Located in Christiansburg, this lovely house for $795 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful classic 4 bedroom home located in a newly developed subdivision minutes away from Virginia Tech. The gorgeous Huckleberry trail runs right behind our neighborhood and the famous Farmhouse restaurant is with in walking distance from our home. Not only are you minutes away from Virginia Tech but, Radford University and all the big shopping centers and restaurants are all located within minutes from the neighborhood. You will enjoy the new custom large kitchen which is super spacious for families and friends. Our beautiful Master bedroom has a King size bed , and master bath has both a shower and large tub. The second large bedroom features a with cal. King bed, and plenty of room for a air bed if needed! 3rd bedroom has a gorgeous Full size bed. 4th bedroom has Full size bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as flat screen TVs. Our Beautiful backyard with custom play area and fire pit for those chilly nights. You might enjoy playing a few games of pool together in the large custom built family room. There is an additional pull out sofa bed in the living room. ****Please note that any travelers considering our home be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood. No house parties are tolerated! ONLY 3 cars are allowed in the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked overnight at the Christiansburg Recreation Center which is .05 miles at the beginning of the neighborhood.

Stayed for VT graduation. Home is 10 minutes from campus. Walmart Food Lion and restaurants are within 5 minutes. Really hot water with amazing water pressure

This home was perfect for our group of 10. The owner answered any questions immediately. It was very clean and comfortable. Maybe 10-15 minutes from Blacksburg. Great big screen TV for watching games. It had a nice deck and a beautiful back yard to hang out in. Food Lion was a couple minutes away as were multiple coffee spots. We would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for our large family's stay for VT's graduation weekend! This lovely home was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was very close to VT as well as grocery store, and restaurants. Heather was a terrific host and very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this stay and home was top shelf. The owner (Heather) was incredibly responsive to EVERY question we had (before and during our stay). The home was beautiful, comfortably furnished and well stocked. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do (in and around Blacksburg). Would stay here again in a heartbeat if back in the area.

Location was perfect , 10 minute drive to the school , clean , comfortable and accommodating. Host even left us Hokie cookies and pastry . Went for a nice walk on nature trails close by . Wish we could go back

We would highly recommend this home for a small family gathering or a football weekend w/friends. The house is immaculate and well stocked. The host/owner is as nice as she can be, attentive and easy to work with. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a wonderfully well-maintained property in a residential neighborhood, close to restaurants, college shopping, and Virginia Tech. We arrived to a well-lit house and simple check-in which were both real considerations considering out 3AM arrival time. Heather, the owner, was kind and made herself quite available if we had any questions during our stay. The home was lovely, with high ceilings, a large kitchen, and an uncluttered vibe. There is a large finished basement area to relax in, as well, but we were quite content with the main floor and bedrooms. We had no questions or issues as we moved our daughter into school, and the homeyness of the surroundings made this period of change easier to take. We look forward to returning multiple times in the future.

House was excellent. Superb host/owner. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our son’s graduation experience. We had 4 grandparents, 2 parents, an aunt, and a sister staying in the house. Plenty of room for everyone, but also enjoyed preparing meals and socializing in the kitchen and eating area. Perfect place for our gathering. Highly recommended to others.

My family and I rent homes often when we travel. This home was above and beyond our expectations. Very clean and spacious. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Beautiful back yard to enjoy. The host was one of the best I have ever rented from. Would highly recommend.

We did enjoy the stay in the property for a short summer break. It was as short notice of the confirmation before our planned vacation, but the owner was very supportive and accommodated our request and made proper arrangement for us. The owner paid attention to our new request after we arrived, feel like a 24/7 service was standing by. Will recommend to friends .
