The view looking out to the sea. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast. The friendliness of the staff and they were super accommodating.
There wasn't a proper quiet place to work and have meetings, nor a place in the room where I could work. The other thing was that the rooms didn't have proper sound proofing - any noise from the passage carried into the room

me quedé sin probar la sobrasada a pesar de haber llegado a las 9,45, no se si se acabó o dejaron de ponerla.
tampoco había mucha fruta variada cuando llegué, por el resto tal como apunto, genial.
por otra parte me sorprende que hotel así, no puedas conseguir nada de beber después de las 23, ni una sola maquina expendedora donde podre comprar algo fresquito.

Amazing hotel. We went in February, although nothing much to do around the area (as it was winter season), the hotel offered so much like great restaurants, bars, music and pool facilities. We got a free upgrade which was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
Our kettle didn't work (but it didn't bother us as we didn't use).

We reached the hotel by 9:30 pm due to some issues with the car, even after the half board we were not served the food. we were told that there was nothing for the vegetarians. We asked if they have salad, or left out deserts and answer was no, eventually one lady offered us butter and bread. Awful start of your holiday. We never had this issue with any of other hotels that we have stayed over last 20 years. Then in the morning most of the plates were dirty for the breakfast, we told the staff and they ignored it like they did not understand the language, guests were swapping 4-6 plates to find a clean one.
Also, stained Duvet covers were provided and we requested for double bed with side sea view , however we were given 2 single beds.

-They don’t replace towels. I didn’t ask for any and end up using beach towels in the room instead. Not a big deal.

Escogí este hotel por poder acudir al Spa, las instalaciones son míimas y muy escuesto el espacio, habíamos 8 personas en un espacio muy reducido en el cual no pudimos n usar los chorros, había cola... La chica que nos atendió (pelo rizado) no tuvo muy buenos modos, no fue maleducada pero sí demasiado seria. Además por el tipo de servicio que ofrecen debería estar incluído en el precio, pagar por lo que disfruté no me pareció bien.

Im Sommer würde ich hier persönlich niemals Urlaub machen .. Massentourismus, Frühstück vom Buffet war ok aber nichts besonderes, sehr gut ist das Bow Restaurant Snacks und gute Speisen Abends ind zuvorkommendem Personal. Waren von den Getränkepreisen sehr positiv überrascht eine Flasche Cava oder Weißwein unter 20€, Getränke an der Bar einem 4* Hotel angemessen, man musste sie sich allerdings selbst an der Bar holen...
Unser Zimmer Zeus mit seitl.Meerblick war etwas klein kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, kein Kasten, offenes Bad störte mich jetzt nicht nur die Toilette war auch nach oben offen... für uns jetzt kein Problem aber nicht super geplant so was
Flure waren sehr staubig und Zimmertür fällt sehr laut ins Schloss was vor allem Nachts unangenehm war.
Hauptpoo war eiskalt und Skypool auch nicht viel wärmer. Spa 15€/Stunde zu teuer, man könnte hier gerade in den Wintermonaten diesen mindesten 3x kostenlos anbieten...
Fitnessraum schön mit Blick aufs mehr... aber vom 7 Stock eine kleine Weltreise 😉 bei Ankunft sollte es hier eine Beschreibung geben...
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen...und dies sollte eine konstruktive Kritik sein....

Die Lage ist sensationell und das Hotel ist wirklich gut! Es war jeden Morgen eine Freude, mit Meerblick aufzustehen und schon aus dem Bett heraus den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen. Alles in Allem jedoch nur ein "gut" aufgrund ein paar Kleinigkeiten.
Beim Frühstück waren oft Sachen leer und es dauerte sehr lange, bis etwas nachgelegt wurde. Manchmal auch gar nicht. Bei dem Halbpension-Dinner von 7-9 Uhr war beispielsweise die Paella-Pfanne um 7.15 Uhr leer und wurde auch nicht mehr nachgefüllt, obwohl noch viele Gäste kamen.
Was unseres Erachtens ganz schlecht war, ist die Toilettensituation im Zimmer. Nur mit einer Glasscheibe getrennte Toilette, welche aufgrund der hallenden Geräusche diese doppelt und dreifach laut in das Zimmer übertragen haben, ebenso wie die Gerüche dazu.
Parksituation mit dem Mietwagen auf der Straße schlecht (obwohl ja erst Januar), obwohl Parkplätze angegeben. Man muss dann in das Hotelparkhaus, welches bei uns 17 Euro täglich kostete.

Grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer, großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (Artemis), gepflegte Anlage und freundliches Personal. Ruhig gelegen, Strände fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Während der Hauptsaison riesige Auswahl sowohl beim Frühstück (bspw. verschiedene Smoothies, frisch gepresster O-Saft, regionale Kleinigkeiten, Nüsse, etc.) als auch beim Abendessen. In der Nebensaison ist das Angebot reduziert, dennoch ausreichend.
Kopfkissen waren uns zu hoch - da gibt es leider (noch) keine Alternativen; Toilette nur durch eine Glastür, die etwa 20 bis 30 cm vor der Zimmerdecke endet, vom Zimmer abgetrennt

Die Lage ist in den Wintermonaten sehr abgelegen und es ist zu empfehlen ein Fahrzeug anzumieten. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und hell. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war von der Qualität her sehr bescheiden. Es wurde nicht regelmässig aufgefüllt und der Service im Frühstücksraum liess zu wünschen übrig. Ein Grossteil des Personals im Frühstücksraum war lustlos und unfreundlich.
Unser Zimmer lag in direkter Sicht vom Skypool wodurch unsere Privatsphäre gestört wurde.

Das Essen am Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Im Zimmer war alles nötige vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Alles was man angefragt hatte wurde erledigt (z.B. ein Quad-Verleih wurde organisiert und ein Chauffeur brachte uns konstenlos zum Verleih und wieder zurück)
Das Wasser im Außenpool war eiskalt, auch wenn es Dezember war hätte ich mich gefreut mal den Pool zu benutzen, da das Meer zu kalt zu dieser Periode ist. Der Spa und das Benutzen des Rooftoppools musste man reservieren und bezahlen, jedoch die Preise waren extrem hoch 80-160€. Die Handtücher hatten meistens Flecken, aber wahrscheinlich gehen die nicht mehr ab auch bei gründlicher Wäsche.

The hotel was beautiful and the pool areas are incredible. The restaurant was very good, the food was of good quality and the staff is very friendly.
The room we were staying in was very basic, the bathroom didn’t have a proper door (floor to ceiling one) so it is pretty weird. We also paid extra for a balcony thinking it would be towards the sea but it ended up facing the parking area so that was a disappointment- wouldn’t have paid if we knew.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück, besonders der frisch gepresste Orangensaft
Dass der Spa-Bereich etwas kostet und man den Slot reservieren muss, dadurch ist man sehr unflexibel.
Wir haben den Spa-Bereich aus diesem Grund leider nicht genutzt.
Buffet beim Abendessen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein und etwas mehr Auswahl haben.

Un hotel magnífico en pleno acantilado. Vistas impresionantes para los amantes de la naturaleza, vivir en el mar desde cualquier rincón del hotel. Salidas y puestas de sol inigualables en la terraza de la habitación.
Amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, ganas de agradar en cada momento al cliente. Desayuno y cena variados. Sin duda volveremos.

Die Aufzüge wurden vom Reinigungspersonal mitbenutzt. So sahen sie auch aus.... dreckig und abgenutzt. Ausserdem waren sie andauernd vom Personal bsesetzt.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr sehr schönen Lage direkt auf einer Klippe mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Direkter Zugang zum Strand ist möglich, der direkte Einstieg ins Meer jedoch nur über eine Leiter gewährleistet. Der Strand von Magaluv und Palmanova ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Da alle Geländer und Brüstungen aus Glas bestehen hat man von überall bodentiefe Sicht. Unser DZ Artemissa hatte direkten Meerblick und wir konnten wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge bei Meeresrauschen genießen. Besonders vorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Auch das offene Bad/Dusche/WC war für uns kein Problem. WAS JEDOCH EIN ABSOLUTES NO GO IST, WAREN DIE FEHLENDEN TOILETTENBÜRSTEN. Das ist nicht nur peinlich für denjenigen der auf der Toilette war sondern vor allem für das Reinigungspersonal. Hier sollte das Hotel Management dringend reagieren,da dieser Mangel von vielen Gästen angefürt wird. Das Frühstück ist ausreichen und gut. Hier findet jeder etwas. Die Möven beim Frühstücken im Freien sind nervig und aufdringlich. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Solange sie von den Gästen ( wir haben das beobachtet) gefüttert werden wird das wohl auch nicht besser. Nun zu unserem Fazit: ein rundum stylisches Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht. In der Nebensaison ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Also.... wie schon erwähnt sind die fehlenden Toilettenbürsten ein absolutes no go. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer wurde mit (Smily Mundwinkel nach unten) bewertet nur wegen der fehlenden Klobürste. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer Top. Das Abendbuffet,welches wir am ersten Abend in Anspruch genommen haben lässt zu wünschen übrig und ist unserer Meinung nach mit 25 Euro pro Person zu teuer, da die Getränke noch on Top kommen. Leider hat der Speiseraum auch einen ziemlichen Kantinecharakter. Lieber mal schnell nach Palma in die Altstadt. Da gibt es tolle Restaurants mit tollem Ambiente. Noch zum Abschluß: in der Hochsaison ist Magaluv und Palmanova eher nicht zu empfehlen, da diese Gegend von Briten besetzt ist. Dazu möchte ich nicht näher eingehen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und perfekt für alle welche nicht für Partys auf der Insel sind. Trotzdem erreicht man in Gehdistanz diverse Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super umfangreich. Die Staff ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Liegen am Pool sind nicht die bequemsten, könnte jedoch schlimmer sein.

