The location
We were not properly informed that we would be paying for some of the price at the hotel. This is a booking.com error not the hotel although it did cause a bit of tension and miscommunication

Decent little place, nice location and amenities. Staff were friendly. Beds are comfy and hotel provides all basic things u need during your stay.
We got covered in bites which were clearly bed bugs or ants. Contacted the hotel staff and they told us it was either mosquitoes or ants due to us leaving out food/had no cleaning service which wasn’t the case as we got bites the first night we stayed!

The hotel is very modern. It is located on top of a hill at the top of the magaluf strip. The doors to the room is done by old fashioned key which I liked. As a solo traveller I was able to lock my door from inside with the key. There was a safe in the closet. The shower was perfect. A rainfall shower. Decent size for a plus size person. There was air con in the room. That worked straight away alongside a ceiling fan. I had a balcony which over looked the car park. The room was very spacious. Tea and coffee in the room alongside a kettle. There was a mini fridge was well.
All in all good price. 👍 10 mins walk to magaluf Beach. But 2 min walk to palma nova. Loads of shops nearby.

I am a plus size woman on the bigger side. The bed was made with small wooden plats that kept popping off when I moved on the bed. It should not be used by people over a certain weight and I think they need to put this on the website. I weigh bout 19stones and anyone above or slightly below that will break the bed. I had twin bed put together. And the other bed kept slipping away when I rolled onto it. The beds are not firmly put in place. They move. The mattress was too soft and dipped in the middle. There was blood on the bed sheets and old hair in the shower room and bed sheets.
There was no pillow protection or mattress protection.

The room was nice and attractive and clean. The mattress was hard as a rock but I guess some people like firm mattresses. The pillow was also hard. Nice hotel staff and thoughtful details, like providing beach towels.
There were random people shouting and talking outside my room (in the street below) all night long so I barely slept. And I had asked for a quiet room beforehand. There's also a pub across the street open until 3 am - maybe that's where the people came from. I wish I had brought my white noise machine. Maybe it's different in a different room.

The room was very specious and clean, close to a bus stop and a few minutes walk to a
beach.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom and there were some bugs in it.

This place is pretty decent for the price. No nonsense, basic, but that's what was expected. It's very clean and close to everything.
Its got a little bit more to it than what you might imagine a 'hostel' to be like. It's more of the cheaper hotel type with your own en-suite room than a hostel.
The communication could have been better, but again it's a budget hostel and everything was fine and met expectations in the end.

Good location. Everything was perfect if you just want to stay and sleep and to be outside all the day.
Price is good, clean, free protected car park, quiet. Thats all we need
Shower could be better, water pressure was low. And 1 double bed could be better than 2 single beds.They were sliding and seperatng easy, but comfortable. No big problem

It was mentioned that the room has a view, I assumed it is sea view, but it was not, that may be mentioned .

Perfect location very clean a perfect base if you looking for just a room and bathroom. Had a small fridge and everything we needed for a short break.

Super comfy bed, perfectly equipped bathroom, everything super clean and high quality - feels like a 4 star hotel.
This shouldn't be listed as "soundproof" - I could understand what the people in the next room were talking word by word.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. own parking also very helpful.
The property is great. Mallorca has more interesting places though. It is a good base to visit the island and nearby beaches if you rent a car (and they have their own parking), so all good after all! Recommended.

Super nice owner. Allowed us to stay a few additional hours after check out so that I can finish the remote working. Location is super convenient. Close to the beach and you get beach towels from the hotel!
