Situated in Christiansburg, this lovely house for $352 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to your daylight walk - out basement suite with private entrance. Furnished with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 Full bath with tub, a full kitchen with dish washer, microwave, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, most utensils. Large living room with a 2 flat screen t.vs, electric cozy fire place, Direct TV,free WiFi, washer and dryer is available upon request. 2 queen size air mattresses for your use, linens and towls previded. Our swimming pool is for guests only. Open Apr-Nov. weather permitting. We are located minutes away from I-81, VIrginia Tech and Radford Universities, aquatic center, rec center, hiking trails and many shopping centers many dining options nearby as well. Message me for more details! Our salt water pool depth is 7’ with a sitting spa attached. No jests. We try to keep our pool close to 90°. We strive to make a difference in your stay, we have a 4 hour window between check out and checking in. We thoroughly clean all the bedding, drawers, light switches, door handles, windows, couches, remotes, fridge, sinks, kitchen and bathroom. Pool chairs and more. We use a high tec disinfectant that lasts up to 24 hours as well as Clorox. We provide, and keep stocked, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning supplies for your use. This was a great place to stay near VT! It is very open and spacious. The hosts were great and very responsive. Busy graduation weekend, but having this house was perfect for a get together and to have a place to relax. The view and pool were wonderful. We hope to return!

Lisa has a beautiful place. The property is clean, the view is awesome. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out and even let us use the washer and dryer! We were there for New Cadet parade at VT, and it was the perfect respite for my new cadet. The pool kept the younger siblings busy so he could sleep!! Thank you, Lisa!

We wanted to host a surprise bridal shower/sleepover for my cousin before her big day. There wasn’t enough beds for the 10 of us (we had planned for 12 of us) but we did bring an extra air mattress just in case and we later saw that there was an air mattress provided by the host we could’ve used if we had more people with us. We enjoyed the pool as the sun was setting and had music playing through the night courtesy of the hosts which was super nice! Everything we needed was provided and the host was really quick to respond and help. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lisa let us use her space for my bridal shower. There was more than enough space for the 12 or us and the 6 who spent the night. We enjoyed the heated pool, especially since the weather ended up being cool that weekend. Lisa was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely rent their place in the future!

The basement of this house has a very large open concept kitchen / living room with windows that let the sunlight pour right in. Pastoral views from the patio and pool are great. The area was very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home with a pool, close to hiking trails and space for kids to play. The house was amazing, with everything you could need: linens, kitchen utensils, pool towels & toys, laundry room and even a separate play area for my younger children. The Smart TV provided evening entertainment and the pool temps were perfect for jumping in everyday. There was plenty of space for my whole family, and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!
