About this house rental
Nestled in Largo, this charming house for $366 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Hi and Welcome to Day's By The Bay-Largo, West Florida's premium, affordable luxury, vacation home. This Largo, Florida home is a meticulously taken care of haven, minutes away from Indian Rocks beach. Largo is only a few hours away from Orlando, theme park capital of the world. When you come home from the beach, You can kick off your flip-flops and immediately relax in your private oasis, swim in our newly renovated pool or sit on the dock with Otis Redding playing in your head! Day's By The Bay-Largo, is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2015 renovated pool and hardscape patio area, home with a dock and access to the Intercoastal Waterway. From our dock you may even see a Manatee swim up and welcome you while you are relaxing out there. Our house is close to everything you are looking for in the Tampa Bay Area: *Sugar sand Gulf beaches, *Tampa, Orlando, and Theme Park capital of the World! * Water fun and sports *Amazing is the west coast *RV/ Boat parking in the driveway so you can have your boat at the dock. Our World famous beaches are only minutes away from our front door. There are a number of parks, restaurants, playgrounds, supermarkets, Wine shops, chocolatiers, banks, specialty shops, farmer's markets, etc within just a mile or so from our house. Our home is roughly 23 miles from Tampa International Airport, 3.7 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, and 7.7 miles from Clearwater Beach, and close to all the other things that are bringing you to the Tampa Bay Area. As our guests, you will have access to the whole home, with the exception of the garage, where we store our personal items. The pool and lawn are maintained on a weekly basis. There is electronic entry for easy access when you arrive. Our listed daily rate is for up to 6 guests. The house sleeps a maximum of 10. There is an additional charge per guest over 6. Our pool is NOT heated. Guests staying with us may choose to heat the SPA for an additional fee. Our caretakers will be available if there are issues with the home that need to be addressed during your stay. Welcome Home!-- Ron and Barb Day

House clean, well maintained, pool was amazing. Great overall house. Just be careful if you’re bringing a boat because tide goes really really really low on the canal. But apart from that, house is great! Thanks Ron for everything!

Owners were respectful and helpful during the week despite the dishwasher breaking. We worked through getting it fixed and we assisted the technician on 2nd to last day of the trip. The house was clean and backyard was a nice oasis getaway. It is on a main road and strangers roam the hospital across the street but owners have extra security on the front and back doors with is a bonus+. Thank you. The beach is 10 min. away with hardly any traffic and IRB parking is good vs. Clearwater and other areas. We would stay again! Thanks

Our family of 5 had an amazing vacation at this property. The owner was very responsive , check in was simple. The house was spotless with many luxuries. With a pool and spa and only 8 minutes from the beach, couldn't ask for a better set up. We would definitely stay again.

The home was so clean and honestly the photos in the listing don’t do it justice. This is hands down the most well stocked house we have ever stayed at. Thank you Ron for everything, we hope to be back soon.

The listing described the house perfectly. It was beautiful. Loved having the gas grill as a option. We grilled by the pool one night.

Stayed two weeks and had no issues. The owner’s manual covered every question we had about operations during our stay. We will be back in the future.

Had to call Vrbo to get a hold of the host. He gave us the wrong number for door lock. Called and text the host several times including texts. Hour and half later received correct number to get into house. Couldn't change temp in the house. Contacted the host and said that's the lowest he could go 72 degrees. Very warm in house even with fans running. Pool was green the whole stay. Pool company put shock in pool Friday morning. Very strong oder. BBQ is falling apart. Inner parts are rusted and falling apart only cook burgers once as the BBQ was not cooking great. We made the best of it as it was our first vacation in several years.

The house was great and set up in a good open way for family. The kitchen was well stocked with serving ware and kitchen gadgets you may need. The location was great. My only complaint is we like to sleep in cooler temperatures as we are Floridians and get very hot. The thermostat cannot go below 72. To some that’s okay and might not affect your stay but we are a 68 at night family. If you know, you know. :) The home owner wasn’t aware the pool pump wasn’t coming on which caused the pool to have algae but that is out of their hands and I am sure they will have that corrected promptly. It was great to have our boat at the same location as us verses having to haul to the boat ramp. Over all we enjoyed the home and like I said it is a great family home to rent for vacation. We had our baby as well as my husbands grandmother stay and had plenty of room/privacy.

This rental was exactly as described, very clean, nice pool, short drive to beach. Only downside for us was the early start time for the construction crew next door but that is out of the owner’s control.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here so much we barely left to go to the beach! The home was peaceful and clean, the pool was perfect and being on the water with a dock simply awesome! The owner was so helpful, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect family getaway!
Easy process start to finish! Beautiful house and yard, amazing pool and spa, awesome dock to fish off of. Our family had an amazing time, we comfortably fit 7 people and 2 small dogs.
Everything you need is in the home! Publix right up the road and a bait and tackle across from that. There is a great place for breakfast up the rd about 3 minutes called SpEGGtacular... we were impressed. Indian Rocks beach very close and great place to watch sunset and hunt small shells. Clearwater also pretty close.
Mostly we stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool and the boys fished for HOURS. My dog chased lizards all day long for the entire trip...had the time of her life! There are plenty of beach towels and bath towels... they have 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for the beach and I believe a cooler.
I can't think of anything negative about our stay!

Perfect for a relaxing, quiet family vacation
The house was perfect for our family vacation with our small dog! Check in was simple and the house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Location is perfect for a quick drive into Clearwater for dinners or outings. The yard is spacious with a pretty view of sunset and the pool was very clean and exactly as pictured.
Next time in June we probably will not need the pool heated as the water temp seemed just fine, but it is definitely a bonus for cooler months! Thank you for a great vacation!

Fantastic Stay!
House was amazing with pool and water access, accurately depicted in VRBO listing. Great location for restaurants and Publix to stock the fridge, as well as an easy short drive from some of our destinations to include Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. Ron is a great host and provided all necessary info for a comfortable stay prior to arrival, thanks so much, look forward to coming back again!

Our group of 4 stayed there for the week. We had a great time. We had an issue with access that the owner resolved in just a couple minutes. This is the best rental property we have visited. We are already trying to schedule another week next year.

This house is beautiful. We loved the backyard. We spent all our time there. The pool is wonderful and we loved the hot tub. We wish we could have seen some dolphins but you can’t have everything. The house and backyard made up for that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Centrally located, super comfy home in Largo.
Very clean, well- equipped, comfy home with nice backyard on a canal for relaxing. On a rather noisy street across from a hospital, but we didn’t hear the noise when in the house. We had an old dog with us and we’re limited to where we could go, but we’re amazed at how many beautiful parks there are within minutes of the house, including botanical gardens and nature preserves. We went to a different one every day for almost 2 weeks! Too cool to use the pool (heated pool would have been nice and worth the extra money to heat it. Solar panels perhaps?). Very short drive to beaches without paying beach rental fees. Wished we could have used the kayaks. (Have renters sign a liability clause so owner not responsible?) Owner incredibly responsive and great to deal with. Will definitely return to this house if our future plans include the Clearwater Beach area.

Beautiful, clean, convenient home
This home will wow you when you step thru the door! Beautifully maintained, with everything you need. Teenagers really enjoyed the pool. Comfortable for our party of 8. Beach is 10 min or less, Publix one mile in either direction, restaurants abound close by. Enjoyed Keenan’s seafood and Havana Harry’s serves some good Cuban takeout. Only downside , couldn’t set thermostat lower after midnight n 76 was a little warm. I’m sure if I had called owner he would have adjusted but it wasn’t a big deal. Book this property you will enjoy!
