Kenwyn on sea

The place was really nice. Newly done over! We were very inpressed. It has all the appliances we need, even an ice maker.Close to the sea and safe for kids. Kenwyn on sea is great for parents with small kids.

It was very hot with no aircon was quite disappointing. The vans just dont do it. We had a few sleepless nights due to the heat. The cleaner dis not come in on the tuesday wich was a holiday even after I asked on purpose wich days the cleaner will be there, I was told everyday accept on a sunday.. The cleaner leaves the dishes that is washed on the drip tray for us to pack away and also the washed dishwasher that is finished washing... This was a first for me. She was also not really friendly. The cutlery is a bit hinned out.

Unpleasant stay

The location is good,

The apartment was not clean, bedding had marks and sheets not smelling good. Toilet in the main bedroom not flushing good, slow to say.

Oceans beach houses and bed bugs 😳

The location was convenient. It was close to the shopping centre and activity hub so we didnt have to travel long distances for essentials or restaurants etc. The beach was quite literally in the back yard, waking up to a view of the ocean was amazing. The accomadation was also large and comfortable and accomodated us fairly well.

First, the mat in the lounge was very filthy, we didn't want to step on it without our shoes. Also, the en suite bathroom had a pungent urine odour when we arrived. Last but certainly not least the bed bugs. Most of us had strange bites in linear patterns, we assumed them to be mosquito bites but after further research found them to be bed bug bites.

Superb

The view was excellent.

The fact that the information booklet was under the television which we only found the day before our departure. When on holiday you dont really watch television, you are there to explore the new surroundings and do different things you would not find in your hometown. If the booklet was on the dining room table, upon our arrival or when we sat down to eat our first holiday meal together, we would have done so much more in Durban.

Stunning location

Most comfortable home i have ever been to, the beach is literally a minute away. Everything was convenient for us. I love the location definitely going to visit once again ☺

The fact that we have to drop off keys at the shell garage. Changes need to be made.

Excellent - highly recommended.

It was perfectly located in walking distance of beach and shop. Thoughtfully furnished with washing machine, ice machine, TV, etc. Felt safe too - lots of security.

Great place for spending time with the family, very child friendly

The key collection location was difficult to find, the agency needs to find a better way to show the address, as the address given takes us to a different place

good but they need to address above issues.

location was excellent, apartment was clean, not being able to use the pool was disappointing. I was very unhappy that there was no tumble dryer as it was a listed item for the apartment and also the washing machine wasn't working

Paradise!!!

An absolutely beautiful apartment. Furniture and decor 😻 Pictures are identical to the apartment. Well maintained, clean and fully equipped. Easy access to the beach and stunning views from the balcony. Excellent security too. Candice was very accommodating and instructions on where and how to collect the keys were crystal clear.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

Beautiful refreshing holiday home, loved every minute and didn't want to leave.

Loved the excellent sea view and easy access to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed to make our holiday great, from board games to pool ball to a fully stocked kitchen

Awesome

Well appointed unit , the comfy beds and proximity to the beach ⛱️ and beautiful sea views.Restaurants and malls were a short distance away . Admin handled well by the Balllitto agency staff. All in all a good vacation spot that would be made even better with WiFi connection.

It was really incredible and we would book here again.

The property is located right on the beach and the apartment was spacious with a view of the ocean and had all amenities a family could need. It really was superb.

The water pressure in the showers was not great. It would also be much better if additional towels could be provided for swimming as well as simple things like toilet paper and dish washing liquid.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, wonderful sea view

Guest shower head not great to take a decent shower.
