room (261) was in a poor location, in a block (Rose) overlooking the car park and a long way from the beach. We had a balcony that looked directly into trees - with a road on the other side that we could hear when sitting outside. Our other window looked into the parking lot. That was quite disappointing. The main pool is very crowded, and the bar staff seemed a bit harassed at times. The beach at the resort is silty and not very appealing although they do take you to a much nicer beach by boat shuttle. It was a bit stressful to have to remembers to book the shuttle, but we always managed to get to the beach when we wanted.

Expensive, but worth price for beauty, luxury and activities. Plus access to Cape Cod National Golf Course

Staff was exceptional — very friendly & professional. Shout out to the concierge staff & our boat Captain Aden (spelling?). Entire family enjoyed the Seal Cruise & the Outer Beach is a must-do.
No “grab & go” food of any kind on the resort. Would have loved a breakfast bar with yogurts, muffins, fruit & coffee to grab on our way out in the mornings to explore the Cape.

The location with a view of the Bay was spectacular. Service was outstanding. We felt very welcome upon arrival and felt that way throughout. COVID protocols are excellent. Everyone is very professional.
Bathroom was very average.

Paradise in Massachusetts. Quite expensive but this place is awesome. Would go more often if I could afford it.
