Nestled in Seacrest, this charming house for $349 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sea Turtle Cottage - Sea Turtle Cottage in Seacrest Beach has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation! Located on 30A, nestled in between Alys Beach and Watersound, this coastal cottage has a beach access directly across the street and offers partial views of the Gulf. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Sea Turtle Cottage sleeps 8 and is wonderfully updated to serve all of your vacation needs. Filled with natural light, the coastal accents will have you in vacation mode as soon as you enter. The main level of this cottage welcomes you with an open floor plan that has plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating, and lounging. French doors open up to allow for plenty of light and beachy breezes to stream through from the private patio. The chef of the group will enjoy a fully stocked Kitchen, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A King bedroom, full hall bathroom, and Queen sofa sleeper in the living room are on this main level. The 1st floor has the King Master Suite with a private bathroom and patio. It also has a bedroom with two sets of twin bunks for the kids and a full hall bathroom as well. Every bedroom has a TV and there is complimentary wifi available for guest use as well. Sea Turtle Cottage is an ideal location along Hwy 30A next to multiple shops and restaurants. The Hub is less than a mile away and boasts "the greatest backyard party of all time," featuring fun events, an array of delicious food and drink options, live entertainment, and shopping. Multiple other restaurants and fun beach shops are also close by in Alys Beach and Rosemary to the East and Seaside to the West. With a community pool and the beach access only about 50 yards from the front door there is no shortage of activities to fill your day when you come stay at Sea Turtle Cottage. First Floor: King Master Suite with with Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry. Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower. *This property is monitored by a security camera overlooking the parking lot. *Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. Property is in a great location and Ocean Reef was very easy to work with. Convenient to the beach and we could easily bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. Would stay here again!

Perfect house for several people. In a great neighborhood with such a short walk to the beach! It was also only a few minute drive to Alys beach and downtown rosemary.

We could not be more impressed with Sea Turtle Cottage. The cottage had an upscale feel, very clean and easy to find. The kitchen was well appointed and ample linens and towels were provided. The property manager communicated via automated texts to remind us of check-in, check-out, and various property reminders which worked very well for our family. We highly recommend the property and plan to return. Thank you for a great vacation!

Evidently they have a rule that my teenagers could not be at the house alone unless I was there at the same time. Told me if I didn’t get back to the house in thirty minutes we would be evicted. She was so rude and unnecessary.
I was in Panama City shopping with my daughter and expected to go back for that.. There were no noise complaints or any issues. Our neighbors were evidently evicted. they were at there door too, they packed up that night and left. It was so strange. Never had a experience like this at 30a. So if u have older adults teens don’t let them stay there quietly alone Ocean Reef with evict you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout worked great for us with the two teenage girls on the bottom floor and us upstairs. House was awesome and a short walk to the beach. The neighbor was a bit nutty about parking spots - so make sure to only park in spots designated for this unit. Beautiful Condo! Comfortable for 5 adults/5 kiddos!
This condo was better than we imagined! My family of four; my brother’s family of five, and my mom all stayed here in July 2018. Updated throughout, a Pottery Barn vibe that I just loved. It was immaculately clean (and I am a stickler for cleanliness), the A/C worked wonderfully the entire stay, and the full size washer and dryer were great to have. The bunk room for the kids was awesome - kids had the best time. Both king bedrooms were beautiful, one on the ground floor, one on the second floor. My mom slept on the pull out bed in the main living area on the second floor (we couldn't find linens for the bed, so we used some blankets and pillows we brought). The kitchen is well appointed, nice to cook in (no chef knife, bring one) - which we did many nights.
Aside from the aesthetics, the property is in a great location, close to Alys Beach (Charlie's Donuts truck), Rosemary beach (shopping/dining), The Hub (family fun spot/food) and much more. Seaside isn't a far drive either, which is a must see beachy town!
On the upper deck, you do get a glimpse of the ocean between two of the buildings across the street. One thing we wish were better - the deck furniture was not the most comfortable (bistro set + 2 wood chairs, table), so we didn't spend as much time out there as we'd hoped. Maybe a nice outdoor sectional and a coffee table would work better with the two wood chairs and table out there?
The pool on the property is nice, we were there in mid-July, so the water was quite warm; kids didn't mind. This property is private, which I loved. There are only 2 parking spaces per unit, and I believe there are only 8 units total...quaint and safe feeling. I wasn't worried when my kids walked back to the condo from the pool, no traffic at all, only the people who are supposed to be there. Nice.
It is a short walk to the beach, cross 30A, make a right, walk a few steps, beach access on the left. We did have beach chair set up every day with this unit, and that was a life saver!
Our biggest suggestion to the owner (not a showstopper) would be a nice comfy sectional or a duplicate of the current couch in the main living area/TV area. After spending the day at the beach, you are tired, so are the kiddos, and you want to relax in comfort and watch a movie-- but the comfy couch only seats three. There are two chairs next to the couch that look good, but miss the boat on comfort.

Great Stay
This cottage worked out great for our group of 7. My wife, our kids, and their friends all had plenty of room. The place was clean and comfortable. The beach was close and so were restaurants and the Hub. I think we went to the Hub 4 out of the 7 nights we were here. We would recommend this place to friends and will definitely be back.