Sehr sauberes modernes Hotel mit phantastischem Blick über das Meer. Unbedingt zu empfehlen: Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Top Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl und frischen Speisen wie Omlets, Spiegeleier etc. nach Wunsch. Abends sehr gutes, vielfältiges Buffet im Rahmen der Halbpension (sehr zu empfehlen im voraus gleich mit buchen). Sonnenterrasse mit Pool auch auf dem Dach. Das Hotel selbst ist auch sehr gut für Rollstuhlfahrer nutzbar (reservierte Parkplätze in TG); ohne Motorisierung kann man das Hotel allerdings nicht verlassen, weil die Umgebung zu bergig ist. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal.
Leider funktionierte die E-Mail-Kommunikation zum Neustart Mitte März 21 nicht gut. Die Lage ist mit Blick über das Meer einzigartig. Allerdings ist kein Zugang zum Meer möglich, weil das Hotel oberhalb der Steilküste liegt. Man gelangt nur durch enge steile Straßen zum Hotel; zu unserer Zeit kein Problem, weil alles im Ort, bis auf das Hotel, geschlossen hatte. Könnte aber bei voller Öffnung etwas schwieriger sein. Einziges Manko: Parkplatzsituation. Das Hotel verfügt über eine gut nutzbare Tiefgarage, allerdings für EUR 25,- pro Tag, was schon sehr happig ist. Bei hoher Auslastung dürfte die Garage schnell ausgebucht sein. Unser Zimmer hatte ein halb-offenes Badezimmer, nicht jedermanns Sache.

We had a room with a sea view and the view was indeed spectacular. The balcony offers privacy so you feel like you are in your own little paradise. When we checked in, the room was prepared for us - ambient music from the TV and air conditioning on so the room was perfectly cooled. The hotel is uphill but that was a bonus to us since it's away from the nightlife and all the noise, so it's all quiet and peaceful once you reach it. It's also close to restaurants and nice beaches in both directions from the hotel. The breakfast area is charming, the food is good, and they slightly change it day to day so you don't get bored eating the exact same thing during your whole stay. Underground parking is available for 17 euros per day. However, parking spots are limited so it's not a promise that you will get a spot in the parking garage. Considering the surroundings and the street parking options (which are almost none as it's a narrow street), the extra price for a parking garage is justified. Wi-Fi is good all over the place, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the bedsheets were changed at least twice during our one-week stay (there could have been more times but we didn't pay attention). All staff is friendly and helpful. We thought the minibar was not working and maintenance arrived within 10 minutes after our complaint. The big outdoor pool area is really nice and the view is breathtaking.
The mini bar in the room does not cool down at all, even if it's just 2 bottles of water. We had it checked by maintenance and it's just the way it is - it was not broken. Restaurant "The Bow" offers a spectacular atmosphere (the one night we visited it there was a mini concert - a jazz singer and a guitarist) and view but the food definitely did not meet the expectations we had based on everything else in the hotel. We had pasta bolognese and pizza, both of which did not taste freshly made and the pizza simply tasted and looked like a frozen pizza, covered in lots of cheese to make it taste/look better. The staff noticed that we didn't eat much from it and upon feedback, it was not included it in the bill.
